From the second you arrive at Lani’s Suites it is like walking into a world of pampering, luxury and pure bliss. You are greeted with a glass of cava, yummy chocolates and a warm cloth to freshen up. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite which is on the ground floor and has a private hot tub. The mini bar and snacks press is fully stocked twice a day and is included in the price which is a lovely treat. The beds are huge and the pillows are like clouds with a full pillow menu to choose from. The pool is heated and is a lovely depth for us non swimmers but pool lovers. There is no shortage of towels and they are of the highest quality. The restaurant has just the most amazing food and we ate there 4 out of 7 nights. Also there is a big breakfast selection to choose from that is cooked fresh once ordered. But of all the fantastic benefits of staying in Lani's, the number one thing that keeps bringing us back is the AMAZING Staff. From managers Jonathan & Jorhe, Alejandro & Miriam on reception to Juan and his restaurant staff team, cleaners and pool maintenance people to Amanda in her wonderful massage retreat. They make you feel like part of the family and nothing is too much trouble. We have made some wonderful precious friends in Lani's among the Staff and cherish their absolute professionalism every time we visit. We have been 13 times in 10 years and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Nothing else measures up to Lani's Suites. Roll on the next trip !!

From the moment you are picked up from the airport you enter the Lani’s bubble. The car is immaculate and a relaxing short journey to the hotel. Lani’s is a very small hotel, having only 25 suites and this is what makes it so special as the staff are really able to look after you and give you outstanding service. The rooms and the pool are all sea facing and the restaurant which is all waiter service is positioned right over the sand and has amazing views with delicious food. Everywhere is spotless, even the car park! As others have mentioned before the attention to detail is incredible with everything you could possibly wish for. All the staff are so friendly and will help you in any way they can but please give special thanks to Miriam and Manuel. We can’t wait to go back for our third visit.

Booked Lanis after reading such good reviews and were not disappointed. We have travelled far and wide, Europe and beyond, and I have to say this is simply the best Hotel we have ever stayed at. Yes we have been to some fine 5* hotels and also some poor ones but from the word go we could not fault this one bit. We were greeted at the Airport by a private driver (previously arranged by the Hotel) who took care of our luggage and whisked us off to the Hotel which is no more than about a 15 min away. We were received by Alexandrou (hope I've spelled that correctly!) who poured us a glass of fizz and took care of check in and explained everything to us, showed us to our room and how things worked etc. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this Hotel. If you require anything, just ask and they will provide it. The grounds and rooms are kept immaculately clean. We had a deluxe suite with a jaccuzi which was lovely. Flat screen TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Access to UK TV channels and Netflix if required. This Hotel provides all. We are great Rugby fans and on speaking to Jonathan the Hotel Manager he wanted to ensure that we were able to access watching this on our room TV. Such is the care and consideration of all the staff here. We were able to eat our breakfast on our patio every morning with the Hotel staff bringing this to us and clearing away afterwards... such a treat! We ate in the reastaurant a few times and again the food was delicious and couldn't be faulted. The Restaurant overlooks the sea so it's such a great setting. We loved our 10 day stay here and will definitely return (something very rare for us as we like to compare different Hotels). I think the winning thing is that this is a boutique hotel with around 25 or so suites, and therefore you get a much more personal touch from all the staff as they want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Thank you Lanis and all your staff for making our holiday one to cherish, until that is we return again. See you guys soon.

We particularly enjoyed our hot tub - perfect for the start and end of each day - as well as the excellent restaurant where the food was delicious and the position overlooking the sea was beautiful. The team at Lani's were brilliant and couldn't have been more welcome, friendly and helpful - thank you to everyone who made our week so enjoyable. I certainly hope that we'll be back again - we wouldn't stay anywhere else after such a great experience at Lani's.

Where do you even start? This place is truly one of a kind. We read the reviews before booking half excited and half doubtful....surely Lani's can't be that good? Well, it is. First impressions, we were struck by the cleanliness and the peace. Everywhere is spotless, amplified by so much white and attention to detail from the whole team, who seem to work around the clock to ensure that the high standards are maintained. One morning I realised our hot tub had been completely cleaned before we were even awake! Early in the morning there is a team of guys doing the rounds with the day's towels, sunbed covers and sunbed pillows (for the most comfortable sunbed you have ever experienced BTW!), mopping the floor of the terraces, just making sure everything is perfect and all absolutely silently so as not to disturb the utter tranquillity of the place. After my husband's back surgery, we were looking for a week of doing nothing and, wow, this is the place to do it! You don't need to leave the hotel. We spent our days having long lazy (outstanding) breakfasts, soaking up the sun on our terrace, swimming in the pool. We particularly enjoyed the spa treatments and, of course, the magnificent restaurant. I don't want to say too much about all the little extras - and there are loads! because they were such a lovely surprise for us. However, the thing I have to mention is the service. Lani must scour the island for the best team because every single person at this hotel has the same dedication to ensuring you have the best time, however they can. On our first morning my husband was stretching on the terrace using a towel. With no fuss, a team member brought him a yoga mat, saying "you might find this more comfortable". Wow. A week later, as we were leaving and already looking at when we could return, the manager said to my husband "when you come back we'll have the yoga mat ready for you". Small details like this make you feel like a VIP visitor. Right from when we walked in and our greeting at reception, to when we left, we were made to feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. You can eat what you like, when you like, where you like for example. Lani's is small, with around 24 suites I think. So if you like a huge corporate type hotel, with 3 pools, 4 restaurants and hundreds of staff, this is not the place for you. At Lani's you get to know the team and they get to know you. The friendliness, service and quality of all products is absolutely up there. Thank you Jonathan, Farah, Alejandro, the restaurant team, the spa team, the pool & grounds guys, the cleaners, everybody in the team who all played their part in turning a "quick week in the sun" into a very memorable holiday.

This was our 4th return visit . We don’t normally go back to the same place consistently, but in the case of Lanis we make a distinction . Truly 5 star experience, from the pick up at the airport to the quality of the hotel rooms, the extras that come with the stay. They are spotless. Food is great if you choose to eat in the restaurant for lunch or dinner , breakfast is superb with a greet choice and extremely generous . It never feels that busy , the pool is great as is the location overlooking the beach . The big difference are the staff , who genuinely look to make your stay the best . Location is perfect for a stroll or some morning exercise , or a walk to one of the many restaurants in Puerto del Carmen - with so many varying choices . Have already booked for next year .

We (my wife and i) have been at the Lanis for the first time. 11 nights and it was magic. But lets start from the beginning: I am traveling a lot due to business reasons. Therefore i stay in a lot of hotels. From 4 Stars to the Mandarin Orientals of the world, i saw a lot but nothing compares to Lanis where from the very first and last moment (Thanks to Sabrina at the Reception) we have never experienced such a familiar and friendly Hotel and Staff. Everyone was super kind, helpful, friendly, just like friends and a true family. Even when having breakfast the owner, Mr. "Lanis" comes to the table and has a chat with the guests. The rooms, the whole condition of the Hotel is outstanding. Fantastic service from Juan and his Team in the Lanis Restaurant and i never saw that the Manager of a Hotel is so deeply caring about his clients like Jonathan did. The result of those 11 days is that we changed our plans for holiday in March in order to come back to the Lanis. This is our seventh visit to Lanis Suites Deluxe and we were once again in Seventh Heaven On every level this is the best place we have ever stayed at and we are very well travelled. The level of service cannot be surpassed. Every single person who works there including cleaning and maintenance people, restaurant staff, reception and management staff are exceptional as people and in their delivery of all services. We stay always in Suite 17 as it is private, restful , roomy and beautiful with every conceivable need catered for . There is a large furnished terrace with settees, Sun loungers with umbrella, swing chair, dining table and chairs and fabulous hot tub. Fresh towels are delivered daily . Breakfast served to us on the terrace each morning was perfect! A further balcony on the front of the lounge area overlooking the pool and sea , is perfect for evening cocktails. The high white gloss contemporary furnished lounge is just beautiful with a comfortable settee, inside dining table/ chairs , tv , and coffee table . There is a sideboard cupboard with kettle/ coffee machine , snacks , well stocked fridge with beer, cava , water and soft drinks ( replenished daily ). There are too many additional ‘comforts’ to list here . You will ‘want for nothing’ . In any case if you find yourself needing anything- just ask and it will magically appear. The bathroom and bedroom are equally beautiful and well equipped with every conceivable comfort provided. Outside of the Suites is just as stunning Pool area, outside dining, restaurant, spa - your every comfort is catered for at the highest level . We had two lovely music / cocktail evenings One which we joined in with listening to a great band , the other , a singer whom we enjoyed from the comfort of our terrace as the sun set - just beautiful. Every single thing about Lanis Suites Deluxe is amazing but the jewels in the crown are the people who work there who are just amazing in every way . On our return journey we inadvertently left behind our IPads at airport security. One desperate message to Lanis and they came to our rescue! This is incomparably brilliant service. We cannot thank you enough. You truly are Angels !!! Thank you all until we see you again as soon as possible !

This was our third stay at Lani's Suites de Luxe. The hotel is as beautiful and clean as ever, and the staff is still welcoming (special thanks to Jonathan for his advice on visiting the island and to Sabrina and Alejandro for their help and kindness). We could enjoy an early check-in, which we appreciated a lot. Our room was great and spotlessly clean, the housewives made a very good job throughout our stay. We were also proposed a mini-bar customized to our tastes (good idea). On the other hand, we noticed a lower quality of service in the restaurant : it was sometimes slow although there were not many occupied tables, and the waiters made mistakes or omissions at every breakfast we had (the absence of Antonio and Fernando was sorely felt). This is something that needs to be improved for a hotel of this standing. But in my opinion, the biggest issue is the room rates that have increased drastically the last three years (55% increase!). And the loyalty program is rather restrictive : repeaters are eligible for a 10% discount when they reach 30 nights with them (our total nights is 21 after three stays :o( That's why our fourth stay in Lanzarote will be at another hotel which will be cheaper for the same services.

This resort is perfection - 100% total relaxation and quality. Location on the beach is perfect, walking down to the warm sandy beach, crystal clear sea and for all your meals as an uninterrupted view of the waves. Also you are close to shops and bars and restaurants on the road but you'll soon realise there is no need for them! Restaurant is perfect, not one bad meal with a very diverse menu and excellent wine menu. Suites are perfect, always clean with extra details added. If you forget to pack something, it will be there for you or found for you. Poolside is perfect, very clean and calm with sunbeds, drinks and treats available constantly. Staff were perfect, everyone smiling and extremely helpful throughout the whole site, all your needs can be met. I'm not exaggerating, this is the first perfect location we have ever stayed at, and we will be back next year.

On each occasion that we visit Lani’s Suites De Luxe, we ask the transfer driver on the way there, what other hotels are popular on the island and, in their experience, which hotels are regarded the best? On this last question they are always unanimous in their view: there is no accommodation on the island finer than Lani’s Suites. We couldn’t agree more. Lani’s Suites manage the seemingly impossible: they make the busy bustle of Puerto Del Carmen disappear and deliver an oasis of luxury and calm. The suites themselves are spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. They are arranged around a pristine pool area, each facing out towards the Atlantic. There’s plenty of space around the pool, with comfortable loungers, sun beds and parasols. In our minds there is no doubt that the secret of Lani’s success is the friendly team that work there. Those who look after the pool area and service the rooms work tirelessly but discreetly, to ensure the high standard is maintained at all times. Jonathan and Farah are super friendly and are always on hand to ensure a smooth stay (and encourage headstands at the beach yoga!), as are the Reception staff, who are always pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Lani’s busy restaurant is superb too, and Juan and the team ensure an excellent dining experience, whether that’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, as you relax and enjoy the ocean views. On our first visit, Alejandro in reception suggested that over 80% of Lani’s bookings were returning customers. It’s fair to say we were somewhat sceptical about that. However, by the end of that week we were ready to book again. And then again. And then again… Thanks…. Diane & Gordon

We had never been to Lanzarote before but the fantastic Lani’s experience will draw us back time & again! We were picked up from the airport & whisked straight to the hotel. The driver was so proud of his island & recommended lots of places to visit even phoning the hotel with these recommendations for us! Miriam on reception was lovely, helpful & gave us such an easy check in helped by a glass of cava! We stayed in Lani’s suite which is out of this world - the views from the bedroom & balcony are beyond description just so beautiful & soothing. The cleaner was fab. All the staff in Lani’s restaurant are amazing. Everyone wants to serve you & give you a fantastic breakfast or dinner experience. And the food, wine & view is divine! I’m running out of adjectives to describe this wonderful place. But 2 more to mention the gorgeous Farah whose smile lights the room (she is so bubbly & helpful) & Jonathan who again is always so warm & smily & recommending something to do. It was my birthday whilst we were there & I was surprised on the balcony by a lush rendition of happy birthday & a cake with a candle, & then returned to the room decorated & champagne on Ice!! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!!

What an absolutely beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were so well looked after, all of the team made us feel special. Our room was superb , with a gorgeous sundeck overlooking the pool & sea, with hot tub . So calm and peaceful here away from the chaos of the strip. Room service was great, breakfasts delicious. Myself and my husband both had a great back massage followed by a chilled glass of pink cava . The icing on the cake was having our laundry done and delivered back to our room , beautifully finished and ready to pack into our cases. Free late check out which was much appreciated. Thank you to all the team ❤️ Would not hesitate to return.

Just returned from a week’s holiday staying at the superb Lanis Suites Deluxe. Once again the staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wished for. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they always are happy to help. The facilities are geared to having a very relaxing time with everything you require supplied. It normally takes me a few days to relax when I go to a hotel, but I seem to relax from the moment we are met at the airport by a driver from the car service arranged by Lanis. A nice glass of Cava on arrival at the hotel and our luggage is whisked away to the suite. If you are looking for luxury and relaxation, Lanis is the place to visit. The suite is immaculate as per normal and it is always very easy to get a sunbed around the pool or you can relax outside your suite on your own private sunbeds. Food is always of top quality and the service is always very prompt. I really would struggle to fault anything at the Lanis and that is the reason myself and most of the clientele are returning customers year after year. Simply put, the Lanis Suites are fantastic!

This is one of the best hotels/resorts that I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across 5 continents and have stayed in the most luxurious 5 star and sometimes 6 star hotels around the world. I can safely say that Lani's is in my top 3 if not my number 1 favorite hotel. The location is amazing, the accomodation is so luxurious with both of our suites (we returned back there shortly after our first visit) having direct access to a beautiful quiet sandy beach. The food and wine in the restaurant was delicious. The restaraunt itself offering several different dining opitons to suit the weather conditions each morning and evening. And then there was the staff, each and every member of staff was so helpful and accomodating. They could not do enough for us. To name but a few, Jonathan and Alejandro made us feel so welcome. My husband had a medical issue on our second trip and the staff treated us like family while we sorted it out. We will be back again and again to this wonderful hotel.

It’s more than ten years since I submitted a review for any hotel; but as we chose this place based purely on its Tripadvisor reviews I thought I would return the favour. This place is well worth a visit. The hotel is located on a small sandy beach which is safe and good for swimming. It comprises a dazzlingly white horseshoe of rooms, overlooking the sea. When we were there it sparkled in the spring sunshine. The level of service and accommodation at this price point is exceptional. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable , the gardens and grounds are immaculate and the restaurant serves good food. The hotel is small, quiet and well run. Despite being on the main road of Puerto del Carmen, with its shops, bars and fast food joints, the hotel feels a world away from all that. The owner (Lani) appeared several times at breakfast. He is proud of what he has achieved here. He deserves to be.

We have recently returned from a 10 night stay in a Deluxe Suite. This was, I think, our eighth or ninth stay here since about 2017. Every single stay has been wonderful. From the airport chauffeur pickup, to the very welcoming checkin (as if you are visiting close relatives) to the perfectly appointed suites, most of which we have stayed in, to the extensive and leisurely breakfasts cooked fresh to order, the invisible Angels who keep our room in tip top condition twice per day, the amazing staff who anticipate your every need even before you think of it. I could go on and on at the risk of repeating every other person who has posted a review. It was St. Patrick's Day during our stay and the hotel arranged a cocktail party in reception whilst the St. Patrick's Day parade went past the front of the hotel. Drinks and canapés were provided by the staff who dressed in Irish costume. It was a fun experience and enjoyed by all. We have travelled extensively around the world and hope to carry on, but can honestly say Lanis Suites Deluxe Lanzarote is probably the most perfect, or as near as you can get, to a relaxing holiday in the sun. You can just relax knowing everthing is sorted and if you need anything there is a wonderful member of staff to make it happen. No fighting for sun beds as there are plenty of them around the pool, direct access to the beach if you so wish, plentiful towels and soft drinks you can help yourself to and of course the daily cocktail and canapé offerings around 1.00pm. I always sleep very soundly when I stay here as the beds are very comfy and there is always a choice of pillows if you don't like what is there. The minibar is now all included (soft drinks, water, beers and cava and snacks) except for the mini bottles of spirits. Tea and coffee pods are included too. There is also an addition to the room since our last stay of an ingenious shoe cupboard to store all your shoes and sandals rather than cluttering the floor. Suffice to say you cannot go wrong by booking a stay here. Thanks to Farah, Jonathan, Alejandro, Miriam, Betty, and lots of other lovely staff members who contributed to another fabulous holiday. We have already booked to come back on 3rd February 2026 for another 10 days and we cannot wait to see our Lanzarote Friends again!! Angela xxx

We stayed at Lani's for 10 nights in March 2025 and it was absolutely perfect. The place is sparkling clean, the food is very good and the bed was really comfy. The hotel staff really go that extra mile. The attention to detail and the hospitality is incredible - you can tell they all take pride in their jobs. We felt like we'd found a little slice of paradise. They offer so many personalised touches and thoughtful gifts, for example I'm pregnant and they put a pregnancy pillow in my room and gave me a complimentary massage. They always brought me a non alcoholic cocktail when offering out drinks and on our last night they decorated our room and gave us some beautiful gifts for the baby. We were so touched. We will definitely be back.
