We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb ‘25. Transfer from airport was excellent. A slight delay before our room was ready (managers should make sure there are enough housekeeping staff when the hotel is full). But once we got there, the room was excellent. Breakfasts were superb. Bar area...

A slight delay before our room was ready (managers should make sure there are enough housekeeping staff when the hotel is full). But once we got there, the room was excellent. Breakfasts were superb. Bar area is elegant. Every single member of staff was a credit to the hotel. Genuinely friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We 100% recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing hotel located in the centrum of Prague. Everything from the first meeting until check out was perfect! The room was so beautiful and cozy, we got an upgrade to a bigger room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The most gorgeous, fancy, luxe hotel I've ever stayed in. We had a suite for three nights in early December. The hotel is so well located, everything in Prague is within walking distance (even the castle if you're up for a long walk!). I managed to get a lovely morning...

The most gorgeous, fancy, luxe hotel I've ever stayed in. We had a suite for three nights in early December. The hotel is so well located, everything in Prague is within walking distance (even the castle if you're up for a long walk!). I managed to get a lovely morning run in from the hotel along the river and back. The hotel bar is amazing, the staff are so friendly and nice, the spa was gorgeous and everything felt so fancy. Just had the best time, and would 100% go back.

One problem you have when reviewing 5* accommodation is that your expectation is incredibly high. This hotel was good, which in itself is positive, it just didn’t “wow” me or blow me away. The breakfast buffet was very very good with exceptional choice. The spa area was also very impressive....

One problem you have when reviewing 5* accommodation is that your expectation is incredibly high. This hotel was good, which in itself is positive, it just didn’t “wow” me or blow me away. The breakfast buffet was very very good with exceptional choice. The spa area was also very impressive. We found the rooms to be slightly dated with some chipped tiles and the waterfall shower didn’t work in the bathroom. Like I say, in many ways a 5* property sets you up to be slightly more critical and the hotel was good - but I’ve been to much better and don’t feel like I’ll miss out if I was to return to Prague and stay somewhere else. Slight niggle was also that the receptionist charged the city/room tax to the wrong credit card - not a major issue as this was only 300 Kč but again you’re likely to remember these sorts of things when staying at a 5* property.

Wonderful lobby area, most impressive and room corridors quiet and smart. Deliciously opulent, alluring and sensuously private pool and sauna area with plenty of private and peaceful nooks. Food not fabulous...

Wonderful lobby area, most impressive and room corridors quiet and smart. Deliciously opulent, alluring and sensuously private pool and sauna area with plenty of private and peaceful nooks. Food not fabulous but perfectly acceptable and service everywhere was from welcoming and friendly staff. We will return when we next visit Prague.
