a cool hotel with luxurious and spacious rooms with minimalist details. the pool is lively with good music next to the trendy restaurant. The staff is friendly and always available to chat and give good tips. The hotel is between Fira and Oia and has very private access.

A year ago when we began our search for Greek Islands hotels, we used a mix of Trip Advisor, Vloggers on YouTube, instagram accounts and more. We book our own travel - we do not use travel agents. We had never been to the Greek Islands and Santorini had a specific mission for us which was the Flying Dress photo shoot that was on my wife’s bucket list. We knew Santorini was very tourist driven and busy so we did not want to stay directly in Oia or Fira with all the foot traffic and noise. Nobu started to present itself more and more. I began to read more about the company and realized it’s an international luxury organization of which Robert Dinero is an owner. Given were huge fans and the company in general fits all of our values, my wife booked it. What can I say from here… pure luxury. From the moment you arrive, the staff approaches your car and greets you with a refreshing drink and welcome information. After check in they escort you to your room. This trip was celebrating our 12 wedding anniversary and also my 50th birthday. We were visiting at the end of the season so temps were down and the hotel is on its final stretch. They upgraded us to the top room as a surprise and it was heavenly. The integration of the Japanese aesthetics in the design of Nobu properties (and their restaurants) made for a tranquil experience. Our shower was cave-like and enormous. Both my wife and have been battling colds this entire 3 week trip so cuddling into this shower together at night under hot steam was a God-send. Upon entering the restaurant in the evening the staff always yelled “irasshaimase” which means welcome to our home in Japanese. Food - 5 star Service - 5 Star Property - 5 star. Tranquil and soothing all day long with relaxing vibes pipes throughout the property. The pool area with the view over the caldera is a dream bucket list item for anyone. Whether at the pool, in the bar, in your room or doing anything at all, they offer flawless personal service by not letting you lift a finger. I don’t require that, but when you pay this sort of premium, it’s the details in every step that separate the leaders from the rest. I recommend Nobu Santorini and will try their other properties around the world. Every penny was worth it.

Our stay in Santorini at Nobu Hotel was an absolute dream. The rooms are unique and lovely, food is exceptional, and can we talk about the amazing views?? The views are literally to die for. However, the top-of-the-line service matched the incredible views. The Nobu Hotel staff was TOP. They were not only prompt and on top of things, but went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, convenience, and to deliver us a memorable experience. My husband and I have stayed frequently at 5 star hotels when we travel, but (even with staying at highly-rated and expensive hotels) rarely do we get this type of service delivered with exceptional precision and care. They are such resourceful and kind staff members. And I hate to admit this next point because I’m normally not a sap, but when my husband and I were on the way to the airport from the hotel (to return home), I teared up / silently cried because I didn’t want to leave. The beauty of Santorini is unparalleled (especially with the views from Nobu), but even more touching was that Nobu Hotel’s staff made us feel truly special. A special shout out to Ana, Samer, Pretty, and Marina(a few of Nobu Hotel’s staff members that we connected with). When we come back to Santorini we will definitely be staying at Nobu again. It’s not by for ever. It’s simply bye for now. Highly recommend.

I echo everything Danielle T said in her review from July 2023 - this hotel is stunning and serves as the perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini. The views from our room and the hotel pool area were amazing. The hotel's location on a cliff overlooking the caldera, just outside the town of Imerovigli, and right on the walking trail is excellent. You are removed from the crowds, but can easily access other areas of the island if you desire. Nobu food never disappoints and after traveling and eating traditional Greek cuisine for many days, it was a nice change. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. Prices in Santorini are higher than the mainland or Crete, but my husband and I felt we had a luxurious stay that included all of the amenities you would want so overall it was a good value. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, restaurant very expensive (water 12 euros), very clean, all women staff competent and professional, turn down services one night out of three, not the Four Seasons albeit Four Seasons Prices, all that said would return. The Women at the front desk were wonderful in all respects

Sunsets views are uninterrupted, peaceful, and so beautiful. The room was perfect; spacious, comfortable, cool, smelled amazing. We made use of the gym, which was nicely equipped. Food, as expected, was delicious at every occasion. However, the thing that really sets Nobu apart are the staff. Helpful, friendly, welcoming - it was a pleasure to spend time in an environment with them all.

Nobu Santorini is a must see and visit spot on the island with its stunning views and flawless service. The restaurant's prime location overlooking the most beautiful sunset. The staff at went above and beyond to deliver impeccable service. From the warm welcome by the hostess to the attentive waiters, their professionalism and genuine kindness left lasting impression on me and my partner. Especially our waiter Kostas who surprised us with the best cheesecake I’ve ever had for our anniversary celebration. I’ve been in Nobu several times before in other location and food is on the same if not higher level. Black Cod was to die for. We kept ordering more and more sushi as they were divine. Definitely worth visiting. Ensure you’ve got enough memory space in your camera as the sunset lasting for over an hour is just breathtaking.

The perfect hotel for a couples break. The service, setting and sunset views are incredible. Island life meets Japanese chic decor is the theme at Nobu Santorini. Everything is so clean and fresh. Friendly staff cannot do enough for you - anything I needed or asked for was done within minutes. From the ladies at reception to the staff by the pool - I was always met with a warm and welcoming smile. They don’t let you lift a finger! Perfect service, allowing you to really relax. Breakfast is stunning - a la carte on the terrace is incomparable. The suites are designed beautifully. Every detail has been thought through. There are plenty of luxury sun-beds around the two infinity pools. There are only 25 rooms so it feels and is super exclusive. The location of this luxury hotel has the best sunset view without the crowds you will encounter in the busier areas such as Oia and Fira. We dined at the Nobu restaurant for lunch and dinner and the food was superb. The jalapeño martini is a must try! There is a hiking trail right outside the hotel which takes you to Oia. Don’t be put off by the semi-negative reviews from last season. The start of the 2023 season at Nobu Santorini has been fabulous and I cannot wait to return.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay at Nobu in September and loved the resort. The staff was very welcoming, but not intrusive. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the warm plunge pool on the balcony that overlooked the caldera and could also see the white cliffs of Oia. The resort is located along the hike to Oia which we felt was the perfect location. We spent one evening in Oia and could not wait to return to Nobu to get away from the crowds of people. The sun beds around the pool are perfect for a day of relaxation. Food and drinks were excellent! For anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Santorini, but not wanting to be surrounded by people, this should be your pick. We cannot wait to return!

Excellent communication with front desk team via WhatsApp for booking drivers and restaurants. They always made things happen within seconds, I was impressed! Amazing staff & beautiful hotel..Kostas & Michelle, Jorge & Marina & all reception staff all the staff were amazing ...would return because of the staff...loved our room & location..little windy but the hotel plan to wrap the restaurant & higher rooms
