Park Hyatt Zurich

Typical Park Hyatt in providing good service. Rooms are a bit dark, but we had a Park Suite so the space was ample. Room service menu is insufficient and quality was not good. The restaurant for morning buffet was fair, but as an evening dinning experience, we were very disappointed...

Typical Park Hyatt in providing good service. Rooms are a bit dark, but we had a Park Suite so the space was ample. Room service menu is insufficient and quality was not good. The restaurant for morning buffet was fair, but as an evening dinning experience, we were very disappointed in the food quality, although the staff was wonderful. Again you had to almost beg for more water as they much like the rest of Europe operates under the minimalist guidance, which really is just being CHEAP. Rooms or suites that easily can cost 1,500 USD per night, you would think offering more water would not be an issue...but they dont...its totally offensive. and PLEASE dont buy into it on any level. Better places to stay in Zurich

Always a good stay here. Staff are friendly and efficient. Great breakfast. Excellent business hotel and close enough to walk to most areas for dinner or touristy walkabouts, though not alot is open nearby on a Sunday. Nice little bar across the street with good cocktails and small bites

Location was exceptional, breakfast also exceptional and service exceptional. The building itself is super underwhelming but once you enter the staff does a great job of making you feel welcome. The hotel did the little things you expect from 5 star service, caught us before we headed outside to provide an umbrella as it started raining. Offered to make gluten free batter the next morning for pancakes, room amenities of fresh fruit and chocolates to honor my gluten allergy. At check-in we arrived around 11am and hotel was full due to Film Festival and the front desk laid out 3 options as a globalist which I appreciated. 1 - Room ready now but no upgrade. 2 -Junior Suite but not ready until 3pm. 3- Larger Suite ready now but would have to pay for the upgrade. This was the first time I say a paid upgrade option as a Globalist. This is where Andaz Prague went over and above as provided their top suites complimentary. We took the room ready now since it was only 1 night and wouldn't be in the room much. Still was a great room. There is really no view from any room so location doesn't matter. Next time we are back in Zurich we will def stay at the Park Hyatt again. No big wow factor but for a city hotel they provided everything you needed with that high end service.

The hotel location is perfect, right by the Zurich lake. All of hotel staffs are friendly and professional. A stand out among the team member there is Ms. Tamara Milosevich. She is passionate and helpful. An absolute joy to talk to. After Zurich we visited Vienna, and as it were...

She is passionate and helpful. An absolute joy to talk to. After Zurich we visited Vienna, and as it were Tamara was from Vienna. On her recommendation we visited the Tier Garten by the Schönbrunn Palace. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.
