The team seemed that did not just simply checked us in but they had studied our reservation , our pre requests and special needs ! They were such professionals of Tourism Industry , escorted us under the hot sun of Santorini to our suite , provided us a detailed tour of the property and suite and gave us excellent concierge services . They continued throughout our stay with courtesy contacts to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. Delivered everything we asked for and even more that was lovely surprises to us !They work very hard!. We also had perfect breakfast meal and delightful dinner at Koukoumavlos restaurant! Want to give special thanks to VICKY who was so friendly and caring. She made sure we have the most comfortable stay by offering to take care of so many things for us like car rental, telling about awesome places to go, food places to name a few. The manager of the property is really an awesome person. We had couple of interactions with her and we both loved the way she and the staff take care of people. Our stay at Katikies Chromata in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the level of Greek hospitality was beyond compare, with every detail perfectly curated. The entire staff—from the welcoming smiles at reception to the attentive breakfast team—made us feel like we were home. But the real highlight of our experience was Panagiotis, a remarkable young waiter who captivated us from day one. At just 18, his passion, knowledge, and genuine love for what he does is simply extraordinary. He effortlessly combined professionalism with warmth, making our stay special. The management should be incredibly proud to have such a gem on their team. Every single person who works here is very friendly and welcoming and the people made difference for us in this paradise hotel. We’re already counting down the days/months until we return! We would recommend everyone to try Selene restaurant ( OMG !!! ) and Koukoumavros as both offers unique gastronomical experiences.

The resort is absolutely amazing; everything was just beautiful. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows and two management staff helped us to do so in the most sweetest and unforgettable way; they allowed us to use their best terrace to conduct our ceremony and they did it for us in English, along with a poem written in Greek. They also organized a private photographer and made sure our room was impecable. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast and drinks that were absolutely delectable. Spectacular views literally in every direction! A perfect midpoint between Oia and Fira that is quiet, with beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. Spectacular views literally in every direction! A perfect midpoint between Oia and Fira that is quiet, with beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. A wonderful romantic, tranquil location that you just can't get bored of the views. The trail walk (not really a hike except for a couple short areas) to Oia is fun, will burn off breakfast, and can be done by most in 1.5 - 3hrs depending upon how often you stop for pictures. - Tennis shoes are fine for walk, but I wouldn't recommend sandals / keds. Oia is high end shopping/pricing and the streets get filled with cruise ship visitors by noon, so plan accordingly. The walk to Fira is ~10-15 minutes and has plenty of tourist shopping and great restaurants if you don't want to eat on premise. I believe you are about 1,000ft above the water at the hotel, which makes the views incredible, but there is no beach/water access here. If you want to do an evening catamaran cruise, the place to schedule and pickup is across the street, and the grocery mart / Jimmy's Gyros is a 30 second walk from the hotel. Lastly, you are staying at a hotel with rooms dug into the cliffside, so there are steep stairs / no handrails, so plan accordingly. You can ask for a room at the top to minimize stairs if need be. We stayed at the bottom which meant the most stairs, but I believe the views are the best there. That said, there are no bad views. Lastly, the hotel pics are legit - what you see truly is what you will get. Overall a great place to spend a 3-night stay.

Fantastic Hotel with outstanding service. You will not be disappointed! The views from the rooms, the pool, waiters and hostesses all were great! From the time you step out of your taxi the staff takes care of your every need. They pick up your bags, offer champagne, and explain all in the first 10 minutes. Rooms are very modern and shower/bath were very good too. Location was excellent with bars, restaurants, grocery store all within 2 minutes walking distance. Can’t go wrong with this gem!

We decided to book a long weekend to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and after some deliberations and research decided to book this hotel in Santorini. On arrival we were shown to our rooms (90 steps down the caldera rim) which was superb. The views of the Santorini caldera are spectacular and the location is pretty much the best on the island with plenty of bars and excellent restaurants. The staff of the hotel were simply exceptional. All of them. Friendly, professional and nothing was too much effort and all done with a smile. The restaurant was superb. Quite frankly we could not have booked a better hotel or more enjoyable destination. Highly recommended. They make you feel special.

The amazing staff, lovely people who took care of me, made me feel so welcomed and loved from the moment I arrived till the last minute of my stay. The food is amazing, the views are the most beautiful in the island and the rooms are so pretty! I would highly recommend anyone who’s planning a trip to Santorini. THE BEST Place to stay. Our stay at Katikies was the best we ever had! The hotel is located in a heavenly place where we had the chance to admire the most beautiful sunset of Santorini. We booked a junior suite that was upgraded to a senior suite with a private jacuzzi and a balcony with a breathtaking view to the Caldera and the amazing architecture of Imerovigli. The staff is high qualified and always available to meet clients’ needs and make them happy. Chrisa, Vicky and Antonia did their best to make our stay special and let us live a magical vacation. We also had a dinner at Koukoumavlos, the hotel restaurant, where we’ve been immersed into a very special atmosphere and had an incredible culinary experience. Definitely the best hotel in Santorini!

We were here for our anniversary, and the staff made the experience more memorable than my wife and I could’ve ever dreamed of. It goes without saying that the hotel itself, and the views from the hotel are second to no other hotel on this planet. We are extremely grateful, and look forward to our next stay!

You may not always have hot water but you have service and a view that meets any expectation! We loved this hotel! It was fantastic!

We booked 3 nights, the service is exceptional everyone goes out of their way to accommodate your every request. Our plane was delayed leaving London, we arrived to the hotel at midnight to an upgraded room with our own pool with unbelievable views across the Caldera. They had arranged food to be left for us on our arrival. The staff here know what you need before you even ask for it. They work incredibly hard and provide a flawless service, from reception, concierge to the food and beverage staff and house keeping. We would not hesitate to come back and stay again. Thank you to everyone at Katikies Chromata for a truly special experience at your hotel. Everything about here is 5 star.
