We enjoyed 8 nights here and absolutely loved the room on the ninth floor with partial ocean view. Clean, comfortable bed, ample lush towels. Our only disappointment was housekeeping. We left the room around 8:30 - 9 am and we’re back 3:30-4 pm. Twice over 8 days the room was not made up during that time frame. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, very good selection and great service. Recommend and would return.

We have elite bonvoy status which grants us free room upgrades at marriott properties. The front desk told us because we booked through a 3rd party site, they could not honor an upgrade. We know this is not true be we stayed at 3 other properties that did the same...

We have elite bonvoy status which grants us free room upgrades at marriott properties. The front desk told us because we booked through a 3rd party site, they could not honor an upgrade. We know this is not true be we stayed at 3 other properties that did the same thing that they refused to do. We deeply regretted staying at this property. The robes were dingy, there were stains in the linens and the comforter was ripped. Our glasses in the minibar were not clean. Also, when the valet brought our car back, they was a strong smoke smell that wasn’t there before. We were in Europe for 2 weeks on vacation and staying at this hotel was the worse part of our trip.

Room faces the beach. Good location and easy accessibility to different towns. Available car rentals on ground floor of hotel. All the staff, from check in counter, morning breakfast crew to concierge and house keeping crew were all very friendly. Our house keeping staff Goar kept our room clean throughout our stay in the hotel. Only downside is no kettle to boil water in the room, however there is a coffee machine.

Great hotel perfectly located. We have been upgraded with nice view on garden and see. The staff is very supported. Restaurant in front the promenade des Anglais. On top, nice view on the baie. Couldn’t enjoy but in summer, it must be nice !!We will come back

Excellent location to explore Nice and the surrounding areas are all within 30 min. drive or train ride. Friendly and helpful staff who helped with recommendations and made our anniversary special! Comfortable beds and clean room. Recommend sea/garden view or full sea view rooms. Delicious breakfast!

Unnecessarily long wait for room while the entire Viking tour we were with got immediate checkin. Floor wet when we checked in. 2 of 4 elevators indefinitely out of order. Room sliding closet difficult to open. Small flying insects in bathroom. Not up to Marriott standards.

The staff from the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping are the very best. The room balconies are a great place to view Nice day and night. The only negative we experience was our 9th floor room was under the roof top restaurant. We had a sewage smell in our room. We requested a room change. All available rooms at our room category were sold out. We were offered a room without a balcony for a lower cost or a suite with balcony which we had to pay a higher price. We were unhappy that the hotel only offered the suite if we agreed to pay the increased price difference.
