Food in the hotel is beautiful both the eternal blue and meat in point have an excellent selection of dishes and enough to cater for everyone. Breakfast is wonderful each morning there really is nothing you cannot have, the honeycomb’s stunning. The bar is lovely and the drinks of the best quality with the very best service. We always love the small touches of the hotel and still enjoy the turn down service each evening.
The hotel team are wonderful and have a smile from morning until night which given the hours they work is not easy - Thank you
On this occasion we used the spa twice and had the most amazing treatments Mia was fabulous and I will most certainly be booking my appointment on my next visit

The accommodation is fantastic - we had a fantastic aqua suite which added to the enjoyment of our 6-day stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety, presentation and quality and regularly replenished. In addition to eating at the two resort restaurants with high quality cuisine, we also wanted to experience local Greek taverns and were given a list of recommended options, help was given with bookings and taxis ordered each time. We thought the Spa treatments were also excellent.
This is a real gem and comes highly recommended.

We have just spent ten days staying at this wonderful five-star hotel in Crete where the lovely staff and the many fine first class amenities and the delicious food have made our stay truly a holiday to remember. It has been our fifth time holidaying in Crete and we will certainly be hoping to return soon to Nana Princess. Of all the hotels which we have stayed in around the world, the Nana Princess has been the most enjoyable and relaxing place to be. Although the weather in Crete in mid / late October cannot always be relied upon to be sunny, the kindness and enthusiasm and efficiency of the staff and managers at Nana Princess can always be relied upon. A sunny smile in the morning, at breakfast, goes a very long way to spreading joy amongst the staff and guests. Thank you and bravo Nana.

We had a gorgeous stay! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Food was incredible and we had the most amazing massage in the spa. The facilities are spotless and our room was beautiful. They really thought of all the little touches and we came away with souvenirs to remember the hotel.
Only a couple of things we would mention. The cost of dinner was a little excessive. We paid an ridiculous amount for a fillet of salmon and what mentioned on the menu to come with potatoes. What came out (no exaggeration) was half of a baby salad potato cut in half (so two quarters of a baby potato). I felt a little hungry in the evening but it did taste amazing though so compliments to the chef!
The only other thing we would suggest is that the pools are heated warmer at this time of year without the huge charges that you had to pay if you wanted the temperature increased by a couple of degrees. We had paid for a room with a private pool and had come to the resort specifically for the pool rooms but it was so cold we couldn't use it. Hardly anyone was using the main pools as well which is such a shame! I only braved it once in the main pool and didn't dare go back in again, and I am used to swimming in the sea in the UK! The air temps during our stay was between 22-24C and we found the sea warmer than the pools. It could be an idea to heat one of the main pools to a usable temperature and then leave the others unheated. At least one would then be usable and no doubt more guests would be swimming. I understand that the pool temperature would be ideal for mid summer but definitely not for October!
Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return... In the summer though when we can use the pools.

Well if this isn’t 5 star luxury then I don’t know what is! Nana princess is absolutely perfect, from the architecture to small details the hotel added to make our stay extra special. The staff throughout the whole hotel were amazing and so friendly, nothing was ever too much to ask for. The hotel was so clean and rooms were attendant to twice a day making sure we had clean towels and bedding. The food and restaurants on sight were gorgeous with the most amazing food and beautifully presented. Our room was exactly what we asked for with a sea view and our own private pool. We would highly recommend staying here, with the feeling of privacy but not too far away from everything you need.

We have had an amazing week staying at the Nana Princess Hotel.
The suite was fantastic, the bed was very comfy, there was a well stocked mini bar and nespresso machine which was restocked daily. We really enjoyed the pool, it was cold but refreshing after a hot day - you could pay for the heat to be increased but we didn’t need it. The pool is overlooked by the adjoining rooms so not that private.
We had the Dine Around package which meant we ate in the two restaurants each night which was great value. The food and the service was excellent but the menus didn’t change at all the week we were there. The breakfast buffet was really good, it had the staples but some changes every morning. The main bar is huge and was never busy - a good wine list and cock tails.
We hardly left the hotel, it was so peaceful and had everything we wanted. Our favourite place to lie was the Cabanas next to the beach - we never had any problem getting our favourite! You can lie there all day, in the sun or shade and get drinks and food brought to you - heaven.
All the staff at the hotel are lovely - nothing was too much trouble, they
even managed to source a charger for my kindle which is left at home.
If you was a relaxing holiday this is the place to go in Crete. Amazing
