This is a NICE place. What a location. The views! Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff were wonderful — Michele, Paulina, waitstaff — wanting to help with our every need, wanting us to have a great experience and a great day every day. Highly recommended!

Picture perfect accommodations on the hills of Santorini, with a breath taking view. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive without being overbearing. The food is fantastic, breakfast and lunch. Really spectacular stay, highly recommend it

This is the best hotel if you want to be in Oia! Check in was a breeze, they were expecting us with welcome drinks ready! The concierge responded to all our emails prior to our visit within 24 hours. Our room was spectacular. If you are celebrating something special or on a trip as a couple! Just book this place. The views are mind blowing. The beds were super comfortable with all top notch bathroom amenities. They have turn down service between 5 to 8 pm when they clean the rooms and also refill 2 small bottles of water and other supplies. We also had a surprise bottle of Rose wine and some dessert mini bites waiting for us at arrival. The best part of the morning was breakfast ! We had An amazing set of servers every morning. And they accommodated many requests. Over 3 days we tried everything on their menu! Pro tips: 1) This hotel being in Oia, book a transfer from the Ferry Port to reach here. If you take public bus, it will require one bus change and it will be stressful. 2) Make restaurant reservations if you are going in high season at the restaurants with a view. We had reservations only at one restaurant for sunset and it worked out fine as most of them accommodated us without reservations 3) There is a bus stop by the hotel which 1 min walk 4) Luno Bakery is 4 mins walk where you can get taxis to go other villages or also meet your different tour guides for photo shoots or other group tours 5) the main Oia bus stop is 13 min walk 6) if you are not okay with steps, understand that you need to take the steps up and down to your room to reach the main walking path If you want to be in Oia, want a view and small hotel with no crowds and enjoy a calm vacation stay here ! My only feedback to the hotel management would be to have extra water or larger waters and their drinks at the bar be strong. The drinks at the pool felt over priced and not worth it. This still doesn’t cut my rating !

From our arrival where we were escorted to large comfy chairs and offered ginger lemonade while we completed the check in process to the property tour as we were escorted to our room, our arrival exceeded our expectations! We had a welcome bottle of rose in our room along with some small bites. Our room was upgraded (very nice) and the accommodations were really lovely- great views from every room. Prior to our arrival, the concierge was very helpful in making arrangements for a wine tasting, transportation, and dinner reservations at both the hotel restaurant (highly recommend it ) to another great restaurant nearby. Two things to note…1. Have them arrange transportation for you upon arrival….we are glad we did. We arrived by ferry and the Port was super busy/chaotic!! Our driver was waiting for us making the trip stress free. 2. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place (actually the whole island would be difficult to navigate if you are not accustomed to lots of stairs ). it was about 7 flights to/from the reception desk to our room- it was great for us but may not be for everyone )

Accommodations were excellent, spectacular views from every part of the property, great food and friendly, helpful staff eager to please. Highly recommend and would definitely go back in the future! Scenic walk to many fine restaurants and shops.

The views across Santorini are stunning and this hotel is no exception. From check-in service was outstanding. Top notch, bed, linens and bath products. ice cold AC which you very much need. The restaurant had incredible views and gourmet Greek food however, like much of OIA it was expensive. The couples massage at the spa was wonderful and it came with use of sauna and the cave pool. The only complaint is more Santorini in general . The steps are narrow and if you have large feet you may have to side step down. They really like their stairs..

Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We really enjoyed the in room pool. The views are amazing. The breakfast was delish. Wouldn't change a thing. We also loved the location. It was perfect and added to a very quiet and private stay.

Great hotel, great location, great team. Michelle and the entire front desk team is very professional and prompt and so is the whole service staff. Food was excellent as well. Did not want to leave at the end of our stay! It was difficult to say goodbye!

Nothing short of exceptional! The staff is so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! They catered to our every need. The hotel was able to make us reservations at great restaurants in Oia where we often had the best table. It is clear that Katikies Kirini is respected on the island as one of the best hotels. The complementary breakfast was exceptional. Housekeeping twice a day was phenomenal. We were jet lagged and didn't want to go far on our first night for dinner so we ate at their restaurant Therasia. I have nothing negative to say other than that if you have trouble with stairs, this hotel (and probably all of Santorini) will not be for you. There is an elevator, however it does not go to most places in the hotel. This was no issue for us, so we were happy with our experience and grateful to the stairs for providing some exercise to work off all the amazing food at Katikies! Be careful when you tell your cab driver from the airport to "the Katikies hotel in Oia" that you do not get dropped off at "Katikies villas" further into Oia.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and were rewarded by making the best choice of hotel we'd ever stayed in. This is a first-class experience in every way. The staff, the location, the rooms, the food - all of it. There's nothing for me to say except that we loved our time here and wish we had spent an extra 1-2 days here. The rooms are an experience in themselves, and the views from each of the patios are stunning. Living in a cave for almost a week was amazing. The breakfast, which is included, was wholesome and decedent, and they were generous with the menu. It was also very quiet since this particular hotel was off the beaten path a bit, so get ready to get your steps in (the staff helps with your bags, don't worry). Everything is walkable (you can walk to the center of Oia's "downtown" in about 12 minutes). The poolside chairs and cabanas are perfectly located, with stunning views. My wife also had rave reviews for the spa. The hotel also set up travel to and from the port and the airport. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the tasting menu was amazing. The chef and staff accommodated our specific dietary restrictions, as well. Bottom line: If you're deciding between Katikies Kirini and another hotel, choose Katikies Kirini. This might likely be the best hotel you ever stay in.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with amazing views!!! The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, professional and beautiful people! We just loved every staff member they are very courteous they gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and it was great meeting everyone! The people at the restaurant were extremely nice and we got to have wonderful conversations with the restaurant staff and hotel staff. The night staff was nice dropping off our water and menu every night and very courteous. The manager was extremely nice too!! He came to personally introduce himself and made us feel welcome. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality. We appreciate the note and Champaign left on our arrival date but also a second note, chocolates and bottle on our anniversary date! My husband and I were very blessed to spend our anniversary in such a beautiful place with beautiful people. God bless you all!

Fantastic rooms excellent service very nice and friendly people I enjoy the food and I had a pleasure to try bio regenerative treatments at ZOE CLINIC doing hyperbaric chamber Ozon therapy and a very useful diagnostic treatment I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated Strongly recommend

Beyond stunning!! Truly a magical place. The location was perfect with views that make you feel that you are n a truly magical place! The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Each room has a private outdoor sitting area that is perfect for watching sunsets. All restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. Pool has incredible views and the breakfast was a perfect addition. If you are able to visit Santorini, I would definitely stay at this hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel, the accommodation and facilities are 5 star excellence. The food and drink is of outstanding quality and the staff are professional, polite and very attentive to ensure that you want for nothing. We will most certainly return.

Just an amazing property. The hotel Concierge and front desk did a tremendous job as soon as we arrived. They greeted us as if we were the only ones staying on property. Staff showed us around property including spa, restaurant and amenities. We arrived in afternoon and waited a little for our room to be ready. Staff made us comfortable with whatever we needed. Also we could have changed and used the pool area while we waited. Our room was ready in less then an hour and staff brought luggage to room and let us relax. Room had a dream view of the Caldera and sunset from our jetted tub. We had an issue with one piece of luggage not arriving at the airport and the hotel staff did a phenomenal job in helping deal with this issue. They did all the calling and notifying lost luggage to locate. It relieved all the stress that we would have to deal with. They assured that they would look into it and just enjoy our stay. We had our luggage in our room when located. Big Thank You to the staff. Therasia Restaurant was excellent great food and great sunset view. Our reservation was for that first night sunset dinner front row. The servers were very knowledgeable and informative of menu. They made us feel very very welcomed. During breakfast and afternoon pool relaxation the servers were also fabulous. I am not good with remembering names but 2 people I do remember is Chris our server in morning/afternoon was great. He took care of us whenever we needed. Georgia our Concierge was awesome so friendly and also took care of us. Along with the whole Katikies Staff, just an awesome experience from everyone. We had a wonderful stay at Katikies Kirini. Our room had a lovely patio where we enjoyed breakfast some mornings, on others we had breakfast at the restaurant near the pool deck. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious every time. The spa is peaceful and lovely with a hidden pool. Massages were great after days spent walking around the island. The hotel is in a great location in Oia. It's just a short walk into town, but you're far enough removed that you don't face the crowds of people as soon as you step outside. Rooms face the caldera and the views obviously can't be beat. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world and watching the sunset from your private patio is the best of the best. Would recommend especially for couples looking for a romantic stay in Santorini.
