Love my Balcony King room & Great Value for Paris The Kimpton St. Honore is centrally located within a walking distant to Place Vendome , Opera House, Louvre , Galleries Lafayettes, luxury stores and many nice restaurants. I booked a King bed Premium room at first, but I changed to a Queen bed Essential with a balcony. My room faces the lively street and is across from the Intercontinental Hotel. It is beneficial to book directly with IHG, so I can easily change my room with an adjusted price. I was afraid of the size of the room, but the Essential room has enough space, and I love the balcony. Thank you to Pilar at the front, who helped me with the room and during my stay. One of the reasons I chose Kimpton St. Honore was the pool. I usually do lap swimming as a way to exercise and relax. The location of the hotel was also important to me. I was too busy sightseeing in Paris, so I only had a brief time at the pool. The pool was nice, and I had a wonderful time. I loved the Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m., which included wine, beers, and nuts. It was a great time. The restaurant was nice and lively. I had an easy dinner one night because I wanted to have French food while in France. I had a pleasant experience with the staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. Pilar at the front desk provided exceptional service. The concierge assisted me with arranging my airport transportation and offered valuable advice on my tour. The bar staff were also impressive. However, I withheld a perfect rating due to the lobby and entrance area not meeting my expectations for a 5-star hotel and luxury vibe. For a more luxurious experience, I might consider the Intercontinental in the future. Nevertheless, I would be delighted to stay at The Kimpton St. Honore again when seeking a more laid-back atmosphere. Thank you.

My sweetheart and I finally visited the magical city of Paris after dreaming of making this trip for years. The best decision we made in planning this trip was staying at the Kimpton Saint Honoré. 2 months prior to commencing our visit I connected with Clement of their concierge team who graciously worked with me through email helping coordinate our visit with arranging all of our museum and restaurant visits. The visit wound up being truly seamless. Once arriving and with Clement on Holiday, we were warmly welcomed by the rest of the Concierge team, Laura, Loic and Matthew who couldn’t have been more warm and welcoming. Any questions or needs we had were quickly answered and taken care of. The property is perfectly situated in the heart of Paris. All the cultural destinations as well as all the shopping one might desire is within walking distance. A sincere thank you to all for making our first trip one we won’t soon forget.

Certain staff members really shined during our short stay. The manager was off property during our stay, but communication prior was friendly and welcoming. Lucreche brought up a welcome amenity and was a lovely person. Sebastian was instrumental mid stay in sharing hotel secrets much to the surprise of my hubs. If you like guitars, you're in for a treat. At checkout, Kwaime was so kind and sent us off with care. The Kimpton love is alive here from special touches like stones at turndown to sustainable and local toiletries make this property stand out for me. In general, the beds and pillows are perfection. The branding here is special: from laser cut key cards to marble decor to antique looking light switches. The design is old world architecture and luxury melded with modern amenities and digital systems. Saint Honoré does this well. Do not miss the rooftop bar or view of you are there in off months. It's outstanding! Also, bring a bathing suit and make sure you enjoy the spa below. Services to book, but use of the gorgeous steam room, indoor swimming pool and sauna are free for guests. It's a work of art down there. If you're a Kimpton fan, you know about their social or wine hour. 5-6pm have a complimentary glass of house wine or a beer. Umbrellas, yoga mat, slippers, and snuggly robes all available for you in room. Our room was super quiet and we slept very well. Location was great. Walk to the Louvre, the Seine, and upscale shopping in minutes. Train station less than two miles and a very inexpensive uber. CDG is a little further (about 50 minutes in traffic), but easy to get to. Top five Kimpton stays for me and I've stayed at a lot. Can't wait to come back when it's warmer.

We had a 2 night stay booked to celebrate a big birthday. Communication from the hotel was excellent ahead of our arrival and arrangements were made for restaurant reservations and flowers/chocolates. The hotel itself was welcoming and very well presented. The staff all very friendly and helpful. There was one hiccup in that a reservation was made for their own restaurant but it turned out it had been hired out for a private event so we were unable to eat there. It was a big disappointment as it was a birthday meal but the guest relation & reception staff did their best to compensate for this by upgrading us to a suite and comping some of our drinks on the first night. Mistakes can happen, and we were especially unlucky it happened when we were due to celebrate but it wouldn’t stop us going back again. The rooftop bar is an absolute highlight and we enjoyed terrific views and drinks. I’m not sure of the hotel has recently been refurbished but everywhere was in excellent condition and very clean. Breakfast was decent, well presented and good quality. Just wish there was a larger selection but that may perhaps just me being greedy. Had it once in the restaurant and once in the room. It was very hot whilst we were in Paris and the AC wasn’t quite up to it in room 914. We didn’t bring this to the hotel’s attention as it was a minor issue during a short stay so this could have perhaps been solved had we mentioned it

It’s a return visit for us and it was just as good as I remembered it. Unbeatable location, spotless and excellent staff. The rooms are modern and roomy by Paris standards, with really great washrooms that are beautiful and well laid out. The rooftop bar has an excellent view and coffee at the lobby bar morning was good. I generally like kimptons but this one is in a class of its own - just feels more upscale in every way. Love it.

Stayed here for three nights in an eiffel tower view suite. Very much enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice with great views and a balcony. We did have an issue with the a/c - which was stuck on freezing but evenly we were able to turn it off. The staff in the hotel were generally very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. The only negative I would have was breakfast- the food is very underwhelming for the price, but main issue is super super grumpy staff (each day!) - perhaps they just don't like mornings.

Absolutely top notch hotel with great staff. Great location, close to everything. I was upgraded for free to a giant room with a living area and a balcony and giant bathroom with giant bathtub. Room 318B. It is beautiful. Staff was completely helpful and nice and funny when we checked in. Not rude to Americans like many people say the French are. They were funny and very nice especially when they heard my NY accent. Beds and pillows were great. The rooftop bar was awesome. The best view of Eiffel Tower you could possibly have. At night it is absolutely beautiful. Can’t say enough great things about my stay here.
