The concierge service provided exceptional support even before our arrival, offering recommendations for activities and restaurants, and handling all our reservations and transportation needs seamlessly. Every staff member exceeded our expectations, ensuring all our needs were met. Our suite was stunning, with breathtaking views. The only drawback, particularly for older guests, is the number of steps built into the rocky landscape. Despite that, it’s easily a 5-star experience and beyond!

Dear Mr Somalakis, I trust this feedback finds you well! We would love to take the opportunity to share some feedback with you regarding your wonderful hotel and the people who make it so special ! This place was on our bucket list and finally we are here 🙏 We arrived only 3 days ago and within this short period of time we are overwhelmed by the perfection, attention to detail and the warmhearted staff members we met! I used to fly on private jets and was in charge of the training so I personally pay attention to all the small details “ the extra miles” .. therefore we would like to highlight the arrival experience with Jerry and Marielena(? Please forgive me, if I don’t write some names correctly, but I am pretty sure, you know whom I am talking about) The welcome itself explains already the concept of your unique place : friendly, caring and very individual! The cold oshiburi ( towels) are amazing! They did a great job and the entire team is always there! The whats app concierge idea is great and so efficient! Lure surprised us on our first evening! We received the best table from michaela ( she is amazingly hosting and super friendly) Food was excellent and the live music ( compliments to the ladies!) made it outstanding! The breakfast concept is exceptional: we can choose between in room dining or charisma without charge ! We spent now the last two mornings in charisma to enjoy the team: michaela ( lure) , Konstantinos, Panos, Lambros, George , Yanita ( Bar) who are always on the point! And not to forget all the wonderful people behind the scenes: The bell boys , who are carrying constantly all the suitcases up and down; the housekeepers, who leave our suite 21 spotless twice a day and not to forget the kitchen crew -> 5*!!! It barely happens that we write something very early ( or at all ) while still being on vacation.. but this experience is so special due all the staff members involved! So thanks a lot for hosting us and have a wonderful day ahead!

Bad news - 8 plus flights of stairs on uneven stone steps just to get to room / pool. We are in good shape - marathons, etc. and the wet, rocky stairs with no handrails were just not fun. Met people who never left their room because they couldn't keep climbing the unsafe stairs. There are much better choices nearby at similar prices - Canaves ( not as far down the hill ), Katikies ( not as far down the hill, elevator and nice cement steps ). Not sure why more reviews did not comment on stairs because we heard complaints from almost everyone including staff. Front desk staff was good but not willing to make any concessions for a lifetime titanium and restaurant recommendations were weak. Finally - YOU CANNOT SEE THE SUNSET FROM THIS HOTEL. Good news - Great views, clean, quiet rooms ( funky caves - but not recommended for claustrophobic guests ). Very good breakfast. Nice pool ( but not enough lounges )

Where do I begin with this absolutely amazing stay and experience. First of all the location speaks for itself with the insane views (this is by far the nicest hotel in the area and on the entire island - we drove it so we know!). From before we arrived, the hotel concierge and staff were extremely helpful in planning our entire stay regarding transportation, dinner arrangements etc. Special shoutout to Marios as we entered he helped plan all of our dinner reservations and upgraded us to a nicer suite (since we are Mariott Titanium Elite Members). They provided us with multiple comps throughout the stay as an elite member including champagne, free daily breakfast, various foods and treats. The food at this hotel was excellent. The daily breakfast was super healthy and fresh which I appreciated (love the banana split yogurt and the avocado toast!). The poolside service was excellent both bar and food. The pool is beyond beautiful - the entire property has been taken care of really well and super clean and elegant. The bar staff were very funny and made our stay extra special throughout. The room itself was so unique and beautiful, like sleeping in a true cave - we slept amazing every night with the cave features and super comfortable bed. So quiet! The only note I will make for travelers (did not affect us as we are younger and very active - there are a lot of stairs!! If you have any joint or hip issues this may not be a good fit for you). This also may not come as a surprise since the hotel is after all located built-in to a hill but the gym is very small and only fits about 4 people at a time (we never had an issue with this as it seems most people are out hiking). Would definitely be back! Thank you all Mystique team for making our Honeymoon experience and stay so wonderful, you are all amazing! I highly recommend!

So you are looking for a place in Santorini, the magical playground of the Gods. Quite frankly, anywhere you would park yourself would be perfect on this island, you simply can not go wrong, although Im sure there are many ways some people can screw up perfection. Thankfully, the tireless, hardworking staff at Mystique (and I mean HARD WORKING) stop at NOTHING to make your experience one that you will have a difficult time forgetting. I am an avid traveler with 35 years as an expert in the hospitality, and event service industry. Greece has always held a special place in my heart over the years. Even though the previous generation of hospitality providers (staff, servers, management, etc.) didn't quite understand the meaning of "hospitality". Ironically enough, that is one word derived from the latin ,and not the Greeks surprisingly enough. However the contemporary leaders of todays hospitality team understand the true meaning of "PHILOXENIA" yes, a Greek word directly translating to "making the guest, a stranger, feel like your friend". The staff at Mystique were well trained, well spoken in a variety of languages, and customs, as they worked through the at times unbearable heat to deliver the coolest of vibes, and highest level of accommodations to their guests. As I typically reference in most of my reviews, there are downsides, most of which are created in our imaginations. Also, there are times when your staff, servers, team members, and or accommodations, truly are worthy of some eye opening reviews, shedding light on matters that need to be addressed differently, or could be better presented to their guests and clients. (I often question if the management truly read some reviews as much as they should) Mystique however does a fantastic job navigating the treacherous stairs throughout their facility. A facility (keep in mind) that was originally individual "cave or dome" houses privately owned, and acquired over the years joined together with multi level staircases intertwining, and at times down right difficult to traverse on a daily basis. Yes you are on vacation, and likely not looking to work as hard as you should physically ( speaking for myself of course) but that is the way this place is built, and the staff there make it seem like they were all students of the Cirque de Solei advanced school of trapeze. They seem to manage these stairs seamlessly while responding to the guests requests carrying your luggage, room service, and whatever else you require. Some rooms have small doorways which really needs to be conveyed to the guests by the management better since my wife and I kept banging our heads upon entering the bathroom in the middle of the night. We are not very tall people, but if you are over 6' tall you will run into serious trouble. I was able to remedy this by placing a few colorful tea bags on the frame of the door top so we could see it and stop hitting our heads. Again.... you are in Santorini, the playground of the Gods. There are so many beautiful locations you could enjoy while there. Always remember, the finest of facilities are run by people, humans. The quality of your experience anywhere greatly depends on the professionalism, and genuine eagerness of the staff to deliver a positive, memorable experience. The rest is entirely up to you. This is an exceptional place and will blow your mind from the moment you arrive to the time you are unwilling to leave. Sit by the pool, allow Alexandros to mix you a drink, and enjoy the fruits of your labor that enable you to select such magical destination in the first place. As always with everything, a grain of salt goes a long way, especially when there is a reposado, or extra anejo in your other hand!

Our stay was exceptional. You must experience the incredible ELIOS SPA, which belongs to the hotel. It is one of the best massages we have ever had in over 50 countries we have visited over the years. Angeliki the Spa manager is also a world class masseuse. We recommend the 80 minutes massage for the full effect!. The hotel service also truly deserves a five star rating. Highly recommended. We will be returning next year!

When planning our trip to Santorini, my wife and I weren’t sure what we’d like best between the food, the sunsets, the water excursions, or Oia itself; we had no idea our favorite part would be the hotel. This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is absolutely stunning and there’s not a square inch of any room or public space that wastes it. Every room maximizes the views and the entire property naturally ebbs and flows with the caldera making for a truly beautiful premises. We were upgraded to a Wet Allure suite—I can’t recommend this enough as it allows you to enjoy the views from a private hot tub. Some of our best nights in Santorini were just spent watching the cruise ships leave and the sunset catamarans head out from the comfort of the balcony. But the true stars of Mystique are the staff. They effortlessly make every guest feel valued and by the end of the stay we felt many of them truly knew us and our needs. As a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, I feel that Mystique set the standard for service across the brand. Special shoutout to Alexandros at the pool bar for being a great resource for information on all things Greece, be it cocktails or otherwise.

We arrived and were met by an amazing young man who wished our luggage away down 200 steps to the hotel reception area. He was incredibly professional and polite. The young lady in reception was extremely helpful and got us hooked up to WiFi and WhatsApp so that we could communicate more effectively. It was a very impressive process! We were then shown to our room. OMGOSH! What a wonderful surprise! We had a wonderfully situated suite! The suite was called the Wet Allure Suite and had a full view of the Mediterranean. The suite was gorgeous! It was equipped with a jacuzzi for two with an incredible view! The bed, bathroom, seating area and “office” area were tastefully decorated. I would be remiss if I did not mention the breakfast/lunch area. It was a gorgeous area located by the pool & bar with an incredible 180° view of the sea! It was breathtaking. My husband and I had spa appointments and they were amazing as well! There were so many amazing people working there but one stood out! His name is Kostas and he helped my husband plan several surprises for me on my birthday! We 10/10 recommend staying here if you visit Santorini!

We had the most wonderful time at Mystique in Santorini, having eloped to marry the great love of my life after six years together. Having gone straight from the bodybuilding world championships in Romania known as IFBB Masters, Olympia, we were greeted by the most kind Greek people on the planet . Our wedding planner, Dimitra Bratika assured everything went to perfection. They generously upgraded our stay, and every day we were gifted delightful morning and afternoon treats, organic breakfast, insane sunset views, and had the most romantic wedding overlooking the Caldera, and all the ancient beauty and wonder that words, nor pictures could sufficiently capture alone. This is a must have experience. Dimitra took us in town to tan authentic coffee shop. She had the island best manicurist & make up artist arrive to the hotel to transform me into a flawless bride. She assured we had top-notch photography and videography. We had original Greek musicians for our wedding, spectacular flower arrangements, scrumptious cake, and epic Hotel multicourse, five star finger licking dinner. Our villa had its own infinity pool, hot tub, jaw dropping views. we had spectacular massages by the hotel staff, and every single person on that property was genuinely lovely, greeted us with smiles and happy gestures. Our wedding planner gifted us a handmade painting, Dimitra is exclusively at Mystique, our planner and artist, has such a uniquely beautiful mind and huge heart. These ladies made our wedding a dream come true and Mystique was the perfect hotel to get married at in Santorini ❤️ Dimitra and Antonia helped me secure flowers, photographers/videographers, confirm timings, and so much more! Excellent stay at Mystique. Room and view were beautiful, attentive concierge staff, spa on site. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel has a car service that is very quick and convenient. Great location, walking distance to all points of interest in Oia.
