This place is amazing and would highly recommend to someone else. I stayed in Diana’s oasis and it was beautiful. The only thing is the walls are kinda thin so you can hear if someone is blasting music in the room next to yours (this happened to me) also on that note our jacuzzi switch wasn’t working and we had to fix it because it was late and nobody was available to figure it out, and our AC was also slightly broken as it was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to explode any moment. Overall the activities were fun, wish there was more but since it was off season and not enough people most of the evens ended up getting canceled.

Everything was amazing and as depicted in the pictures. Read some bad reviews on our way there and was nervous in my anticipation to arrive. To our relief everything was nice, staff was friendly, and our room was clean and inviting. Will visit again soon

Bed was super comfortable! Probably the best I've had in a hotel. The pool was nice although the filter hadn't been cleaned and somehow had leaves in it. Overall, there were a lot of activities and things to do. I only took a star off because dinner there was not great, but eatable. The salmon was very dry like it was microwaved and so was the chicken. Breakfast was great. The room also could have been cleaned a bit better since its not so busy, I dont see how they could have missed the filter or mopped a bit better. When we tried to clean up the water spilled with the towel, the towel was pretty dirty. So that was a little gross considering we were walking on the floor with our bare feet. But besides these little things, it was honestly great and we plan on returning. The archery was fun. They have bowling, mini golf (indoor and outdoor) some arcade games and so much more. Probably best to stay at least 2 nights.

Third time here, always get the in-room pool. This time at the end of our first day we had significant issues with the room, pool got cold and the shower drain backed up to flood the bathroom. Diane at the front desk was fantastic, she took care of it so graciously and even upgraded us to a larger room. Such a great way to seclude ourselves and reconnect and rejuvenate our marriage. 42 years and still thoroughly enjoy our together time.
Thank you for a great experience, I'm sure we'll be back , the wife LOVES the pool😉

First time at Paradise Stream Resort
My husband and I just celebrated his 50th birthday at the Paradise Stream Resort. It was our first time there and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely tell our family and friends about our great experience. The food was amazing and everyone there was so nice.
Bed was absolutely perfect! The pool temperature was a lil on the warm side and the sauna took very long to warm up. Did not blow any steam at all. Staff was very courtious also very helpfull when it comes to directions. I would definitely come again and recommend the...

Land of love? More like the land before time. This place was absolutely terrible. It was so outdated my grandparents house growing up looked more modern. When we first arrived their system was down and we had to wait around for 45 minutes just to get our room key. We stayed in the champagne tower suites. As soon as we stepped into our room there was black soot everywhere, even the couch was covered in it, the ceiling was also covered in water damage and looked like it was about to fall apart, and the screws to the champagne hot tub was rusted and falling out with the mirror glass broken and shattered around it. We called the front desk and had to wait 45 minutes to be moved next door. Which you would think that was the end of our troubles, nope. In our new room the toilet clogged in that room two days in a row. The water pressure was garbage, the toilet wouldn’t even flush a tissue without having to press the knob 2 to 3 times. The maintenance guy took about an hour to come and caused the toilet to overflow the second time and called housekeeping to clean it up, who never came. He eventually came back 30 min later with a towel and realized he broke a bolt while plunging it. He was cursing up a storm the enitre time and ended up hurting himself in the process and not just that it took him and another person 4 hours to "fix" it (which he never actually fixed because it leaked all night long and formed a huge puddle around our toilet which was never cleaned cause housekeeping never showed up). He also left his blood on the toilet after busting his hand while trying to fix it. It was disgusting! Our pool was cold when it was supposed to be heated and our sauna didn’t work. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been steam cleaned since the day they put it in. There was dust everywhere. They cover holes with spray paint and cracks with clay instead of repairing them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. After speaking with the manager we got a partial refund because we eneded up leaving early and after explaining everything i stated above she didnt even sound surprised, more like disspointed and looked like she expected what the convo was going to be. Do yourself a favor and save your money by not visiting this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Champagne Towers. It was a very romantic weekend. We most enjoyed the whirlpool tub and fireplace. It was quiet and felt very private unlike a typical hotel or motel would.
Parking was very convenient, as you drive right up to your room.
It’s helpful to make a dinner reservation for each of your evenings and pre-pay. The food quality was good.
If you are looking for a more updated and modern stay, then this is not the place for you. It is very nostalgic and even a bit kitchy. Don’t let that stop you if you are looking for a nice romantic getaway.

Very nice place. Can't wait to go back. Pool in room could have been warmer. But room was clean and nicely put together. Shower was amazing. Entertainment was great. Nightclub and Spooner was getting service and friendly. Game room was clean.
Amazing getaway. Will definitely go again in better weather.
Everything was great! Loved the private pool and dry sauna, it was the perfect touch to my getaway. There was so much to do for fun. Too bad it was too cold to enjoy the activities outside. Food at the restaurant was flavorful and fresh. Staff was upbeat and attentive.
Started with some bumps, rooms were not available upon check-in for over two hours, then we got a room that wasn't ready, there were trash left from previous guest, but the hosts were extremely nice, changed our room and gave us a late checkout
The Diana Oasis suite was spectacular! The intimate and romantic ambiance of our room was amazing. We loved the heated private pool with the fireplace. We enjoyed every aspect of our room. We look forward to returning. We were unable to post photos due to guidelines.
Valentines Weekend Getaway
Weekend was very fun. Weather was not but what can you do. Food was awesome. Staff was amazing! Accommodations were good. Some small improvements and updates need to be made. We will definitely be going back. Entertainment was good and the CXO a blast!
Great romantic getaway weekend had time to recharge. Lots of quiet space Will return in the future for another weekend getaway. This was our first time at this location. We have spent many many nights at their sister location Cove Haven and always had a great time.

Overall nice place to escape to for a weekend. The entertainment is geared towards older generations- 65+. The location is pretty large that you need to either shuttle or drive to get to meals. We stayed in the champagne towers and it was fun having rose petals all over and I loved the soaking tub. The heart pool is just a heated pool, I had thought it was a hot tub. There’s a sauna we didn’t use but that was cool to have. We could however, hear our neighbors through the wall fighting and the neighbor on the other side playing music at 3am tho. And our bathroom had mild ants. The food was ok. The activities weren’t really displayed unless you went to the front desk and grabbed a pamphlet for the day. Staff was very nice and very accommodating. The circle bed was comfortable and fun to sleep on. The room stayed dark. I enjoyed all the mirrors on the room. The space was deceivingly large. The weather made it difficult for us to walk around the resort so we didn’t get to go to spooners or hunt for a diamond necklace but it’s cool they offer that.

Cute and cozy accommodations. We stayed in a Lakeside Villa. The room was quiet, private, clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, fireplace was nice and the heart shaped jacuzzi tub was great. The overlook from around our room had some garbage and debris outside around the lake, otherwise the grounds were well kept. The staff was very nice. The activities were limited since there weren’t many guests there during our two night midweek March visit. Bingo was canceled last minute, there were no shows or events at the club. Full hot breakfast was worth the inclusive rate. Dinner was decent as well. While you certainly won’t leave hungry, the food was a bit mediocre for the price and they don’t allow you to take home any remaining food on your plate if you don’t finish. No one told us the policy before ordering which would’ve been nice. Discounted happy hour drinks at the Spooners restaurant still cost $12-15 each but they did serve a small selection of ritz crackers, cheese and Mac and cheese bites. We won at trivia but never received our gift voucher for the gift shop. The spa didn’t disappoint. We had a relaxing couples massage for $275 including gratuity. We also got room service delivered to our room. Our only major disappointment during our stay was that although the game room is open 24/7 , there was no late night vending machine for waters or other beverages or snacks. We had to venture out during the middle of the night to find a gas station 10 minutes away. (Don’t attempt to doordash that late at night, there’s no one who will respond to the order.) Overall we enjoyed our stay, and our room. It’s a nice escape from the norm, as long as you don’t expect luxurious modern amenities.

the concept of having pool, jacuzzi, sauna in room is great if they worked - nothing worked in the room, including coffee maker, shower, heating fireplace, telephone - this place needs total makeover. the pool, if you can call it a pool - it's 2 feet deep, the paint was peeling off the pool's walls, the jets in pool didn't work and the pool looks very old, the faucets' paint peeling off and rusty, the toilet is super old and you are basically crouching when sitting on toilet - very uncomfortable, the shower is dripping water, I had to wait 10 seconds to fill my palms with water - try and take a shower with that. the mattress on the bed is old and uncomfortable, the heat doesn't really work - i had it running on 80 all night and it was still cold in the room. the fireplace doesn't work - good thing I only lit up a piece of paper and not the whole log, because the smoke was filling up the room, and there is no flue to open or close for that matter, most of the staff are friendly although there were a few people on staff which were rude... I would definitely NOT recommend this place - it killed all of my romantic mood for the 3 days stay there - what a disappointment!!!

The dining room staff was also was very service oriented and all were warm and friendly.
The room was warm and sexy, with our own warm pool and heart shaped double jacuzzi .The room could have used some rehab as there was some defray of rust iat the bottom of the ceiling to floor mirrors surrounding the pool , though all in all, the room was very sensuous and invited carnal intimacy .

Staff was super nice and friendly, room was clean and nice.
Only issue that we had was the jacuzzi tub and pool have peeling paint, a tile was cracked and loose at the pool, starlight didn't work above the bed.
Outside of that highly recommended.

Last year we went and enjoyed the champagne sweet which was AMAZING! this year we enjoyed Diane’s Oasis! It was very nice. It feels like your own little apartment and we can’t wait to come back next year again to celebrate our tenth year anniversary there! And next time we plan to spend a few nights! The only reason I couldn’t give this beautiful hotel five stars is because when you run the tub, it’s a little backed up in the jets and you have to clean the tub but it’s nothing to go crazy over or even be upset with the place. The staff is wonderful, kind and the phones in the room make it easy to get ahold of anything you need and they have so much fun activities you can partake in or nice walking areas as we to enjoy the fresh air! I love this place and I was sad to leave like last year! Please try this place out! You and your partner will love it or just go by yourself for self care- they have massages too!!!! And don’t forget to enjoy your complementary breakfast! Amazing breakfast foods and drinks as options! Thank you to the staff at Paradise Streams Resort! You rock!!!!

I stayed here from February 17to the 19th. I arrived around 5 pm after a long 4 hour ride. When I checked in I was told my room was not ready.. I don’t understand how my room was not ready when check in time was 3pm and I arrived at 5. They ended up not letting us in the room until 8pm at night. I missed my dinner reservations and a whole evening was gone to waste. I was not offered anything to rectify this or to accommodate me after this inconvenience. The only excuse they had was that the other resort system was down and they had to help them. The room was nice but the heart pool in our room was cold we did go in February but I thought there would be a heater in the pool but there wasn’t. Very disappointed especially after paying$800 for 2 nights. Wish staff was more considerate and accommodating
