We spent three days in this gorgeous hotel and loved it. The staff were warm, helpful and charming. The room was large and well appointed and nothing was too much trouble. It was very quiet in the room and we loved returning to this exquisite spot after a lot of exploring. It has a brilliant location, close to the Charles bridge.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the room at Mandarin Oriental, Prague. The front desk staff was very friendly, but after checking into my room, I quickly decided to check out earlier. However, the hotel management informed me that I needed to give at least 24 hours’ notice, meaning I would have to stay for two nights before being allowed to leave. This policy frustrated me, as I would understand such restrictions in a budget hotel or a developing country, but not in a five-star luxury hotel in Europe, where I was paying over $1,000 per night. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the hotel management eventually allowed me to stay just one night and check out the next day. However, the entire experience was unpleasant and disappointing. I have had excellent experiences at Mandarin Oriental properties in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou, but unfortunately, Mandarin Oriental, Prague, did not meet the same high standards.

The team was amazing, the service was excellent and they made our trip so special ! We are definitely going to return. The place is also so beautiful and the location is great. The breakfast was nice, the spa had amazing treatment verity and therapists!

The team are phenomenal and exceptionally attentive to my travel plans during my stay. I visited the spa, where Veronica was amazing; she curated my treatment perfectly and shared insights about the historic buildings and the Czech Republic. Shout out to Hani, the server in the monastery. The weather was freezing, but not Hani. Her smiles, hospitality, and attitude are 10/10 - she made us feel at home, ensuring our needs were catered to. She also explained the beauty of Prague and delivered our food exceptionally well. What we appreciate about her is her friendliness and the infectious energy that keeps us smiling all the time; she's a true asset to the team. I love the property. Thank you all for being so amazing!

We've truly enjoyed a Valentine's day stay at the Mandarin Oriental Prague, and every one of our needs were more than satisfied. Hotel is a beautiful property, old monastery transformed into an oasis of relax & wellbeing, and will make anyone's stay in Prague truly magical. From the aesthetics to hospitality, everything was simply perfect. Also, being a Fan of MO, the staff went above and beyond of what we have expected. From the room upgrade to late checkout, we've thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend anyone joining the programme.

My wife and I recently returned from a 10-day vacation to central Europe, where we enjoyed wonderful hotels, great sights, and amazing history across three countries. The Mandarin Oriental stood out from our others. This hotel may not have the (unnecessarily) impressive lobby of other high-end locations, but it has every other amenity plus something else that set it apart and is hard to replicate: an incredibly thoughtful, attentive and detail-oriented staff. From the minute our jet-lagged selves walked through the front door, we were cosseted and charmed, well beyond what we experienced at the other luxury hotels during our trip. We want to especially thank the receptionist (Oriol) who welcomed us that evening, and who could be counted on to help us out throughout our stay. We wish we had gotten other names because they were all great! We loved our room; a BIG king bed; lovely bathroom. Other strong features: The food was excellent – some of the best meals we had in Prague, and hands-down, the best breakfast buffet of our entire trip -- and a convenient, yet quiet, location. Nestled in the lesser quarter, surrounded by embassies, it's conveniently near the Charles Bridge, and easy to walk to the main square, but not right in the heart of what must become very congested and noisy during high tourist season. (We deliberately went off-season, in late January, to avoid crowds. It was still a great time to visit!) This hotel also has some wonderful history (built on the site of a monastery from the 1200s). We wished we had booked spa treatments, because the spa looked amazing. (It's worth ducking into, regardless, because you can see through to bits of the 1200s-era monastery uncovered during restoration.) Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything. High quality and they thought of everything. Food was excellent - we tried all as room service. Service was fantastic. Rooms and furnishings were quality. Easy to walk to the Charles bridge and into the old city. We will be back.

the location of the hotel in the small city is not so convenient for touring the city. the building and facilities are not so impressive. the restaurant and the spa are quiet small. prague has many good hotels to choose from. the price is a bit expensive and the main advantage is the excellent friendly staff.

Unkempt hotel. Dirty walls, poor lighting, lights bulbs not working, lights are all different shades. Interior decor very old and not well maintained. Aesthetic are not Mandarin Oriental caliber. Need new artwork, furniture, drapery, light fixtures and overall upgrade.

I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Prague the weekend before Christmas, and it was a fantastic experience. This is our second time staying at an MO property and each trip has been excellent. The hospitality was top notch as always. I liked that they reached out prior to my arrival and checked in with myself and husband throughout our stay to make sure everything was great. We appreciated the small touches in our room (card, chocolates). The concierge gave a great restaurant recommendations (the Whatsapp option was handy when out and out!). And Florin was lovely along with the restaurant and bar team. Another excellent stay at an MO - can't wait to visit another!

The welcoming was very warm and polite. The hotel staff were so helpful. The room was fabulous. It is located in a very pleasant neighborhood and the distance to the city center is a few minutes walk only. Highly recommended! Can't wait to be back to MO Prague.

Uber location was set wrong and the driver took us to the back door. After minutes of searching we found the entrance. Bellman is efficient and friendly. The reception greeted us and helped us checkin, brought us to the room. Everything was smooth. After the first night we found the tub and shower combo was too difficult to get in and out. We requested for a room change, they weren’t able to accommodate us until the last day of our stay but everything worked out. The new room we moved to also had the extra amenities we requested for which I thought was sweet. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The amenities used like the towels, bedsheets, comforter are all high quality. I had great nights of sleep. Nevertheless, the fitness center only open until 10pm wasn’t ideal for me because I tend to work out late. The second dish of breakfast will be charged. The location is close to the tram station and very close to Charles bridge. Shout out to all staff members who made us vacation enjoyable.

Extremely professional! Everyone we encountered from booking the reservation, to Dorman, reception, car service, dining and bartenders were all a pleasure! The room was comfortable and clean and perfect location. Can’t wait to return.

Such a fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. Great location and it’s the best hotel breakfast ever! Such great value for a Mandarin Oriental. We’ll definitely be back! I’d highly recommend.
