Fantastic stay in siem reap! Got a massage that was super relaxing and a must experience (Cambodian typical) and a delicious breakfast with all western comodities (crepes, pancakes, eggs). I would recommend for anyone looking for a stay in siem reap.

Fantastic stay here, beautiful tranquil gardens and walkways, irresistible pool, very comfortable and clean room with complimentary toiletries, excellent breakfast buffet and dinner. Good location, attentive bellboys and ready stream of tuktuks.

Rooms have balconies, best to be on the poolside, we were on roadside with a warning to keep doors shut to keep bugs out. Breakfast was fabulous. Main town 10 mins away by tuktuk and can be booked at reception for 3 dollars. Angkor wat site is only 15 mins away by taxi

Our stay at the Lotus Blanc could not have been better. The friendly staff was always gracious for our two night stay. We were upgraded to a very large suite which was as beautiful as it was comfortable. The pool area was pleasant with thick, fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful and wide-ranging from omelets to crepes. Would definitely return again on our next visit to Siem Reap.

We stayed here for 3 nights before travelling to Vietnam wow what a beautiful hotel. Amazing rooms and restaurants and pool. We also did the tour to the Angkor wat temple which was stunning definitely worth a visit is a long walk. Also went to a Cambodian restaurant that had a traditional show and loads of food which was included in the price you only paid for your drinks.

Hotel is in a superb position and easy to get to the centre of town in a tuk tuk. The hotel has its own tuk tuk team and will bring you back if you want them to wait. Fabulous, helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is beautifully appointed (we had the Lotus Suite which was stunning) with everything you could possibly need. Good quality linen, towels and toiletries. Excellent laundry service. Pool area was nice but very few loungers and it did get busy in the afternoons. Good quality breakfasts but occasionally a bit and miss on the service. Just one point to note - this hotel is used by large European coach parties on tours staying for 1 or 2 nights being herded around - it didn’t bother us particularly but there were regularly 50+ suitcases in reception!

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff have been exceptional with smiles and greetings for all. Breakfast was a triumph with massive choice. Sausages and bacon were not typically British but were perfectly acceptable. The remaining choices will not fail to please. We had a very well priced lunch at the poolside. ($15 dollars for a plate of skewers and two beers) We were only here for three days so the dinner menu served us well. The food was very good but it is a small menu and would not have offered enough variety if we had been staying longer. All in all it was fantastic and worthy of our 5 star rating.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean, staff very helpful especially when arranging tours via Vandy Tours.com. The hotel driver Sothat couldn’t have been more pleasant and friendly. The spa massage was excellent and wished we had time to stay longer. Food tasty and well presented. Hope to return.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of our 3 week tour. The hotel was disappointing. Some areas are very grand, but our double room 364 was dated, tired and in need of refurbishment. The bed was comfortable enough. There was a small double wardrobe with 6 hangers but nowhere else to unpack your clothes. There were tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary water. The bathroom was good with free toiletries, although we had to get maintenance to replace he sink plug, because it wouldn't hold the water in the sink. The outdoor pool was nice and my wife got an amazing 60 minute poolside foot/lower leg massage for less than £15. Breakfast was okay in the bar area, but a bit manic and the coffee was dreadful. Other guests in better rooms got to use the light, airy dining room with an outside terrace, which would have been nice. The worst thing was the location. It is on a main road leading into Siem Reap. There were quite a few hotels nearby, but most seem to be closed or mothballed. There were no shops, bars or restaurants within 500m and a shopping mall looked as though it have never even opened. Even the tuktuk drivers didn't seem to know where it was which proved quite amusing for several couple on our tour.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best buffets I have ever seen. The rooms are very comfortable. The pool is amazing. The hotel restaurant is very tasty but quite a bit more expensive than the rest of Cambodia, but it is still cheap. They have their own tuk tuks that take you everywhere for 3 dollars. It is well located. But the best of all is the staff and how attentive they are. I would highlight Ms. Kanika who was accompanying us and helping us during our stay. Ms. Kanika has a spectacular command of languages, she helped us with everything, even preparing a lunch for us on the day we left at 4am to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. I would repeat without a doubt.

Great hotel!!!! The room is great and the Pool and garden also. Kamika and all her team were so kind in every moment!!!! They are available at any time for everything you need and they do everything to make sure that you have a great experience. I recommend it!!
