Excellent customer service all around! Stayed here for two nights, everyone was super friendly and helpful, from Kevin and his team at front desk, to Mr. Zhang and the bellman at the concierge, all five stars! We had an issue with our room upon check-in, Kevin and Ms. Na resolved it right away, very pleased. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the room is well stocked with all amenities. No charge for extra bottles of water. The location is great, very convenient to all restaurants and major attractions. We had a late flight out, the front desk team was very accommodating, charged us a small fee to stay until 4pm. So, we would definitely stay here again next when we come to Beijing.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in for a trip to Beijing. It is ideally located, in a quiet street just off a main road. There are two good restaurants, a Starbucks and a shopping mall with more restaurants very close by. The main Wangfujing shopping area and several metro stations are all within walking distance. The interior of the hotel is a bit older but it is well maintained and it has style. The quality of the beds is amazing. The rooms are spacious and fairly quiet at night, with good airconditioning. There is a wide selection of both Asian and European food for breakfast. But what really stands out for me is the service of the staff. Whatever we asked for, it was literally taken care of within a few minutes. To give an example: there was no hot chocolate for breakfast but when we asked the breakfast manager, Jessie Chen, she had the kitchen prepare it for me. On the third day I asked for it they had mostly run out of cocoa, but the next day Mrs. Chen surprised me by offering me two cups of hot chocolate to make up for it. I will certainly come back here. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome and were soon on our way to our room. We stayed in room 903 – at the end of the corridor – 3 nights in May 2024 in a room described by Booking.com as a deluxe room with breakfast. The room was modern convenient and well appointed. It had a big comfy bed – adequate circulation space – it was well lit – quiet – with effective and controllable air conditioning – a fridge and a kettle – curtains kept the room dark – effective shower over the bath – breakfast was ok – it felt calm with no one rushing around with plates in hand – did the job – buffet + egg station This is a well-located hotel and by being set back from the main road feels like it is in a quiet area. There are a number of restaurants close by and many more along the main room and the adjacent shopping malls. And if you are in the market for a classy motor there are showrooms with walking distance selling Aston Martins Ferraris and Rolls Royces. Really like this hotel. Dropped to a four due to the lack of pool. Staff have been super friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Kevin on reception. Happy in his work and spreading joy to his customers. The rooms were a little old feeling but well appointed and with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Big fluffy white towels, great comfortable bed. Currently having breakfast in a beautiful round room with views of the Beijing blue sky and enjoying the many food options available. Love it. Life is good at Park Plaza Wangfujing.
