I cannot recommend Kadizora Camp too highly. We spent four magical nights there at the end of January. The accommodation was really comfortable and the food was excellent. The manager made sure I was catered for as a vegetarian and nothing was too much effort for the staff. We loved our early morning and evening drives with our guide, Sparks, and managed to see leopards as well as a lion plus all the other wonderful animals that were around. I would recommend a trip in a Mokorro - just beautiful and peaceful. Go there!

Simply outstanding. Food, accommodation, service, efficiency, location, staff - I could go on, but you get the idea. The camp manager - Mathew - is a total star: nothing was too much trouble, and he was friendly, amazingly efficient, went out of his way to ensure we were totally satisfied with everything. Our guide/driver (Sparks) was brilliant, and ensured we saw every living thing in the Okavango Delta. Mathew even arranged for the camp staff to sing a few songs for us at dinner on our final night, since the holiday was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary - and it was emotional! I can't recommend Kadizora highly enough - you simply MUST go.....

My wife and I enjoyed a magical 4 night stay at Kadizora, bookending a 14 night trip overall and our first experience of safari in Botswana. We chose to take our first trip to Botswana during their low season, which comes with its challenges and drawbacks if you are seeking an archetypical Delta water wonderland vista which is best and only truly experienced during flood season.
However for us with nothing tangible to compare our low season Delta experience with, we loved how dry the floodplains were and how open the general landscape had become, as it afforded us numerous additional routes and areas within the concession to explore which would not otherwise be feasible during flood season due to the high water levels. If you do your research, temper your expectations accordingly and get fortunate with the weather then I suggest early December is a wonderful time to visit Kadizora so long as you treat it as a more conventional game drive dominant safari experience.
A true benefit to the low season at Kadizora and to the Delta in general are not only the reduced rates but more importantly, the low occupancy levels evidenced by the fact we were the only guests in camp throughout our 4 night stay, which was as welcomed as it was unexpected and an anomaly which only served to enhance our holistic experience of Kadizora further.
In essence, from our arrival to our departure we had the whole camp to ourselves, including private game viewing activities throughout with timings/routes tailored to our own preferences. Similarly our daily itinerary was made flexible by Matthew and Aidan, our personable and highly capable camp managers, who gave us the autonomy and freedom to truly feel at home in camp from the moment we arrived by empowering us to feel comfortable in tailoring each day to suit our own personal preferences and sensibilities.
One notable mention must go to the food in camp which was consistently the best we tasted and enjoyed throughout this trip despite strong competition from other camps we stayed at previously. Compliments to the chef/s.
Kadizora is truly remote and intimate camp located in the northern Delta close to the panhandle with the Selinda Spillway dissecting its vast and exclusive NG concession, sharing as it does with only 2 other camps and thus providing a true authentic Botswana safari experience in the respect that we barely encountered another game vehicle throughout our stay and similarly, the sightings we were fortunate to witness, predominantly were ones we had entirely to ourselves with no time limits or lock positions to concern ourselves with.
For me personally this was a noticeable and welcome discrepancy from previous safari experiences we have had previously, even at higher end camps in e.g. South Africa. As avid wildlife enthusiasts, the opportunity to spend over an hour with a pack of Wild Dogs while they readied themselves to hunt or to spend half a day with a female lioness and follow her journey from beginning to middle to end in successfully making not one but two kills of an afternoon, is one of countless examples of what personally speaking separates Kadizora as an exclusive safari destination, and as a perhaps lesser known, but nevertheless hidden gem on the much vaunted and heralded Delta safari circuit.
Of course none of these sightings and none of these experiences would be possible without the skill, intellect and expertise of our indomitable guide, OC, who was a lovely, unassuming, personable man but equally highly capable, someone who took his job extremely seriously and was at the top of his game throughout. His diligence and professionalism served to maximise our ‘out of camp’ safari experience in a similar vein to how Matthew, Aidan, Kenny and every other member of the Kadizora team looked after us ‘in camp’ in a such a meaningful fashion that it left us with only cherished and fond memories of what was a private and memorable 4 nights we enjoyed at Kadizora Camp.
I cannot recommend Kadizora camp highly enough in all aspects. We would love to re-visit as return guests going forward and have already begun discussing how we might plan to do so in the near future and for years to come.

This is such a unique experience, since it is the middle of the Delta. You fly on small planes to get here. It is Glamping and not for everyone. You have a large cabin with an outdoor shower and bathtub. You have total privacy, so you don't have to worry about your open tent. The safari was wonderful. We did it by jeep, canoe and motor boat. We had a very different experience, than Kruger or Chobe. It is more rustic. They do your laundry for free. After 18 days, we needed it. The staff and guides are first class. They make you time there memorable.

Excellent sightings including leopard, lion cubs, giraffe, zebra, etc Tek our guide was great. The luxury tents well worth the extra. Food good. All well organised by Matthew. Best bath viewing on any safari. Lions and hippos galore and plenty more.

From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences of our lives..what an amazing place with really wonderful staff located in such a remote location in the Botswana bush. Our tracker was the incredible Navas who guided us during our stay from the pickup from the airstrip through the extensive tracking of lions and leopards in the wild grasslands and trees of the Okavengo delta. Elephants hippos giraffe buffalo zebra antelope and many more were there, not forgetting the most beautifully coloured birds. The food was exceptional and the organisation was simply first class. So many thanks to Matthew and his team at the superbly well equipped camp with its spacious tents. All of the staff were so very helpful but for us Navas was such a star with his massive reservoir of wild life knowledge and experience. It was such an unforgettable time for us. Our only criticism is on ourselves as we should have booked in for a longer stay!!

What a fantastic way to enjoy wildlife viewing with excellent hospitality!!
Mathew and the team made everything possible and seamless. The animal tracking is well skilled, and gets you on point where the best viewing is possible. Want to take a picture? The guide will adjust the jeep position to where angle will allow a good shot.
...and then there's the camp. All in good shape, comfortable and makes you stay luxurious and well enjoyed. Food is good and nicely presented, staff is gentle and inviting to ask (and get) more and more.
Last but not least, the "African Massage" was exquisite. It hits all spots in. Comforting way and we'll be back for more!!

We stayed at Kadizora Camp for 3 nights.
It is a structure immersed in nature but which does not miss anything. It is wonderful during the day but especially during the night to hear the noises of the animals that surround the structure.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff (all of them) are smiling and ready to accommodate every request to make you feel as good as possible.
They have several guides and several jeeps to be able to organize safaris and excursions in complete tranquility, often we were alone with the guide, this is important because the guide can do the game drive according to your requests.
Dinner is wonderful because it is organized around the fire.
Thanks to the facility manager who helped us resolve a problem with the flights.
Thanks to all the staff, housekeeping for keeping everything clean, kitchen and waiters for being able to appreciate every meal and thanks to the barman who I went to disturb every evening for my glass of Amarula... eheh very good.
Thanks to KK an expert guide for a great mokoro trip.
Finally, thanks to our guide Navas, we spent 3 wonderful days together and he was able to see with his eyes, hear noises with his ears and smell with his nose, things you can't imagine. Great preparation and profound knowledge of the territory and the behavior of animals (for example, he managed to find a leopard, observing the behavior of the other animals and hearing the jackal making a certain sound, which meant that there was something around)...incredible.
Navas is a precious guide.
Thank you all
Roberto and Daniela

This was our first trip into Africa. As always we chose to book direct and it was really easy. The support we received to assist with flights and transfers was first class. We also had to change our dates at the last moment and they fully accommodated us.
Biggest tip ever, stay for more than 3 nights. We did 6 nights and still didn't want to leave. Staying longer gave us the chance to see all the different wildlife and do all activities , including a night drive, canoe trip and boat tour. We also took an afternoon off to hang by the pool and watch the hippos.
The camp was everything we expected and more. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is real and genuine hospitality, you quickly feel part of the family.
Easy stuff out of the way, accomodation is just beautiful, food was excellent and constant. We loved the local spin on a few dishes so that we were not just stuck with western hotel food. The steaks is a must request.
Our guides were fantastic, their ability to track animals, never miss a thing and still have a great chat with us to help us learn about the animals was incredible.
This is a trip we will never forget and made so special by choosing to stay at Kadizora.
Thanks to the whole team, in particular Matthew, Aidan and the legend himself Navas.

What a magical place! We absolutely loved our stay at Kadizora camp. Our room was amazing, the food was great and the common area was super cute and very comfortable. The staff was incredible as well. They were very attentive and helpful. My wife got sick during the stay (nothing to do with the camp) and they were always asking how she was doing and were very quick to get her what she needed. Because of the time of year, there were lots of choices on things to do in the evening as well. We could do a game drive, go on a motorboat on the Delta or even go on a Makoro canoe ride. We did all of them and they were all lots of fun, but I think the game drives were the best! There is so much to see in the vicinity and our guide, Sparks, was amazing. We saw so much with him and he was very fun and knowledgeable. Overall, it was an incredible experience!

The welcome, hospitality, accommodation and game viewing were excellent. Special mention must be made of Sparks our guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to show us the game. Being in the wetter part of the Delta gave us the opportunity during our boat ride to see many waterbirds up close. A truly memorable trip and well worth visiting.
