My wife and I, traveling from New Jersey, enjoyed our three night stay in a one bedroom villa in Building #2. We found that it was a secluded beautiful resort, but yet centrally located to the shows. Our villa was spacious, nicely laid out, comfortable, and well kept. We were not lacking for any amenities. All staff workers were most cordial and engaging. The single downside to the Lodge is that sit down dining is not available.

August, 2024 Visit
My wonderful wife and I enjoyed a fantastic getaway weekend to Springfield and Branson… 47 hours of fun!
We have stayed at Marriott’s Willow Ridge many times over the years; during all seasons; each visit has been wonderful.
The property is Marriott Vacation Club International property and offers rooms that are effectively two bedroom, two bathroom apartments, with kitchens, laundry, and great on-property activities.
The indoor and outdoor pools are nice; grills for BBQ; pool bar; ping pong / table tennis, corn hole; disc golf course.
Located on the Yellow Route; we typically skip the Strip and arrive… driving south on 65 from Springfield, exit at Yakov Smirnoff, follow that road to the Blue; arrive at Titanic and proceed south one more stop light and turn left.
The rooms have a lot of space; separate beds for the kids; wonderful large photos that are tinted blue, like the local skies and the water in Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo.
Wonderful staff who are always welcoming.

When our kids were young, we spent weeks every summer and fall at Big Cedar and the Chateau. Lovely places.
This weekend, we had to make a last minute trip to Branson. Too late to book Big Cedar or the Chateau, so as Marriott folks, we took a flyer on the Marriott Willow Ridge. We had driven by it, but never stayed there.
Y’all, we are blown away. What a terrific place for a family vacation! The villas are expansive and well thought out. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are great. All with the normal reliability of a Marriott property. We are moving to Branson so we (hopefully) won’t need a hotel for us, but we will certainly recommend this resort to others. Centrally located. Close to everything.
If you want sumptuous food and late night bars, this is not the place for you. But if you’re looking for a really nice venue for a family vacation in Branson, this place is a no-brainer.
Well done, Marriott.

Nice but lots of slamming doors...
We only stayed one night so didn't utilize the pool and amenities. The pool area did look really nice. We had a studio room which was really clean but did have a musty smell. Not a fan of this room though... the layout puts the bed on the hallway wall...
We only stayed one night so didn't utilize the pool and amenities. The pool area did look really nice. We had a studio room which was really clean but did have a musty smell. Not a fan of this room though... the layout puts the bed on the hallway wall which meant you heard doors slamming in the evening and early morning. I assume the bigger rooms are laid out differently so that the bedroom is on the opposite end.

Each unit has everything you will need for your stay. Centrally located in Branson it's a quick drive to wherever you go.
This time we had a one bedroom. Our room overlooked the pool and within easy walking distance to the courtyard.
Another great stay. See you next time

We used our timeshare to stay at the Marriott for a week as we’d never been to Branson. We were very pleasantly surprised. The resort was very clean and the staff very friendly. Our room was spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, dining table and living room. Washer and dryer included. Towels and bedding was like new. Great beds. We didn’t hear neighbors . We accidentally ruined a pan and they graciously replaced it. The pools are large and family friendly. They had daily activities for kids and grownups. The location is very convenient. There’s a nice Walmart nearby. We saw the Haygoods and Clay Cooper who were both excellent. Ledgestone was a beautiful golf course.

Stayed 2 nights at this property in a 2 bedroom villa. Checked out at approximately 9:30 am. Unfortunately we left items in the refrigerator. A bottle of wine, and a bottle of grape juice- both unopened, wrapped in tissue, and in the local merchants bag. Another bag contained 4 cans of unopened hard cider. Clearly items purchased at a local establishment and intended to be taken with. At any point during that day we should have been contacted and asked if we would be able to return and pick up these items. We were not. Phone calls were made to the property. Repeated attempts to talk to a person who could be of assistance were made. Housekeeping was no help. Neither was general management. We were told that alcohol left behind is disposed of to avoid employees drinking on the job. The dumbest excuse I’ve heard in a while. They also let us know that they expect that guests make sure they take all of their belongings with them. The reprimand is not appreciated. Absolutely terrible customer service. It would have cost nothing for housekeeping to turn these items over to hotel management and for them to make a phone call to let us know they had these items and ask if we could return to pick them up. In my book I call this lazy, dishonest and thievery. If there is concern that employees will consume the alcohol while working, then the most non-sensical solution is to have them open the alcohol and pour down the drain. Highly suspicious excuse. This is not something that the Marriott brand should be proud of.
It is now 3 days since initially contacting the property and we haven’t received the return phone call from the hotel manager that was requested. Again, terrible customer service.
Hopefully we will get a satisfactory response from Marriott corporate office.

We asked for a room with handicapped features on the ground floor and the lady that checked us in accommodated us and was very polite. We stayed for three nights and the cost was over $486.00. On one entrance we had to walk down stairs and the other was ground level but it appeared to be in the basement, dark concrete hallways. and quite noisy from other guests.
The room was old and greatly in need of updating, carpet was frayed near the entry and somewhat dirty. Our view out the window was a utility area, an air conditioner or other "boxy" utility units.
Overall, a pitiful room, overpriced and we thought Marriott was a five star.
