We booked a 10 day all-inclusive trip to the Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort for our honeymoon and no words can express how thrilled we have been with our whole experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and the staff in this resort go above & beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable, enjoyable &, stress-free as possible. We received a welcome drink with some nibbles & caviar and it was here in the lobby we met the wonderful Nazli- our Maxx Assistant Host for the duration of our stay. We discovered we had been upgraded to one of the sea view royal suites with an exceptional view. Nazli was on hand (via the Maxx Royal app messaging service) and we met her many times throughout the stay. She started off as our Maxx Assistant, but we left as friends. We also had the amazing Samira who worked on opposite shifts with Nazli & both ladies were incredible & treated us like a King & Queen. They could not do enough for us & checked in with us every day. They were always there if we asked any questions regarding daily activities or Spa treatments & having them there on hand really made us feel like we were receiving the full Maxx Royal experience & we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Their bubbly personalities & respectful manner was admiral & they are a huge asset to the Maxx Royal team. We can confidently say, they made our stay very special & unforgettable! You will never be bored in this resort as there is so much to do. Between trips to the beautiful Montgomerie Golf Course using the free shuttle service (my husband played 3 rounds & was so impressed with the facilities there), Maxx Wellness studio & spa facilities, fitness classes, daily sports activities, in-house arcade center (including bowling), shopping mall, swimming pools both heated & non-heated, several bars & restaurants (every single food preference is catered for to the highest quality)- you will find yourself creating a daily itinerary, which is what we did. We were beyond  blessed to receive the 'Honeymoon Concept' & the staff made us feel like we were the only guests in the resort which was truly exceptional. We received an A La Carte meal included (we chose the Montgomerie steakhouse & it was out of this world- separate review on this), amazing traditional turkish breakfast delivered to the room (food choice recommended by Nazli & it didnt disappoint), not to mention our bedroom was decorated with balloons, rose petals, bottle of wine, sweet treats & even a beautiful bouquet of red roses. We were astounded. The biggest surprise of all was receiving personalised bathrobes with our initials on them & if you felt how soft they were, you would understand how much of a treat this is. All the special touches never went unnoticed by us & we cannot begin to thank you for giving us a honeymoon we will never ever forget. A special mention goes to the room service cleaning team. They do an excellent job every day & our room & the whole complex is pristine. We cannot fault their service. We also want to mention Ismail Avci- waiting bar staff. Ismail ensured we were very well looked after each time we frequently visited the Jay Lounge and we were blessed to have met him. He was extremely helpful, professional, caring, friendly & offered blankets to us on cold evenings, always gave us nibbles & recommended some fabulous cocktails. We really enjoyed his company & he always went above & beyond his role to ensure we were well looked after. If all of that wasn't enough to impress us, Maxx Royal also organised Fast Track &  CIP Lounge access for us in Antalya Airport. This also included security checks & passport control which made our departure back to Ireland very seamless & stress free. We were still receiving the VIP treatment even after leaving Maxx Royal. It was incredible. We could write a book on how happy we feel about our stay in the Maxx Royal. It is the creme de la creme of holiday golf resorts & we were emotional leaving as it created many wonderful memories for us. Maxx will always hold a special place in our hearts & we will definitely return to re-live the wonders all over again. We both agree that every single staff member we met along the way was exceptional & truly appreciated the tips we gave them- we wish we could have given more as they whole heartedly deserve it. Maxx Assistants, waiters, waitresses, bar staff, chefs, cleaning, spa & fitness employees, poolside staff, bell boys- they all played a part in giving us our honeymoon of dreams & it is credit to the management of Maxx Royal for employing such decent, respectful, hard-working people. We can't speak highly enough of our experience & we hope to see you soon!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it definitely won’t be the last time, we are planning to come back again this year. The service has been absolutely brilliant in every area of the hotel, whether it was just getting a drink at the bar, having lunch in the buffet restaurant, or dining in the à la carte restaurants all the waiting on team have been fabulous. The food has been delicious and although we didn’t experience all the restaurants due to my husband being ill for a lot of the holiday, we experienced enough to know that the service and quality of the food is outstanding. I didn’t think I had a sweet tooth but now I know I have due to trying lots of homemade chocolates from the chocolatier shop and the cake shop both of which were fantastic and all included in the all inclusive package. The all inclusive package is superb and well worth the money. We were invited to go and have breakfast in the Montgomery golf club not only was the breakfast spread super impressive. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend breakfast there and again all of the team provided top class service. It was a chilly morning but I insisted we ate outside to take in the views, the team got us a great table and lit the outdoor heaters and provided us with throws to keep us warm - they think of everything to make their guests happy. This was the same in the 24hr restaurant in Maxx hotel - absolute class! Our hotel room was fabulous with a great mini bar that was filled daily with generous treats and drinks and our room service team were so attentive and kept our room spotless all holiday. They even filled it with balloons and put a bed spread on saying happy birthday on my birthday. The Asian restaurant really made a fuss of me too and all the team made my birthday feel very special. They did the same for my husbands birthday the last time we came. We also watched them celebrate other guests birthday and they too went out of their way for them. Excellent attention to detail. Although the weather was not great and the sun was hot & miss with some cold days, we still sat at the pool. The bar staff were great and were always asking us did we want more drinks, fruit & snacks. We never went without a drink in hand or were allowed to go hungry. Fabulous!! I couldn’t write this review without a special mention to Tutku Akkus who was our Maxx assistant. Tutku was our assistant on the last holiday & we could not believe that she remembered us and not only that when we arrived at the hotel this time she was there waiting for us welcomed us with open arms. This was amazing Tutku made us feel special from day one and looked after us immensely all holiday! Tutku is an absolute diamond and a credit to the hotel they are very lucky to have her and we were very lucky to have her as our assistance again, she made our holiday wonderful. Thank you Tutku xx Thank you to Es- Sadek Oussama who was also fantastic - another fabulous Maxx assistant who was there for us daily sending us messages with Tutku keeping us updated on daily activities and offering us excellent service at all times with Tutku. The icing on the cake was that the hotel gave us a complimentary late checkout which was a last minute surprise arranged by Tutku, this has thrilled us and something that we really wanted but did not want to be cheeky and ask for. Our first experience of the Maxx royal and wow; it didn't disappoint. from the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted by one of our Maxx assistants Nazil along with Samara who would be looking after us throughout our stay. all our requests were catered for including all the a la carte restaurants we wanted to eat at. this was all organised through our assistants and we had no issues getting everything we asked for. the girls even sorted out flowers and balloons and birthday cake at one of our restaurants for my wife's birthday. we came back to our room after to find a bottle of bubbly and birthday balloons in the room. nice touch! we were very lucky with the weather as we were only expecting a winter break but it meant we could use the outdoor heated pool , the service around the pool by the waiters was exceptional. you never had a empty glass or bottle of beer at your sun lounger bed. restaurant staff and bar staff were first class in all the restaurants and bars we went to. Our assistant Samira had messaged us on our final day to inform us that she had extended our room for another 2 hours, without us asking. our transfer time was within our room extension time which worked out perfect for us. Would we go back! I am already looking . Would we recommend! hell yeah Our winter break was amazing from start to finish..Thank you MAXX ROYAL.

We have just spent the most blissful 5 days at this wonderful resort. The hotel estate was superb, very well laid out and very beautiful. We had requested a sea view room and it didn't disappoint! Spacious rooms with one of the comfiest bed that I have slept in! An expansive bathroom with a jacuzzi, and all the amenities that you would want for your stay. The minibar was well stocked and replaced promptly! The balcony had fabulous views and an egg swing chair that made it a pleasure to sit out (weather permitting!). There are state of the art tennis and golfing facilities. Activities were arranged throughout the day. There was a live band and DJ every evening/night. We made use of the fantastic spa facilities and opted for the VIP Turkish hammam which was fabulous! We had opted for an all-inclusive package and were never disappointed. The quality of the food in the buffet restaurant and other themed restaurants was exceptional. The restaurants are all top class. The bars were fantastic and offered premium alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive package. The cocktails were of the highest quality akin to what one would get at some of the top bars with renowned mixologists. There was a pattiserie, a chocolatier shop, and Movenpick for sweet treats throughout the day. The service was the highlight...no request was too much! Everyone wanted to make your stay the most memorable one. House keeping was fantastic with rooms made and a turn down service provided with the least disturbance possible...they worked like ninjas!! A special shout out to the Maxx assistants Pelin and Esra...they were at hand to make sure your every need was met. They were prompt, courteous and a credit to the service industry. A definite must do and will be visiting again very soon. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to family and friends!!

A fantastic stay , staff and service is above and beyond . A big thank you to the Max assist team ; Lyailya Bekyshova and Kristina Arsaliia for making our holiday so memorable they couldn’t do enough for us . Thank you to all the Azure staff the food was outstanding, Mehmet Tiyrek is the king of steaks ! Cholpon and Alf thank you for excellent service . The food and service at the a la carte Safraan was flawless, absolute perfection . Meriem Boukhadra helped make my birthday in Bishoku a night I will never forget, food outstanding and service outstanding. All staff at sunlit beach were so much fun, despite the weather being freezing at times they were still able to make you smile and have a laugh and a giggle . Cleaning was to a very high standard . I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Turkey cruised with ultra 6 star cruise ships on the seaborn encore and seabourn sojourn this is by far the best for service and food I’ve ever experienced . Thank you sooo much to all the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A special mention must be made to Demilare at the pool who always greeted us with a friendly smile and always went above and beyond what was expected. Also to our maxx assistants Mohammed and Oussama who dealt with our every needs immediately. We will definitely return the best hotel we have ever stayed at !!!

I recently encountered a problem during my recent booking enquiry and raised the issue to Maxx assistance. mr Teoman Cadan, the manager of Maxx assistance contacted me soon after and following in house investigation resolved the problem professionally to my complete satisfaction. Maxx Royal Belek is an incredibly relaxing hotel for a much needed break. While the hotel is top tier with amazing facilities as reviewed many times below and before, it remains relaxed, unstuffy and putting you immediately at ease. The perfect antidote from the real world. This is helped even more by the team that work tirelessly throughout the hotel: special call out to our amazing Maxx Assistants Ebru and of course Samira Kazemi. We tried all the restaurants (Mediterranean; Turkish; 24hr; Gastro Alfredo; Japanese; steak house) that were all great although the steak house is a real treat as is gastro Alfredo. As was the chocolatier, patisserie and chocolate shop. We stayed mid November and sadly we have three days of solid rain but really warm sunny days when it wasn’t. Great beach with full service still available despite it being winter. Looking forward to another future trip. Missing it already.

Very nice hotel and service. The personal from hotel is very nice and friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to go for a run, good gym and very nice golf place. Food is good, they have for everyones taste something. Novemeber is the perfect time to come very nice weather.

The Maxx Royal has lots of positives. The rooms are fabulous. The gardens are beautiful. probably the cleanest hotel we have ever been in. The buffet was enormous with a wide range of food The staff were incredible. They could not do enough for you. However we did have a few issues. The Italian restaurant was very disappointing and the food in the buffet was some times at best luke warm. Our main issue was the noise late at night in the hotel. In our opinion this was due to the design of the hotel in spite of requesting a quiet room this issue could not be resolved by management. We thought the management response was underwhelming to say the least However we did not let this spoil our holiday. A big shout out for Fatama Cicek who kept our room spotlessly clean. In particular We would like to mention two Pool waiters Osman Turan and Damilare Hamzat their service and chat made our experience by the pool much more enjoyable
