This resort is so nice! The entire staff was amazing particularly the person managing the beach chairs and Areti Vigliari who gave us such a great overview of the amenities and provided us with a list of restaurants and activity suggestions. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!

When our travel planner, Tissa, recommended this hotel, we were unsure about it. But the entire family really loved it. This is a uniquely designed hotel with each room in a very private environment. The lighting and climate controls in the room make your stay so much more pleasant. The furniture is rustic modern, which gives a warm home feeling. The serene pool area is very relaxing, with very nice lounge music. Some rooms even have a private pool.

Pretend luxury! Not worth the eye-watering rate they charge

We spent 3 nights at this hotel after spending another 4 nights at another Myconian hotel, Utopia (the spa and breakfasts should be very similar at the Myconian hotels). For €500 per night, I’m disappointed with this hotel. It’s pretend luxury and not worth the money. Pros: - Nice design, with beautiful finishes and spacious room. - Soundproofing is good, it wasn’t noisy, but given that the hotel was pretty empty in the high season, maybe it wasn’t noisy because nobody was there? Cons: - They advertise a private beach, but that’s a lie. You get access to complimentary sunbeds, but that’s it. The sunbeds are crammed (6 on each line, about 4 lines in total) on a small area of the beach. On the left, less than 50cm away from the last sunbed there’s a restaurant that fires fish all day and on the right of the last sunbed there are the people sunbathing on towels that sometimes even leave stuff against or on the sunbeds. There’s no fence or something to make the beach more private. That’s private beach you get! - The breakfast is poor. It should be a champagne breakfast. They hide the real Champagne, replacing it with Greek sparkling wine as it’s the same (Utopia had a better champagne breakfast. If you ask them about it, then they bring the real champagne. The food is average, few choices. Also worth mentioning they don't tell you can also order a la carte, we only found out on the last day. We saw that they had an a la carte menu hidden in a drawer, but nobody ever got one. So on the last day we ordered an omelette and a shakshuka and then 10 minutes later they brought us the bill, trying to charge €17 euros for the shakshuka. - One day we took some take away food (which was in a sealed container) to have when we came back from town and the housekeeping threw it. I complained about it and I was told they thought we had finished eating. What a joke of a service. - They do small jobs around the hotel in the middle of the season, they painted a hallway in white paint and you were supposed to jump over it as it was pretty much from wall to wall. They put a wet floor sign as it’s the same thing. Lots of people, myself including have stepped into the paint, messing up their paint job and carrying paint around the hotel. Very smart indeed!

Next time I am going to Mykonos I am not booking this hotel, but let's start with the pros first: -the hotel's design is nice, scandi/greek mix , looks unusual compared to other Greek hotels we've stayed at which we liked -the spa is also good, they use Elemis and Augustinus Bader; the pool inside is pretty interesting (though not heated) -we slept well, it wasn't noisy and the room is spacious and designed well (lots of marble and wood, good toiletries) -the hotel was not busy, not too many occupied rooms, meaning it was pretty quiet around the pool area Now the cons: -they advertise the fact that they have a private beach. This is not the case. You get access to complimentary sunbeds and towels but it is not private, every couple minutes there were people selling towels/ fake designer bags walking in between the sunbeds asking if you want anything, even if you sit on 3rd row sunbed they will still come to you! Therefore false advertisement. Moreover, right next to the hotel's sunbeds, not even 1 meter apart, there is a CROWDED beach, lots of people sunbathing on towels and during the evening they will also sit on the hotel's sunbeds, since there is no one from the hotel there during the evening time. -they advertise champagne breakfast. Well, the champagne wasn't there the 1st day we had breakfast so we asked about it and then the restaurant manager tried to sell us the idea that greek sparkling wine is just as good. We just told him why not have both that and the champagne out given what the hotel claims? Eventually, he brought out the champagne bottle as well and to no surprise, lots of people were trying it out. So I guess, if no one seems bothered, they keep the champagne bottles for themselves! -the breakfast in general is low quality, the food is cold and dry + way too many desserts. This is an adults only hotel, I could not understand why there was so much cake! Also worth mentioning they don't tell you you can also order a la carte, we only found out on the last day when we spoke with the hotel's manager (? not sure if that's who she was, she came to talk to us, but she never told us her job role...) So on the last day she brought us the menu , we ordered an omelette and then 10 minutes later they brought us the bill , trying to charge 20 euros for it. -housekeeping threw away some food we only ordered couple hours back, when we complained about it, the manager initially said they thought we had finished eating...They eventually offered us a 20 minute facial at the spa for the inconvenience..

A very stylish hotel with good food, a great spa and very, very nice staff. The staff are very attentive and available at all times. What bothered us a little was the person in charge of the restaurants, he was on his cell phone all day and didn't do very much. Even when I asked him to organize a packet of cigarettes for me, he just said “I'll have to pay more” although the other employees were always happy to do this. But then when young, half-dressed ladies with no decency or manners wanted something, he ran like a young rabbit. This also bothered his coworker, as we could see. But this was the only negative point, otherwise everything was great and highly recommended. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

This hotel is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager (forgetting her name at the moment, apologies) and Ana, her right hand woman, were amazing. Gave us a tour of the property and helped us navigate the hotel layout, upgraded us to a room w/ private pool, and were readily available to help with any requests throughout out stay. The breakfast each morning is insane. We ate lunch at the hotel one day and the food was very good. All staff with smiles and eager to help, without being overbearing. The rooms were very nice; great shower, towels, lighting, quality furniture and decor. Truly feels like a swanky resort with laid back vibes. The beds are very comfortable, although my partner prefers a little bit of a thinner pillow and all the ones on the bed were thick (my preference). So I guess that's the only complaint. Would highly recommend anyone stay here, was very convenient to get to/from the old city as well as Scorpios on the southern side of the island.

Exceptional property - The facilities are top notch, trendy and comfortable, with attention to every esthetic detail. Rooms are generously sized and stocked with all the comforts expected in a luxury property. Our suite included a plunge pool with seating and a lounging area. The concierge staff was excellent. They listen to our desired “feel” for evening dining experiences, and “nailed” the recommendations! Transportation was easily arranged by the front desk staff; with a combination of the hotel driver and a semi-private transportation company. The property is located on Ornos beach and it’s absolutely spectacular. The hotel has ample lounge beds, that are oversized and extremely comfortable. The pool attendant was average on the 3 days we were there. She was eager to take food and beverage orders, but not as attentive with assisting with umbrella adjustments. The pool, dining and bar areas were sensational with a very trendy vibe. Every detail, including cutlery & steam wear, was on par with the branding of the property. The only area of improvement would be extend the breakfast buffet hours until 11:30 & add additional staff to deliver coffee. The server for morning breakfast we had was not interested in checking on us & we had to get up from the table to get additional coffee. Minor inconvenience when looking at how fantastic our stay was. We will definitely be back!

We had a short night stay at this beautiful hotel in Aug 2023. Pros: * The hotel itself is very beautiful and very clean. * The rooms are very spacious and high end. * The staff are among the best we have ever experienced. * The food and drinks are fantastic. * The location to the beach. The rear entrance to the hotel is literally the beach. Fantastic * The quality & Comfort of the sun beds. The best we have ever experienced. * The check in and Check out staff / Process was faultless. * The service on the sun beds was very attentive but not intrusive. * The cost of the stay was very reasonable for the location and time of the year. You could easily spend double what we did and I can’t see how the experience could have been improved. * Should you be around the pool area, the DJ plays great chilled house tracks all day at the perfect volume. This is something that hotels rarely get right. Cons: * My only gripe was myself and my wife rarely go to the beach as we like to lounge around a pool. However the problem here is they have a large canopy hanging over, what is otherwise a lovely pool area. This canopy puts the whole area in shade, so most of our stay the pool area was hardly used by anybody. This is a real shame. The other problem is that even though the beds on the beach are amazing, there is only 30, so you have to be very lucky or early to get some as they are on a first come first served basis. Conclusion: To summarise, we would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next year.

This has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms- 10/10 The ambience- 10/10 The service- 11/10 The vibe- ♾️/10 This is a very new hotel so a lot of people haven’t heard of it, but i am so sure that in no time it will be the most happening hotel in mykonos! Costa and George were beyond helpful and always on their toes to help us with anything and everything. The other staff as well was too polite and always on the lookout to make our experience better. They have an attached private beach(Ornos), which is extremely clean , is very chic yet has a casually pleasant vibe. You don’t even need to go elsewhere to enjoy the beach. It’s a very different hotel as compared to all the other hotels in Mykonos. And I will definitely suggest anyone with the budget to stay, without a second thought. The only bad part about this stay was that it ended :( A must must visit.

The O is the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Located in a small bay with a private beach area, the hotel is also not far from Mykonos town, great for exploring. The O is beautifully designed with clean white washed walls to set off architectural details like blackened wood and carved stone materials and our room, with its own plunge pool surrounded by greenery, was like a little oasis. We spent most of our days soaking up the sun by the pool on the comfiest sun loungers and even managed a dip in the cool salt water pool once or twice, which was a little fresh but incredibly invigorating. The staff couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome and as both myself and my partner are vegetarians, they all made a special effort to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, the O is the perfect choice if you are looking for a luxurious place to relax and unwind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommmend.

From the airport pickup to sadly having to leave. Everything was above and beyond expectations and a true 5 star experience. Every single staff member was warm with a genuine smile. Rooms were impeccable along with the pools and private beach. The breakfast daily served was amazing. And the decor and theme of the hotel. Wow! The pictures don’t even serve it justice. Highly recommended for 30 something couples.
