I love the location right near French Town, but not in the middle of it. Secluded. Great coffee in the morning. Friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed for one night. The only issues were the extremely uncomfortable bed. The kind where you roll into a large divit on either side and can't climb your way out. And, the "hot" water in the shower was just "not very cold" no matter how we turned the dial or how long we waited for the hot water to get there. The hot water at the sink was extremely hot. Share the hot water love with the shower!

We only stayed one night as a layover to flying out the next morning. However, we had arrived early and a had a full day to spend on St. Thomas.
The manager Eddie was very helpful in taking care of our bags and arranging a taxi to take us to Magen's Bay. Upon return, check in was quick.
There are 53 steps (lol) from the parking lot to the room, but there are several landings in between to rest if your bags are heavy. The room is very nice, well lit, good air con, plentiful hot water, comfortable bed, nice view, quiet. Didn't swim in the pool, but felt a little cool.
The surrounding area is called Frenchtown and was safe to walk around.
The Oceana next door was excellent.
Would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days after our St. John excursion and I will probably run out of adjectives to describe how phenomenal this accommodation is. I will begin with the negative aspect of our stay and that is we had to leave ! From the moment we arrived until we departed we were blanketed with the tranquil vibe, peaceful environment and heartfelt kindness of our hosts, Colleen, Shannon and Suzanne. Our room was spacious and spotless, incredible ocean view and our bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The pool and deck area was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon after exploring island and snorkeling all morning and the only sounds were the wind chimes, bird calls and the occasional plane flying over head. Although we had a vehicle, restaurants in Frenchtown and Charlotte Amalie are within walking distance. So happy we discovered this gem which by far exceeded our expectations and needless to say when we return to St. Thomas we will certainly be staying here.

We had two delightful nights at Olgas while we awaiting our accommodations at Frenchman's Cove. Candy and her husband were delightful hosts during our two days there. We had made 2 reservations for 2 nights and stayed in two different rooms. The first was down at the bottom of the property - cottage type and was really cute. The air conditioning was new and we enjoyed it. We were right on the bay but no back porch to sit on.
The next day we moved to a room that was in building 5 upstairs and had a gorgeous view over the bay over Oceana. Very nice comfortable room also. We left our heavy bags in the car and brought up only what we needed as it was up many stairs. Just loved the place.
Olgas sits next to Oceana restaurant, a favorite of ours and just a short walk into Frenchtown where we walked up and had a cocktail at French Quarter restaurant.
Coffee available at the check in patio every morning bright and early.
I would return to this hotel again next time we are in the area. Delightful in every way.

This was a great place to stay. We visited for 4 nights and loved it. Eddie was a wonderful host. We had an ocean view room and a balcony. The only draw back to this was the fact that the prevailing winds come from a different direction so we never had the breeze we expected.
The pool was nice and mostly had it to ourselves. They never close it, so night swims are always a plus.
Coffee and tea service on the patio every morning starting around 7 and this makes for a nice breezy morning.
The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfortable. We’d pack it up and shop it home if possible.
Be aware there is not a hair dryer or in room coffee, but there is a refrigerator.
It’s also a bit out of the way if you’re using taxis, but they will call one if needed. Just a tip…it’s cheaper to rent a car.

Be very careful and get trip insurance. We were struck by tornadoes (direct hit) and had to cancel a one night stay. Even though the cancellation was more than a week in advance, no refund. Very disappointed in lack of empathy after a natural disaster.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel in an idyllic, convenient location. The rooms are “basic”, but comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The views of Charlotte Amalie, Haulover Cut, and the Bay are beautiful. The location in Frenchtown is only 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, a short walk to the Ferry Terminal, and a short walk to both high-end and popular restaurants with great food and drinks.
The owners and staff here are very attentive to their guest, with great service and communication. They make certain you are aware that there are stairs necessary to get to your rooms, but the “lug” with your luggage is actually not that bad.
Beautiful clean pool with an inviting pool deck and chairs for sunning and relaxing.
If you are using STT to access the islands (USVI or BVI), this is a perfect stopover place. If you are looking for a nice small location in a good location on St. Thomas, it is also a great choice!
Thank you Candy and Eddie!!

this place was amazing! from the extremely friendly owners, their quiet spot just off the busy main drag, the cats, chickens, beautiful pool and ocean views, hot fresh coffee (in real mugs!) in the lobby every morning, I could go on and on. It was the perfect place to bookend our sailing trip in the BVI's. Worth every penny. We loved having this wonderful spot to unwind after flying in to STT before our sailing trip, and after coming back from our sail.

Such a terrific location - and with a pool & a view! Very nice & comfortable rooms. After getting good suggestions at the desk, we patted the mascots, walked a lot, ate very well & slept soundly. Especially enjoyed checking out nearby restaurants, the brewery & the little museum. Frenchtown reminded me of beach communities I knew as a kid in New England - not too built up or over crowded/loud.
