One of the best hotels of my life! The staff at the hotel mixed with the beautiful furnishings and the amazing location made this such an enjoyable trip. I could not recommend it more and we are SO happy we decided to stay here. I highly recommend spending some time at the Spa and making sure you get breakfast. The manager at breakfast the day we were there was one of the most professional and delightful humans we've ever met at a hotel. The spa was also delightful experiences, the concierge gave us great recommendations.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Park Hyatt Milano for my birthday this year, as a birthday gift from my sister and brother-in-law. There were 0 issues with checking in as my brother-in-law was able to easily book the stay in my name using his World of Hyatt points. From the start, the PHM staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived around noon and because we had let them know our arrival time, we were lucky that the room was ready. They apologized for not having the welcome amenity ready for my birthday as they were prioritizing having the room ready for early check-in (which I was grateful for after a red-eye flight), but sent in a delicious dessert and bottle of champagne shortly after we got to the room. Laetitia was kind enough to escort us up to our room and give us a rundown of the hotel. At other hotels, we'll see a staff member once and never again, but Laetitia made a point to say hello to us at breakfast and at check-out, which made us feel so welcomed. We stayed in a junior suite that was plenty of space for two people. The room was sectioned into a bedroom and a living area by a room divider with a TV on both sides. The TV only had Italian channels (unsurprisingly) but lacked any streaming or casting options. The bathroom had a wonderful rain/handheld shower combo as well as a large bathtub with lovely bath salts and a loofah. I didn't love the scent of the toiletries so I ended up using my own soaps (though I did enjoy the salts for a nice bath). There was only one outlet that could be used with American plugs that was located in the living area (our fault for not bringing adapters). Luckily the front desk was more prepared than us and had two adapters delivered to our room upon request. The hotel is very centrally located, literally steps away from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo. It's also located right between the Duomo stop and Cordusio stop on the red line of the metro, so it's super convenient to get around. We used the gym twice and both times it was extremely clean and well-stocked with the usual treadmills, spin bikes, and dumbbells, but also with things you might not normally see in a hotel gym like a rower and a barbell rack and bench. You walk through part of the spa to get there and it is a very calming experience pre- and post-workout, with free fruit, water (still and sparkling), teas, and earbuds. The PHM has a concierge desk with folks who are ready to provide assistance and recommendations. We asked for must-try restaurants and ended up trying two of them that were marvelous--will have to make our way through the rest of the list next time. We went to La Cupola twice for the breakfast buffet. First time we were waited on by Kharla, who was extremely attentive and helpful. Second time it was a bit more crowded due to some sort of conference so the meal did not feel as personable as the first time, but the service was never lacking. The buffet had a great variety of pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses, more pastries, as well as sections for Middle Eastern and Asian fare, so loved the diversity there. I cannot say enough great things about Park Hyatt Milano and we cannot wait to stay there again! Grazie mille!

We loved the experience and will definitely return. The room was comfortable, clean and large. Location was central and within walking distance to the retail centre. Breakfast was served with a smile with plenty of variety. It’s a luxurious hotel but reasonably priced….

I want to express our gratefulness to the front door staff at the Park Hyatt Milan. My husband suffers from a disability that makes it difficult for him to walk. We were stranded near the cathedral and unable to hail an Uber or taxi. We were not staying at the Park Hyatt, but stopped there to ask the address to make it easier to get an Uber. The front door staff very kindly offered to call us a taxi, which arrived within moments to transport us to our own hotel. I am so grateful to them for helping us out in a difficult time. With a staff that great at the front door, I can imagine that the rest of the hotel staff is incredible, and I would stay there on our next visit to Milan. Thank you again for helping us out.

This might be my favorite hotel experience - the hotel is beautiful, the service excellent, the spa alone is worth staying here for, and the bar is excellent. The bathroom may be the highlight of the room - but every part of the room is thoughtfully designed. We ordered martinis nightly to our room (which came so promptly) and the perfect setting to enjoy them was the little seating area seemingly designed for just that. Our go to in Milan - Can’t wait to come back again.

Breakfast was great. We had a la card, and it was not a rip off . Dinner at the Pellico 3 restaurant was one of the best. I hope they will be getting the Michelin star.
