L'Orologio is a beautiful boutique hotel on a busy street in central Rome. Originally in a rather cramped room we decided to upgrade to a larger room, as we had a 20 day stay. The common areas are loaded with art work related to luxury watches as is the entire hotel. The entire hotel was very clean and the 24 hour staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Gym was tiny and barely sufficient. Quality windows blocked out most of the street noise. The room was short on storage space for clothing. Bathroom was spacious and more than adequate. Roberto, Daniel and Davide were very helpful at the front desk. Rooftop bar was a great place for drinks and relaxing. The same area served as a breakfast area which got crowded at times. Stefania and the breakfast staff were grace under pressure. Always a smile delivered with our coffees. We loved the hotel but those with mobility issues may have a bit of trouble with the entrance small elevator and tight breakfast area.

The breakfast was very well done. Our room was near perfection (I don't really know what a perfect room looks like but this was close).

Loved our eight night stay! The room was very nice and very clean, mattress and pillows SUPER comfortable and location perfect. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great every morning. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The hotel was beautiful, well appointed and had amazing views from the rooftop restaurant. I wish the air conditioning was a bit colder. Free breakfast each morning. Walking distance to all the main sights in the city. L’Orologio means “ the clock” so decor was all clocks and watches.

Hotel actually has fairly basic facilities by modern standards. It is ,however, very pleasant. The bedrooms are light and airy and our room had a spacious en suite with walk in shower. Rooms had all necessary items...safe, coffee,fridge, water, ironing board and TV. The hotel has a perfect rooftop area...

Rooms had all necessary items...safe, coffee,fridge, water, ironing board and TV. The hotel has a perfect rooftop area which hosts breakfast, dinner, and bar..all with views of the city. Staff in bar and reception were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend L'Orologio which is also in a good location for visiting the sights

Our stay at Hotel L'Orologio Roma was nothing short of perfect! Unforgettable Honeymoons recommended this gem, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location was ideal, allowing us to walk to all the major attractions in Rome with ease. The design is elegant and unique, reflecting the owner’s passion for watches—something we found delightful and charming. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace provided delicious food and spectacular views of the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Lovely hotel. Ideal location. Thoughtfully arranged room. Great shower. Amazing roof top bar with great cocktails and lovely staff. Tasty breakfast. All in all a great stay. Only downside would be that the lift noise carried to room which disturbed us a little.

The view from the roof top terrace is a huge bonus and there are heaters on the terrace if you fancy eating breakfast outside with a view (we did)! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we loved the watch theme in the hotel, so unique. We would definitely stay here again when next in Rome.

Just returned from an enjoyable stay at this very well located hotel. All the major sites are within walking distance, although we did take a taxi to the Borghese Gallery which is a good 35 minute walk away. Our room was quite small but well appointed, although a full length mirror would have been nice! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with special mention to Marco and Cinzia who looked after us from the moment we arrived. Breakfast is taken on the roof terrace and was very comprehensive, even scrambled egg and bacon! Fresh pastries, fruit and a variety of coffees and juice were also included. In the evening this area becomes the hotel bar and sitting outside with a view of the Pantheon will be a long held memory. Being able to have coffee or a drink during the day would have been good, but there is no service after breakfast until the bar opens at 5.30. Overall though we were very pleased with our visit and would not hesitate to stay again.

Totally recommend this hotel. Service from house keeping , Front desk and breakfast staff is excellent. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Stayed for 8 days. Location is excellent, walked to all attractions. I would definitely return here.

What an absolutely lovely hotel in a great location! I work in travel and have been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful hotels all around the world. I am very critical and sometimes hard to please as I always want everything to be perfect but on this occasion I can find absolutely no fault whatsoever. The hotel is in a great location, we were welcomed warmly on arrival, our room was perfect and spacious, breakfast was lovely and service was great throughout. I can only think of one tiny thing that would make any improvement and that is absolutely nit picking and that would be to have a coffee machine in the room as being in Italy with such wonderful coffee it was a shame to have a kettle and Nescafé but it really didn’t matter as the coffee at breakfast was delicious! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel L’Orologio Roma and it started with the helpful staff arranging our reservation, and the efficient and informative staff at the property, all in a great location for touring the city. The location is perfect for walking Rome, all of the major sites are nearby within 10 to 20 minutes walking. Highly recommend Hotel L’Orologio Roma and intend to stay again when we are back in Rome.

It was one of the most enjoyable vacations we could ask for! Customer service was exceptional from the day we arrived at the hotel to the time we checked out. Special mention to Wendy, Caterina, Lily, Marco, Roberto, Daniel and Oliver. Of course, to Stefano Pepe (Hotel Manager) who made us feel welcome! The hotel is in a very good location, walkable and centre to good restaurants, close to bus stops, taxi stand, Trastevere, Minto, Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi, Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Spanish Steps, Colloseu and Vatican. A boutique hotel with comfortable bed (daily room make up), very clean, warm decors and beautiful hallways. What more can you ask for when the daily breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the Pantheon with a beautiful sight of panoramic Rome! I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my family and friends and when we return to Rome, we will surely stay at this hotel again. Thank you again to Stefano and his staff of Hotel L' Orologio Rome for making our stay in Rome a memorable one.

We stayed the majority of our trip at Hotel Lunetta (highly recommended!!) but our flight got canceled and Lunetta was full so we were forced to find another hotel for one night. The contrast was quite stark. The hotel staff were incredibly rude, stubborn, and unwilling to help us out. It was hard to enjoy the beauty of the hotel, with an ambience that was simply terrible.
