Stunning views, unique pool, incredible instagramable corners, 5* food and privacy when you need it. It is one of the most instagramable hotels in Mykonos, with countless beautiful corners especially when taking the steps to the beach.. I loved the sense of luxury but also the feeling of being welcome and at home by the staff and the owners. We had a great sleeping experience, it is very important to us and were lucky to attend a live art creation event & exhibition in the gallery.. Last but not least, the food..!!! I knew that dinner at Namah restaurant was a must but honestly it was above any expectation! we will be back..!

If I could give a 6-star review I would. These guys truly know how to run a hotel, everything was above expectations! Amazing place with a wonderful pool overlooking the sea, super friendly staff, wonderful environment… a great experience overall! Highly recommended and will definitely come back

I understand that bookings start at 3pm but if the room is available earlier, I guess there is no harm in handing it over before. Had to ask multiple times to get earlier, nothing was done to check. I even checked myself with the cleaning lady and the room was available, yet reception waited until 3pm to hand it over. Sounds a bit petty.

Short stay in Mykonos, stayed at Kivotos. Ultra luxury but understated , excellent location , views and private ocean cabanas that where placed right in the ocean. Staff incredibly helpful , special mention to Dimitris who made our stay extra special.

Private beach consists of 3 sunbeds amid a few scattered rocks, grossly mis-sold. Fine dine restaurant consists of a small cabin crammed in at the water's edge, again totally mis-sold. Staff rude. We had a great stay at Kivotos Mykonos. Beautiful views over Ornos Bay, beautiful pool area and access to a private beach. The backyard area was also beautiful and great to lay and read a book. The food was incredible and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel has its own private beach and fantastic pool! Cannot recommend it more!

Sadly mixed feelings about this Hotel. Yes it is exceptionally beautiful, with astonishing views and decor. However, the hotel in our opinion is masquerading as an ultra luxury hotel with below par service and food. This hotel was chosen to celebrate our anniversary and we took much time over the decision as you do. The plethora of issues was quite astounding. Ranging from noisy interconnecting rooms with paper thin doors to air con not working and half the menu not available. Anything that involved fish was not available albeit on the menu. Daily the wine and beer was luke warm and many items like the food menu were only 50 per cent available. The disappointment was great and so so shocking that others checked out due to similar situations and encounters with an aggressive member of the culinary team. The cost of this hotel does not credit its service and in my opinion whether it is the beginning of the season or not clients should not be constantly feeling that the inconsistencies are acceptable. The staff so tried their best with a lack lustre amount of support which was sad to see. On a mediocre positive the hotel was understanding of their downfalls and we’re gracious in their apologies and reflected this in our end remuneration. Hoping they get their act together because the location and uniqueness of this hotel is quite special.

My husband and I were super excited to stay here after reading great reviews. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same. The restaurant was bad, had to have my meal comped (twice) because of how incorrect my order was. Our room has up to 5 issues (fan not working, lights broken, door broken, leaking shower, and poor wifi to name a few). We’ve talked to several other guests during our stay that also claimed they requested refunds and comps because of their poor experience. Not sure if they’re just unprepared to open or if this is regular. Regardless, I would not recommend this place (especially for the price!!!). I’ve gotten better service from a 3 star hotel. We will not be coming back. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff was very kind and apologetic. Unfortunately, it seems like they’ve had to deal with a lot of wrongs recently.

We were amazed for the uniqueness of this hotel !!!! Such a nice style and clean rooms ! We will come back soon !!! Bravo Kivotos ! Well done! We can’t wait for next year to come back and Stay in your news rooms !
