This was a 5 star hotel with an abundance of professionalism and superior service. Highly, highly recommend it!!!the rooms have turn down service in the evening and are immaculately clean. The beds have crisp linens and the towels smell fresh, not the normal scent you receive in hotel linens. Concierge was very helpful and bellhops were so aatentive helping with umbrellas and a smile. Everything was top notch. Again- highly, highly recommend!!!!

Going to Paris was the best decision for a getaway from London busy life! Hats off to Lidia from Camélia and Anna from Reception for making us feel like home and providing the great service. Lidia’s recommendations made the dinner just perfect. Looking forward to being back!

The staff was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They also went above and beyond to help. When checking out, I did not realise I left my jewellery in the room. I called the front desk an hour later, and thankfully they found the items. I could not thank the front desk and the security staff enough. We also had an amazing time at Bar 8 where the staff was attentive and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience with impeccable service and the location was perfect for everything.

Another fantastic stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris! Since my last visit, I’ve noticed some delightful new touches—especially the breakfast. The croissants, made fresh on-site, are simply exceptional, and the coffee is equally superb. One evening, I tried the room service menu, and it was a wonderful experience. My meal arrived promptly, and though I didn’t catch the name of the young staff member who delivered it, he was extremely helpful and brought my dinner with a warm smile. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The staff are an absolute joy, always going above and beyond to be helpful, kind, and focused on making your stay unforgettable. The pool and gym are excellent as well! The gym, in particular, is outfitted with modern equipment suited for all kinds of workouts. Five stars all the way.

We have been staying at the Mandarin Oriental Paris since they first opened. It is a gorgeous hotel and we love it the most because the management is outstanding. The hotel manager Edouard Lapasset and Cyndie Richard made sure to exceed our expectations. We stayed for almost a month so the great service was even more apparent. Every part of the hotel was flawless. The valet, concierge, front desk, room service etc.. were all run to perfection. The hotel is modern with the best bathroom. Large beautiful room and the best location for shopping! Everyone was professional and service was personal and efficient. We will definitely return to the Mandarin Oriental Paris very soon.

A hotel is the sum of its parts and at the Mandarin all the parts work beautifully! Starting with an attentive welcome and check in , proceeding to a well designed spacious room overlooking a pretty courtyard, indulgent breakfasts and a concierge service that reminds you of what a great hotel can offer our stay was excellent. The concierge staff was so helpful with planning details that we thought they were a large part of our positive experience. We were also impressed by the front desk staff’s attention to detail and concern with our well being. Nothing is perfect and the following minor glitches are the only disappointments we experienced- We did not feel the evening dinner we had at Camellia was on a par with the rest of our experience. It was good but not great and the service was exceedingly slow. The breakfasts there were excellent! As a spa fan I note Cecelia deserves recognition for providing me an outstanding massage and facial. Unfortunately the steam room in the spa suite (not the main steam room) was not working very well and I was left by an attendant with slippers so huge that I could barely walk in them until another attendant came by and changed them. Nonetheless, Cecelia worked miracles especially in the facial and my overall experience was bliss. Except for the above mentioned little glitches, the Mandarin gave us what we expect and value in a top notch luxury hotel. An experience that made us consistently say,”isn’t this nice?”. We are already looking forward to our next stay at one of their properties.

From the personalized greeting at the airport to securing our printed boarding passes for departure, we were comforted and cared for by thoughtful care agents! We were greeted by Cyndie Richard. Who had a pleasant personality and made us feel right at home!!! Cyndie introduced us to Audrey Foutrel who was just as kind as Cyndie! We became so connected and they were always available to give suggestions and answer questions!!! We miss them already!!!!!! Our room was decorated with rose pedals, cake, framed Anniversary pictures and champagne!!! The front desk worked as an amazing team, always greeting us by name with much respect!!!! The Camelia- guest experience was outstanding, they greeted us and provided candle lit macaroons acknowledging our 50th. Anniversary! The general staff at Mandarin Oriental, Paris was Magnifique!!!!!!! The concierge were always available and knowledgeable!!!!! We would highly recommend Mandarin Oriental, Paris to our family and friends!! We look forward to our return in the near future!!!!!! au revoir, Avec Amour!!
