Point Grace is a small hotel that specializes in a quiet relaxing time. Everyone who works here goes out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. There is not a lot of activity beyond swimming in pool and ocean but nothing was crowded and there was always someone to set up a lounge for you on beach and pool. Beach is beautiful with fine white sand and water is calm and clear! We had a one bedroom cottage and it was lovely. Only improvement I would make is putting a small table by sink to hold toiletries. Beautiful place to recharge your batteries when tired and stressed out!

One of our favorite resorts we have ever stayed! The beach was truly paradise and the staff everywhere was wonderful shoutout to the beach crew and breakfast! We celebrated my birthday and they above and beyond! Breakfast was delicious and we ate at Grace’s Cottage also wonderful!

Walking to the beach from our room took 30 seconds. Calm and relaxing environment and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We’ve been to resorts before that the pool water is too cold but this one you could just walk into. The location was very nice and the beautiful beach and ocean were stunning. The complimentary morning breakfast was a great value as well.

We had the best anniversary trip! The location is so quiet and beautiful, you feel like you have the place to yourself. Our concierge, Locresha, booked all our dining and water tours, and reconfirmed everything before we even arrived on site. Cosmey is the best bartender on the island, always...

We had the best anniversary trip! The location is so quiet and beautiful, you feel like you have the place to yourself. Our concierge, Locresha, booked all our dining and water tours, and reconfirmed everything before we even arrived on site. Cosmey is the best bartender on the island, always making sure you have a wonderful time. Martinique in the dining/bar area always had us laughing, and Beatrice at Grace's Cottage took care of us for a lovely anniversary dinner. The beach attendants are also top notch, Windy, Eddy, James and the rest of the crew. Already looking at dates to book our next visit!

If you are looking for a sophisticated low key experience, friendly service, beautiful grounds and rooms, this is the place! It is not a party hotel (which I loved) and probably not suitable for kids. The beach was absolutely beautiful, never had any issues finding a beach chair or service....

If you are looking for a sophisticated low key experience, friendly service, beautiful grounds and rooms, this is the place! It is not a party hotel (which I loved) and probably not suitable for kids. The beach was absolutely beautiful, never had any issues finding a beach chair or service. We were surprisingly upgraded too and wound up in Ocean Front Villa. Hotel is walkable to town and many restaurants but we absolutely loved Graces Cottage. We will be back!

The resort offers a tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for couples rather than families with children. However, there is significant room for improvement in their customer service and guest relations. We experienced unprofessionalism during our stay; despite receiving approval for a 30-minute late checkout, we were rudely informed by a staff member that the room was needed. Additionally, I lost an earring in the room and reached out to guest relations via email, yet I have not received any response, even after four months of waiting.

Hotel is nicely located in a wonderful location. This hotel offers the tranquility to simply relax and recharge. It’s ideal for couples or adults only. The service and food are outstanding. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our daily walks along the shore each day.

Nice hotel located on a quieter part of Grace Bay beach. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from August 17th to August 24th and we had a pleasant experience. We had a pool view cottage suite and it was lovely and quite spacious, complete with a living area and kitchenette and then up a few steps to a bedroom and large bathroom. It was cleaned daily and the bottled water that they replenished daily was a nice touch, not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine, welcome drinks and little tray of cookies when we arrived! Around 6pm every day a cleaning lady would always bring us more fresh towels and bottled water. Very attentive and sweet. The daily complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Maicos (Reception), Chichie (Breakfast Waitress) and Loy (Manager). It was nice chatting with them and hopefully I spelled their names correctly! Access to the beach is very convenient and the stretch of beach at this hotel is stunning! We walked for miles both ways and the turquoise ocean colours you see in Grace Bay are breathtaking! We never had any issues getting sun loungers, an umbrella and towels, it was like having your own private beach every day! The ice bucket and bottles of cold water every day at the beach were also very much appreciated, not to mention the yummy mini cups of ice cream that were distributed on the beach daily. The ocean water was always so clear, wavy and refreshing and we could just sit in there for hours! The pool was nice too but the water in the pool was always quite warm and not always clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and other hotels. We never had to take a taxi anywhere other than the day that we went on an excursion. We never tried the food at Grace's Cottage, which is the restaurant that is located on the hotel's property, as we preferred walking into town and discovering different restaurants. Bella Luna, Castaways and The Terrace on Grace Bay Rd are must tries! There is also a grocery store in walking distance from this hotel (Gateway) but be prepared as the prices are expensive because everything is imported. We went there the first night in TCI to get some snacks to keep in our room. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel but if we ever return to TCI, we will probably try another hotel in the same area that has some nightly entertainment and a little more movement. Although we have no complaints, we found this hotel to be a little too quiet for our tastes, especially at night. Very relaxing though and a pleasant stay and check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you TCI, you are one beautiful island and we hope to be back one day!
