Certainly one of the best holiday / beach hotels we’ve been to anywhere. The hotel is pretty perfect, really, with every amenity one could reasonable want, and within easy distance for the beaches and local town shops. In the hotel if you want any item not on the menu the efficient staff are very happy to try get it for you, or tell you where you can get it. The food here is first class, especially the breakfast which is absolutely superb, with help yourself free flowing champagne. George’s bar is great for a pre or after dinner drink or cocktail. The rooms are very crisp and clean in white and blue, with original Greek paintings and vases. All in all a top class hotel. The pool and sun bed area is lovely, well maintained and serviced with snacks, lunches and drinks throughout the day and early evening.

This was our 30th time visiting the Ambassador and again it never disappoints so much so that we have just arrived back from our 31st visit and still we don’t want to go anywhere else, the standard of care and level of service exceeds expectations beyond all others, the staff must go through some rigorous training as they all are so caring about the standards that need to be met. Can’t wait for next year.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and from the moment we were greeted it was 1st class. The rooms are really nice and I understand some rooms up higher with their own pools are amazing, as a few in our group were upgraded to those rooms. We hung out at the pool for a couple of afternoons, which has a great vibe, scenery and awesome staff who take very good care of you including ice cream treats a little after 4pm. The breakfasts were all great as well, providing you with many options and the poolside view of the sea. It is a short walk to the beach, where there are a few nice restaurants and lots of beach beds. Overall this was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Greece staying at a few islands. Would definitely recommend this place if staying in Mykonos. Cheers!

I stayed at this Property over 2 years ago and was very happy with the facility and service. However, based on my last experience, I will never stay with them nor would i ever recommend them. To give you a few of the highlights (1) They were 1/2 hour late picking us up from the airport; (2) they say they have free rides back to the airport but only if it fits in their driver's schedule! So after spending over $7K with them, they charged us $40 to take us to the airport; (3) there was noise ever night with loud music from the other rooms at the hotel so we could not sleep and when we informed the front desk, they did nothing about it. No security or control over their property whatsoever; (3) the service at breakfast was terrible. all they wanted to do was to remove your plates from the table and close our the breakfast; (4) the front desk could not be more rude to us in terms of assisting with anything. Most of the guests were complaining of the same issue so i don't get the five star reviews here! (5) the daily cleaning service was even worse... on two occasions they just left the new sheets in the room for US to change! What a joke. For this price, there are much nicer places to stay in Mykonos.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a so called five star hotel. To start, the room we initially got was dirty. When we let them know they said they need come and check first, once we showed them the dirt in the room, they showed us another room which was in the same condition if not worse. Don’t bother getting the rooms with the hot tubs, they are dirty as well and you won’t use it. Worst of all the staff was unapologetic and rude when we expressed our concerns. Don’t bother asking them to accommodate with late check out. They will give you some bs about the hotel being at full capacity, when we could clearly see it was not. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was okay, nothing special. The only part of this hotel we enjoyed was the spa. The spa staff were great.

This was the last stay on our tour of the Greek Islands and...WOW! This was a luxury ending to our dream vacation...and it did not disappoint! We were greeted by a lovely staff member with drinks, a VIP check in, an escorted tour of the facilities and up to our room where our luggage was already waiting for us. The reservation INCLUDES transfer from the ferry to the hotel and back! That's a deal! Breakfast included also. The rooms and the pool all look out over the Kamari beach - spectacular. Service and staff were top notch! We also did the spa pools treatment. Luxury! Easy walk to the beach (5 minutes - less than 2 football fields. Great vibe, chill music, incredible grounds with white stucco walls, colorful bougainvilleas, super clean and well kept grounds. Rooms had modern fixtures and a drop dead balcony view for coffee in the morning! Modern furniture and art on the walls. Take me back! I want more!

Wow! What a trip! Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you, best service on the island. Location is excellent. Breakfast is amazing. The spa is fantastic. Overall 10/10 and we will be back next year to celebrate my birthday!!
The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the breakfast options were out of this world, the staff were great, and the resort itself was beautiful. It’s very accessible to the beach clubs, and sticking around by the pool is a viable option as well. Lots of options for excursions...

I found this hotel on the BA website when I bought my first package holiday from BA. The reviews were amazing on all the platforms and the hotel certainly lived up to expectations (stunning property and views, attentive service, great breakfast) but there's a couple of minor improvements that I would like to suggest. First one is that no one got in touch with me around transfers from the airport. I took a taxi when I landed that I didn't pre-book and paid 25€ for, then found out on the day of departure that transfers were complimentary. Bit of a shame given I booked a packaged holiday for my young daughter and I. Secondly, the staff asked me for tips at every transaction, then when I set up the bill at the end I was encouraged to pay more tips (over the ones I already agreed to). I'm from Europe and have been going to Greece for years. In fact the family restaurant up the road don't ask for tips and still see you out with a big smile if you don't tip (I'd have wanted to but my 67 year old mother got the bill and didn't tip). Going back to the hotel I think they are massively taking advantage of the fact they have a lot of American customers who are used to tipping on top of everything. I thought it was a shame. It's not like the hotel rates are low. So I'd advise they bear this in mind to make sure the European customers keep coming back! Other than that we had a lovely time there and would recommend the hotel which is also walking distance to Scorpios. We found the closest beach to be overcrowded with restaurants with loud music though so probably wouldn't go back there in high season.

The people were very kind and always greeted us and attended quickly to any of our needs. It was nice to be able to walk down to the restaurants on the beach for dinner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mykonos!
