We visited the hotel in February 2025 with my now fiancé for what I thought would be a lovely birthday getaway. The staff were phenomenal (shoutout to Cristina and the rest of the team - what incredible people you all are) ! Unbeknownst to me they helped my boyfriend organise the most beautiful proposal. The team really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and this will be a trip we will never forget. Even after the proposal the team greeted us like family and made us feel celebrated - we were always greeted with a smile and stopped for a chat. We really felt they were excited too! Other than that choose Intercontinental because its a great location with close connections to the city center, a short walk to the gorgeous Villa Borghese and easy links to buses etc. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows super comfortable which is just what you need for a good night’s sleep after walking all day. The Charlies Bar and Scarpetta Restaurant have an excellent service and food/drinks offerring ( we were not once hungry on this trip!). The bar offering beautiful views over the city. We can't wait to be back!

We have a wonderful stay in the hotel. When we had breakfast the kind waiter-Michael served us two cup of coffee with beautiful pictures on it, it showed the tourism attractions in Rome. It was great experience. We strongly recommend to come for a breakfast to open the wonderful day

This hotel is in a quiet and smart part of the city. You can walk to sights such as Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain but the area around the hotel is not crowded. There is a metro station - Barbarini - about five minutes walk away. The main train station...

This hotel is in a quiet and smart part of the city. You can walk to sights such as Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain but the area around the hotel is not crowded. There is a metro station - Barbarini - about five minutes walk away. The main train station is only two metro stops or a short cab ride. There are many good local restaurants within easy walking distance. The famous Harry's Bar is also a short walk away. The hotel has been recently refurbished by its look. The entrance hall and lobby are bright and sparkle with white marble. Our room was bright and spacious with a large shower and very comfortable bed. The bedroom corridors were quiet. Apart from breakfast we did not use the restaurant. Breakfast was a quality and extensive buffet. All service was of a high standard and friendly Will use this hotel on return to Rome. Fully recommended.

Breakfast was always amazing every morning. The staff there for breakfast are very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Thank you for being such wonderful people Pamela, Daniel and Maria Elana. We are very grateful to have met you all.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced!! Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, delicious breakfast and central location !!!! Definitely a 5 star hotel. The Concierge-(Matteo) was amazing, went above and beyond in helping with bookings, reservations and any other requests that came up during our stay. The rest of the Hotel staff were amazing as well. Very attentive and courteous. Best Hotel stay to date in our time spent in Europe.

I had the most attentive host Pamela for my breakfast meal . I really enjoyed my breakfast and would highly recommend.She gave us complimentary dishes and made us feel welcome and at home a great experience overall due to the service of Pamela .

All round great hotel. We were sent here because Sofitel could not honour our booking because of unexpected work required at the hotel and it was closing. We are Accor gold members and they very kindly arranged for our stay at this hotel. Staff are all fabulous. We were upgraded and the room was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast had everything you could want with eggs pancakes and waffles cooked fresh if you wanted. Hotel is close to all sights and easy to get to them all. We are regular visitors to Rome and stayed in many hotels over the past 10 years and this rates as one of the best for us. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

Fantastic hotel! Staff were so friendly and prompt. So clean and beautiful! I highly recommend!! Breakfast buffet has everything you could ever want. Beds were so comfy, rooms were spacious with lots of amenities. We were able to get taxis from the hotel very quickly.

Really friendly staff (Leonardo was especially attentive), beautiful interiors - both in the main bars and in the room, and really comfy bed. Would highly recommend. Great location of the hotel near many attractions such as the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon.

Great staff and lovely venue... Best staff were at breakfast Leonardo and Mariana. It was a rugby weekend and they were busy but courteous. Only issue is that the downstairs bars were closed after 6 when we really needed them to be open. Thank you

Great experience of staying 4 days 3 night at InterContinenatal Rome. Huge room space very comfortable. Relax hot shower to recharge for a tourist walk day. The morning Buffet was great variety selection of cuisine to enjoy. Friendly and warm staffs make you feel like at home. Thanks InterContinental Rome.
