This has been our best experience at an all inclusive. The architecture first caught our eye. Everything is unreal and so well kept. The people were next. Every staff member was so kind. Our butler Richard was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. We stayed within the elegance club portion of the resort and highly recommend. All 4 of us are in our early 30s. We could go to a different area of the resort for more of a party feel but when we wanted to truly just relax we stayed by the club pool. Maxima is the bartender in that area and she was wonderful. So much fun and kept our drinks coming. Some of the waitresses and waiters by the pool we loved were onyelina, moulania, and Jesus. We went to the shows they had every night at 9, there was always something to do!! Lastly the food—with many all inclusives a we don’t expect much when it comes to the food but we found the food to be delicious. We didn’t care much for the sea to sea restaurant for dinner. Our favorite was the Japanese restaurant. If you’re booking here try to get a reservation in advance! The Italian spot and the steakhouse were also very good. On our last day we went to the Italian restaurant for breakfast. It’s plated instead of a buffet like the other breakfast areas we had but it was the best breakfast by far. Upon check in we were greeted by our butler, Orlando who couldn't have been more courteous and gracious. As we were casually going to our room, he described and pointed out all the amenities the resort had to offer. He reached out to us daily asking if we needed anything or had any questions we may want to ask. He made us very relaxed. As for the food and drink, it was everything a first time visitor would expect. The quality and variety of food was impeccable. The kindness and professionalism of the dining staff throughout the resort made it more enjoyable (Took it upon themselves to accommodate us the following day/evening, wherever we went). The housekeeping staff, although we didn't use it much out of choice, kept our room as clean and tidy like the day we arrived (flower petals adorned our bed everytime making it more special). The themed entertainment each night was a special addition allowing other guest to get together and mingle throughout their stay. We even exchanged phone numbers with guest ourselves. Finally, our stay ended with a greeting from Orlando. He arranged for our airline check in and airport transportation. He stayed with us every waiting minute until the moment we got into the van and waved goodbye. We will be definitely returning to the Majestic Elegance. My only wish is that I hope the same people working at the resort will still be there. P.S. My only recommendation is that if we could keep the stylish room key bracelet as a momentum!😎

Majestic Elegance was an absolutely wonderful experience! We were in the Club section (adults only) and even though there were a lot of college kids there for spring break, the resort never felt noisy or crowded. The food ranged from excellent to ok but never bad, the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we were on the ground floor and backed onto a service road. If you can, try to get a room with a view of the center pool.

Our room was a swim out and we were at the end of the swim up bar pool, it was the perfect location! Being so close to the theater we were worried about noise but we never had any issues with hearing anything in our room. The food was good, be prepared to spend a while at the a la carte restaurants. I highly recommend the Oasis experience, we had the silver package and it was an absolutely amazing day! Jose looked after us during the day and was always there for us. Alex was our dinner server and ran like crazy that night and did an excellent job! Thank you Osvaldy for making our stay one to remember!

They were all hard working from about noon to about 11 pm. Kudos to their supervisor. I can't remember his name but he speaks about 6 or 7 languages. From water aerobics, pool side games, foam pool party to music and dancing at nights. The bartenders at the lobby bar were great. Lots of food options at the buffets. I however found that the meat dishes were usually overcooked. It would have been nice to have a cafe that you could get coffee and snacks if you miss breakfast. The Japanese restaurant was a little disappointing as there were no fire display at our teppanyaki dinner. The grill lobster on the beach was great. Highly recommend.

Swim up bar is worth the trip on its own. Hopefully Ismal Castillo is working that day. He's great! Beautiful beach Amazing staff all around Great night shows Some high-end restaurants included. Little something for everyone. Please don't forget to tip occasionally it'll go a long way.
