This is THE best hotel. Our favourite hotel ever of all the places we have visited. 1st impressions are that it is clean, fresh and welcoming. Reception staff could not be more helpful-so friendly, genuine , helpful and everything that you would want but very rarely get. Staff training has definitely worked and been worthwhile! Concierge also was amazing with helpful suggestions and nothing too much trouble. You get taken personally to your room which is just perfect (we were upgraded to a bungalow style room-thank you) which is clean, spotless and comfortable. Mood lighting, ample surfaces and wardrobe space, safe (with that extra touch of a light so that you can see in there 👍🏻), quality products in the bathroom, loads of space in there too. Outside was our own private garden with a jacuzzi and patio, I mean, this is the life! Breakfast was a sumptuous selection of everything that you could want, fresh, tasty and loads of staff to help if needed. Why can’t all hotels be like this? I cannot recommend this place enough-you are left wanting for nothing!

Would have stayed forever if I could have. The resort is in an amazing location on the island very close to the airport but we hardly heard anything from the planes. I would highly recommend hiring a car as it’s super close to Fira around 5/10mins and 20mins from Oia. The breakfast was always so fresh and the buffet was always full. The iced coffees are delicious! All the staff are so lovely and helpful. Especially Petra and Theina which served us a few morning for breakfast. But all the staff are great! The rooms are spotless clean, quiet and comfortable the showers are great aswell! We had the room with a private pool and it was AMAZING. The pool area was always spotless clean and the staff work tirelessly to make sure that it is always clean and tidy. The other facilities around the hotel are gorgeous aswell- including the spa and the indoor pool area. We personally didn’t try the restaurant as we often ended up in Fira but they were always available for lunch and dinner. I would come back and stay at this hotel in a heartbeat and can’t wait to return. Thank you to all staff that made our stay so lovely!

This place was amazing from start to finish. The beautiful scenery, the sensational food and the cute cats! Vasiliki made sure our stay was extra special. She helped me plan a surprise in our suite prior to us arriving, with rose petals, roses, chocolates, a balloon and some Prosecco. The staff couldn’t have done any more for us. You can WhatsApp them 24/7 for anything from booking transport, booking reservations at a number of restaurants, recommendations for trips and places to visit, literally anything and they were there to help. The restaurant was amazing and made for a very special meal when we went. The private boat tour that was arranged for us was also a highlight. Santorini is a small island but you can’t walk places so yes you do have to get transport to visit other places but there are a few options available to getting around. There are shops and restaurants down the road from the hotel at just a few minutes walk. Our favourite meal was at a traditional greek restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were so welcoming and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention to the following staff, Kostas Petra Marios Constantinos Constantina Elpida A perfect way to end our summer, thanks for a great holiday.

Loved this hotel, particularly the spa; gym was also 5 star. Just very disappointed with Santorini, which is incredibly expensive, particularly taxis and a magnet fir ugly cruise liners. Luckily we went to Paros island afterwards, which was paradise by comparison, especially pictureque Naoussa, just 20 mins by car from the port To put things into perspective taxi rides in Santorini were often 75 Euros for a 20 minute trip! If you can be bothered to haggle this can be brought down. Quoted 170 Euros for a 30 min journey from the port to the airport

The hotel is stunning and very aesthetically pleasing. It has the 5 star appeal to it however has some down turns. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and the maids do a great job of your room. Towels are replenished twice a day which is a great touch. Facilities: The Gym is a great hotel gym with lots of new equipment. Bottled water is provided (our last day we asked 3 times for more water in the gym, 40 mins later 4 bottles was brought for 6 people needing it). It does has good air-con. This is open 24/7. The spa is beautiful and has great architecture to the pool in this area. A sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool are also situated within this area. It also has a hair/beauty salon of which we didn’t try. The hotel has three pools. The main pool, this is very nice and refreshing and has all depths. A smaller warm pool with seating, I feel this could be cleaned a little more often as it looks like it has a layer of sun cream. It also has the spa pool which is gorgeous. The last day was the only day people struggled for a sun bed. Otherwise, plenty to go round. Room: We were very happy to find out we had been upgraded to a jacuzzi room with your own out door garden. This was very beautiful however we were unable to use the jacuzzi, it was way too hot and burnt your skin. The room is very spacious and has nice touches. However the aircon unit is very loud, we did get used to this but there aircon control panel on the wall is right next to your bed and so bright when trying to sleep, I had too put tissue paper over this which did help. However, the aircon could be on 24/7 even if you wasn’t in the room therefore we could always come back to a lovely cool room. You get two complimentary 500ml waters everyday which is good. The rooms also has two robes, slipper and flip flops available. Location/ Taxis/ Transport: The hotel is 10 mins away from the airport. We got a minibus to take us for 25€. The hotel will arrange this for 40€. Fira is 2 miles down the road (10 mins in the car), however not really walkable as the roads/paths aren’t brilliant. This costs 27€ each way if the hotel arrange a taxi and 36€ if you order an Uber, Oia is 20/25 mins away and 70€ each way if the reception organise you a car. However only 36€ in an Uber again so no brainer to order the Uber here. You can get a bus, closeish to the hotel that takes you too. Fira and Oia, and comes every 30 mins at a price of 2€ per person. We haven’t tried this so I’m unsure what the queues/ aircon is like on these. Reception: We can’t fault reception, you get welcomed with a cool wet flannel and welcome drink which is nice. They also helped us organise a sunset boat day, (160 euros pp). It’s seems expensive but our best day on the island. Reception also has a WhatsApp which is a great way to communicate with them. Breakfast/ Service: Unfortunately this is where we’ve had to knock a star off for. The food is great, it has everything you’d expect from a breakfast. You do however have to order your eggs (fried, poached or omelette) separately that they bring to your table. The last few days of our trip took 20 mins for our eggs to come out which at this point our toast was cold. Drinks also have an extremely slow service. My tea took 40 mins to come out (after asking 3 times) which isn’t great when it’s only hot water and a tea bag. No top ups for coffee asked for either. This then leads me to the poolside refreshments. It’s rare to find a waiter around the pool to order drinks. Then when you do, it takes so long for them to receive them. You have to go up to the bar to order them which is okay, just not 5 star service. (From a money point of view): You’d make so much more money if you had a poolside waiter that is walking around continuously. We would have ordered so many more drinks. This is no negativity to the staff already working the breakfast/ pool as they really do not stop working but more for the fact they are understaffed and perhaps not managed correctly. Everyone seems to be doing every job and in every location rather than having a dedicated location and task which I think they’d benefit from. Restaurant: The hotel has an Italian restaurant which is very nice. We would have eaten here more often if we didn’t want to explore Santorini more. However, from an English tourist point of view…please serve actual French fries/ chips. The “French fries” on the menu are crisps/ American chips which don’t really got the best with steak. The services as great. Overall, the hotel is gorgeous. Nice and quite away from the bustle of Fira and Oia. However please get more waiting staff to help your current staff and a better experience for your guests.

Large compound with rooms spread out. Amazing architecture and landscape design. The pool is very well thought out with a gradual decline at one end for paddling or wandering into the pool. We had a junior suite (no pool) and that was very good. Two balconies. One with seats and one without. The one without could have done with a couple of chairs (maybe soft bean bag style). The service is great but all at the reception. Didn’t see many staff walking around. The dinner restaurant has an excellent outlook upstairs. The outside tables are wonderful at night. The service here is 10 out of 10. The food is Italian. Very very good Italian but I did expect Greek food or at least some Greek options (I am not Greek so was keen to try local food). Breakfast is brilliant. Can’t fault it. Huge variety from fruits, cereal, eggs (scrambled and boiled), breads, meats, pastries, sandwiches etc. Overall a very good hotel.

This hotel is far from being a 5-star establishment; it's a rip-off. They deceive guests with their room descriptions. Despite booking a pool suite with a partial sea view for 920 euros/night, we ended up with a view of a parking lot, as shown in the attached photo. Our room's AC was faulty, and the bed was as hard as a rock, making it incredibly uncomfortable. Despite bringing up these issues politely, the hotel did nothing to address them, not even offering a room change. Save your money and stay in Oia instead; you'll get better value for the same price.
