Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

We have visited Zoetry Aqua Punta Cana more than five times. Each time our stay is absolutely fantastic! The intimacy of this small resort keeps us coming back. If you are looking to be pampered, relax, enjoy amazing food and drinks with low keyed evening entertainment, this is your place. We stay in the ocean front suite with private pool. The room are perfect, nicely appointed with beverages restocked daily. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room clean! For this recent trip we brought our 84 yr old parents and let me tell you they can not stop talking about this resort! They were amazed by the location and the beauty of this place and of course the amazing staff! One of the main reasons we keep returning to ZAPC is because of the staff and the relationships we have developed together. From the moment we arrive we are welcomed like family! Our butler Luis is the best! He knows exactly what we like we love sharing stories about our families together. He never disappoints us and goes above and beyond every time! Wilca is one of the hardest working ladies at the resort and she does this every day with a beautiful smile on her face even in the heat on the beach she is on top of it providing us with excellent service and helped celebrate my husband birthday with a special cake and decorations. We love her! Lisbeth is one of the best! She takes such great care of us at dinner. She truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. Anything that we asked for she was able to provide for us. She is beautiful inside and out! Leidy is the hostess at Indigo restaurant who greets us every morning with a warm welcome a big hug and gets us started for our day with coffee and mimosas! She is so sweet and always smiles. She welcomed our parents each morning like they were her own! We were at ZAPC over the 250th Anniversary celebration for USA and the staff put on an amazing BBQ on the beach with decorations and live music. Gilbert the activities coordinator invited my husband to have the honor of raising the American flag during the National anthem we were truly honored by this! Gilbert is always doing his best getting everyone involved in the festivities and he is very funny! The wine tasting we all took part in was lead by Frank Alexis this man was top notch! He not only told us about the wine but also gave us an amazing history lesson on the Dominican people! We wondered when he slept because we saw him everywhere at all hours of the day just working as hard as he can and what an amazing personality! Every staff members there is truly exceptional. Yarisbel from Olena with her sweet smile is always so nice and Yeilin from Amaya welcomes us with open arms! There is a lot of chatter about the seaweed but it is unavoidable anywhere right now. The resort does an excellent job at picking up the seaweed and removing it from the beach, but it’s a never-ending battle. We didn’t let that run our trip we stop enjoyed the beach and spent lots of time at the pool! It really is a tropical paradise. Till we return again next year!! Love this place!

We stayed here in mid June and wow this place is paradise. Check in was easy offered a welcome drink and had to choose a fragrance for our room, we meet JJ our concierge for our visit who took us to our suite. The suites are huge and very comfortable and spotless. The food was amazing very fresh and healthy lots of choice on the menus, i see a lot of people coment the menu's are limited but we never found that to be the case at all. The staff here are all fantastic everyone from maintenance staff, gardener's, cleaner's are just so friendly and happy everyone is a credit to the hotel, I miss breakfast with the lovely hostess Lady teaching us spanish every morning, Alejandra and Wilca at the pool bar/beach are just the best. The beach did have a lot of seaweed a tractor did come along all the time to grind it up, the seaweed didn't put us off going in the sea at all, the beach is very clean and the vendors that come up and down were very friendly and didn't hassle you at all. We were here to chill out and it was the perfect place to do this, while here we took advantage of the horse riding on the beach and had a massage which was heavenly. We also went to moneyland which was totally worth the visit. I'd just like to thank all the staff for making this holiday so amazing we had the best time and will definitely be back in 2028, i keep looking for the dates to come out on Tui so i can book it.

Wow! This was such a stunning zen resort. Gorgeous, spacious room. The staff are incredible, shout outs to Gilbert and Tania, who work non stop yet remain calm and efficient at all times. This is not an 'in your face' resort. Most of the time we barely saw any other guests, do not be expect to be entertained constantly although there are activities on offer if you want them. No loud voices, spotlessly clean, beautiful views and surroundings to walk around. Try the yoga! the spa and definitely the freshly made pizzas poolside!

This place is unique in Punta Cana. It is small-scale, and the staff is very attentive. The food is very good, and there is never a wait at any restaurant. The staff could not be better, and all of the accommodations are top-notch. This is our 3rd time staying at Zoetry Agua. It is a tranquil place, where you truly can relax. All of the buildings have professionally thatched roofs - which add to the experience but also absorb noise (no echoes in the lobby from granite or marble surfaces). The resort is never crowded (even when at full capacity), and many times you feel like you are the only guest. I have stayed and many places in Punta Cana, and recognize this place as a cut-above.

This is an amazing smaller almost boutique style All Inclusive. We came here for our honeymoon and instantly fell in love with all intimate the property felt. We estimated that there were probably around 50 guests staying on property and ran into a lot of couples multiple times throughout the stay. Although this is a family friendly resort I definitely there are better properties for large families or group. This hotel features 2 main pools, one with a swim up bar and close proximity to the lunch buffet. We spent most days going to breakfast at indigo hanging out by the main pool, enjoying aqua gym and lunch then spending the afternoon at the cultural activity, tea time and the lobby bar for a cocktail experience. The resort features 3 restaurants that each rotate being opening and having two menus. We really enjoyed their Caribbean restaurant. This hotel is extremely quiet and doesn’t really have a night life which we enjoyed. As a guest you get a 25 minute complimentary massage. 45 minute horseback riding on the beach and access to Hydrotherapy in the massage for the duration of your stay. We had a basic romantic garden view room and it was perfect on the bottom floor. Will definitely be back.

This is an amazing property with outstanding staff! It’s definitely geared for relaxing and slowing down, being a bit out of the way, not much to do but the beautiful surroundings and friendly and helpful staff make it a winner for a true don’t want to do anything vacation. The staff truly wants to make every guest feel special, and they go out of their way for your comfort and happiness. Will be back!!

Phenomenal! The whole experience at Zoetry Agua was phenomenal! From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Shout out to Benny who took care of us when we arrived and introduced us to a selection of oils so we could have in our rooms. He also made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. We were privileged to have the best concierge, Ms. Amada. She made sure we were up to date on what was taking place on the grounds every day. She was very personable and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. She was very instrumental in helping me celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. When I needed a gift bag to put my wife’s gift in, Ms. Amada got a bag and put it in a place where I could pick it up and have it ready to display on my wife’s birthday. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Most people would celebrate in one of the restaurants, and the staff would sing to them, Happy Birthday. Ms. Amada had a special place on the beach for us to arrive, and the staff sang Happy Birthday to my wife. My wife was very excited by the special private treatment on the beach with her own birthday cake. We also celebrated our 26th anniversary and Ms. Amada made sure our names would be remembered for a long time on the island by writing a message and our names on a piece of wood that was nailed in a specific area with other couples' pieces of wood. We appreciated Ms. Amada for making us feel extra special for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. 10 out 5 stars for Ms. Amada So excited to talk about Mrs. Alejandra who we first met on the beach as she took our drink orders. Her infectious personality drew us to know more about her. So, when we saw her in the coffee shop, we got a chance to know more about her and the Dominican culture. Mrs. Alejandra also helped me fine tune the little Spanish I knew and she taught me new words and the right way to deliver my words in a conversation. We spoke extensively on google translator. We had a great time getting to know her and her family at home. I’m looking forward to picking up where we left off when we go back. Mrs. Alejandra’s service, 10 out of 5 stars Ms. Melissa is another person who helped me with my Spanish while in the coffee shop and on the beach, just like Mrs. Alejandra. Ms. Melissa was very helpful, cordial, and determined we had what we needed. She remembered my wife and I’s name every time we passed by her and we celebrated like a bunch of kids when we all remembered each other’s name. So glad to meet her and I look forward to seeing her again when we return. 10 out of 5 stars for Ms. Melissa Grateful to the restaurant staff who made us laugh and made sure we had a great experience, especially on our anniversary. Shout out to Ms.Yohanna who would not let me speak English when ordering my food. She challenged and encouraged me to learn the language and speak it to the best of my ability. She definitely made us feel at home. The same goes to Ms. Livianny. A beautiful soul that always covered her name tag to make sure I remembered her name. Her million-dollar smile made my wife and I feel rich. I also want to say the same for Ms. Maria who also served us and made sure I articulated my words in Spanish correctly. These ladies were definitely 10 out of 5 stars in their service. Thankful to the silent staff who decorated our bed with the cana leaves and rose petals and made amazing art with the towels. 10 out of 5 stars for all the hard work they did, especially for our anniversary. Thankful to know Gilbert and Tania in entertainment, towards the end of our stay, as they educated us on the activity on the grounds and made sure we had a great time. We did not participate in the daily activity because we were enjoying much needed rest. However, we wish we would have participated in the scheduled events because the one we did participate in was amazing. Tania did an excellent job with the dream catching activity and Gilbert did an amazing job with the circus show on our last night. Gilbert also took many pictures of me and the wife as well as some of the other guests and sent it to us, which he did not have to do. Tania and Gilbert are amazing humans, and I look forward to seeing them when we return. The chef Mr. Octavio made time to talk to my wife and I, for about 20 plus minutes, while we were going to the beach and he shared with us the excitement of his vision he has for the resort. He shared how he reconstructed the menu and upgraded the philosophy of the guest food experience. We commended him on his great work and made sure we gave him his flowers on how great the food is and how awesome his team is. Mr. Octavio took the time to take pictures of my wife and I, because that is what we were doing before we met him, and he greeted us when we crossed paths during our stay. 10 out of 5 stars for the chef. The ladies at the spa were also amazing, and the massage therapists were great as well. My wife and I do not like massages, but these ladies made us feel like we have been missing out. Looking forward to getting another massage when we return. The grounds were beautiful; the plants, soft music, cleanliness, and beautiful sounds of the bird's continuous conversation were captivating and hypnotic. I look forward to returning as soon as we can and pick up where we left off. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is searching for a place that will treat them like they are at home. Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is one of my favorite places. The resort is absolutely amazing. We like to unwind at Zoetry and do as little as possible; just enjoy the beach and ocean. Zoetry Agua is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the jungle, the beach, and the sea. As always, the staff and food were amazing. 10/10 and we can't wait to get back next year.

Writing this on our last day after another amazing stay at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana! This is our fourth time here and we love it! A few shout-outs to team folks who helped make this trip so good! • Daniel (beach security): Above and beyonf with coffee and early morning company. • Luis, Frank, and the management team: Thank you for running such a great team and jumping in to help us. • Johanna: the best smile and making each meal even better. • Maria: Our little devil in angel's clothes! Always keeping us laughing. • Leidy: for starting every day off just a little brighter. And then there's Diomendes, our butler, my brother, and the master of ceremonies. This was our second trip with Dio, and he managed to make this stay even more memorable than the last. What sets Dio apart isn't just that he gets things done, it's how genuinely invested he is in making sure every guest has an incredible experience. His gentle nature fits perfectly with the relaxing atmosphere at Zoetry. Whether it was arranging special dinners, checking in at just the right times, handling every little detail behind the scenes, or simply stopping by for a laugh and a conversation, he made us feel like we were his only guests at the resort. By the end of the trip, he felt less like a butler and more like family. The relationships he builds with guests are genuine, and it shows! We will absolutely be requesting him every time we return. Chef Octavio has completely transformed the food experience here. It's hard to explain just how much of a difference he's made. The pasta dishes were great and the steaks were cooked perfectly every time. He and his team did a few special dinners for us, the one for my wife's birthday was incredible. He and his team have taken Zoëtry Agua's food to a whole new levelv since our last visit. A couple more shout outs... • Wilca: Everything you want in a beach/poolside server: attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead. • Livia and Joselyn: Absolutely amazing at the spa. Are you sure we can't bring you home with us? The grounds really are awesome, and in the evening the lighting is stunning. They use electric landscaping equipment. It's a small detail and it makes a big difference, allowing the property to stay peaceful and quiet while still looking pristine. The upgrades to the bars, restaurants, and rooms have also taken the resort up another notch. It was cool having the World Cup matches set up every day. When you arrive, you're greeted with "Welcome home." It's easy to brush that off as just a nice phrase, but after spending time here, you realize they truly mean it. The entire staff makes you feel like you're surrounded by family... well, the family you actually like spending time with! 😉 Thank you to everyone who made this trip so special. We're already planning our next trip back.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Zoetry Agua! This was our third annual trip to the resort. It was lovely and the remodel that they did over the last year was gorgeous. We were greeted by many friendly faces we had gotten to know during our past visits. Gilbert and Tania with entertainment. Leidy, Henry, Eduardo, Frank, Chamal, Merilyn, Yarisbel, at the restaurants (among others!) Our favorite dirty money drink maker, Wilca! Emmanuel our wet car restocker. Juana our housekeeper. At the spa Laura and Jorgelys were great at the front desk and the massages I had with Jocelyn and Vianelle were wonderful. Dio, our concierge was always there to help and Wandy/Max, Juan Carlos, and Oliver at check in/out always greeted us with a smile. I know I am missing people! The resort is beautiful but the people make it even better! Highly recommend a visit!

This resort met and exceeded all of my expectations. Our family was looking for a vacation where we could truly relax, unwind, and feel completely taken care of, and Zoëtry Agua delivered that and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The location is absolutely stunning and made us feel as though we were in our own private paradise. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and activities whenever we wanted them. The food was incredible at every meal. Whether dining by the beach or enjoying a special evening dinner, every experience felt thoughtful and luxurious. We were consistently pampered and never wanted for anything. One of the things that stood out most was the welcoming environment. The other guests were friendly and kind, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond in every way. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication to making our stay special made all the difference. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and truly made us feel valued. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful resort where you can completely disconnect from everyday stress and be treated exceptionally well, Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana is the perfect choice.

Zoetry was just what we needed. It was very relaxed and quiet in a beautiful setting. The service was impeccable. The beach was gorgeous and the pool and pool bar were fantastic. The spa was amazing, and you could go use the sauna, steam room, and hot tub anytime without an appointment. The only minor issue we had was with the food, which, at times, was delicious and amazing, and at other times, not so great. It was hit and miss. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant. Breakfast and the 24-hour room service were also great.

We recently returned to Zoetry for our second stay, one year after our 1st trip. We were glad to find the place did not lose any of its ambiance or appeal since their renovations last fall. It is still a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing hideaway from the world. It’s definitely not a party place. We did notice a few more younger couples, as well as a few families with kids this trip. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids generally, but it is a great retreat for couples of any age. Also happy to report the resort itself is still spotless. And we find the Zoetry’s slightly distant location from the other resorts and the airport a positive, despite some negative reviews to the contrary. There is a recently opened resort down the beach from the Zoetry (the “W”) but is far enough away to not bleed over onto the property. We were glad to see several of the staff from last year still there. They all display an overwhelmingly positive attitude and provide great customer service. We stayed mid-resort, in a second floor suite, just two rooms down from our last visit. Like last time, the room was great: it was clean, roomy, had a super large bathroom, and was very quiet. It came with a nice private large covered balcony, perfect for sitting out with your morning coffee. The beach is spacious, clean, and calm. It looks like new palapas, loungers, and sun beds were added during the renovations. The atmosphere overall is still very serene & quiet. No crowds, no noise. Lots of space for a small resort. The main pool with the swim-up bar is also calm & enjoyable, albeit the seating area is on the smaller side. It does have nice relaxing music and good bar service. You can swim or just hang around in the water and relax. No parties or loud drunks, just peace & quiet. In the afternoon, there’s a great pizza station set up there, as well as a daily lunch grill. And speaking of food, some of the best food we had during our stay was at the pool lunch grill. Chef Feliciano’s barbeque is excellent! (The pizza’s good too). They also have a nice shaded dining area there to relax and enjoy your lunch and a drink. So the food overall in the resort, I would rate at “good-very good.” There were some hits & misses, but nothing “terrible” in our opinion. Possibly some better oversight & tweaking in the kitchens, as well as a few new menu items could be beneficial. To be honest, there were a few meals I would rate as only fair, but several I would rate as excellent (with more on the excellent side than fair). And the service in the restaurants for the most part was also very good. A few occasions there were delays in the ala carte, but generally it was fine. And wait staff in all locations were very accommodating & welcoming. We chose not to interact with the U.V.C. people this trip. If that is something you’re open to fine, but it’s just not for us. Again, the customer service staff of the Zoetry is its strength. I do want to mention several that stood out for their great work & positive attitude: -Alejandro, our concierge. (He met us at check-in, and stayed in touch with us daily during our stay. He was very helpful providing information and assistance when needed. Several times he went out of his way to deliver items or provide updates on questions. He’s very personable & a great ambassador for the Zoetry). -Darlin & Feliciano, chefs at the pool grill. (Excellent barbeque)! -Maria & Tatiana-servers at Amaya. -Natali-hostess at Amaya. -Luis Gonzalez, server at Amaya, the pool grill, & several other places. (He seemed to be everywhere-working hard). -Jendilier, server at Indigo -Zuleima, server at Indigo -Leidy, hostess at Indigo -Alejandra, Eliana, Simon, & Wilca-beach servers. (All out trudging in the sand & hot sun, always with a smile & kind words). -Lucely, daytime room maid -Dinairy, evening room maid -Milenia, hostess at Olena -Elizer & Wandy, front desk workers (Both very personable & helpful answering questions). -Maritza, morning clerk at the Coco Café (Excellent Lattes 1st thing in the morning-always with a smile & a warm welcome). Sorry we don’t have more names, because from the moment we arrived everyone we dealt with was great. We highly recommend the Zoetry, and look forward to returning soon!

The resort’s design features exquisite palm trees that provide privacy, along with semi-private pools scattered throughout for a tranquil experience. Our favorite dining experience was the Asian Fusion night at Amaya. A special thanks to the Activities & Entertainment Team—Tania, Gilbert, Franklin, and Marleny. They curate activities like Pilates and painting based on guest desires, making every day a new opportunity to enjoy. Had a Good vacation with family. The property is so lush and green. The landscapers do an amazing job keeping it looking beautiful. There are mosquitoes at night even though they spray 3 times a day. The rooms are huge! Bigger than we expected! Housekeeping does an amazing job! Lucia is the Best! Loved having the snacks and refrigerator restocked daily! Candy and nuts were a nice touch. The drinks are hit or miss....sometimes needs more alcohol! We asked for a glass of rum on the side. Charlie was our beach butler...always took care of us promptly! Food was good... not 5 star. Beach pizza was Amazing! Amstar provided great transportation to and from the resort. Easy to find at the airport and arrived promptly for departure day. Be sure to talk with the Amstar representative at the resort to confirm a pick up time!! Luis, our concierge, was annoying. He came to find us more than we wanted. He did set up the free horseback riding for us. He did not make our massage appointments or send someone to pick up for luggage as he said he would. Very disappointing! He also made us sit through a time share talk. Ugh! Like I want to do that on my vacation! Luis also gave us resort credits....but could not use them in the spa or boutique as he said. We did not attend any night time activities due to the mosquitoes. All the staff were friendly and work really hard! Charlie, Lucia, Chamel, Maria, Mathjuari, Wilca, Fernando, Eduardo. Just the ones I remember.
