Our stay at the Intercontinental Cabrits was one of the best we ever had. Spending the mornings walking around the meticulously kept and beautiful grounds of the resort, to then explore this delightful island, it's beautiful waterfalls, beaches, flora and fauna. This would be followed by superb dinners, either on the resort, or in one of the many beach cafe's. Usually we followed this up with a cocktail on the resort, created by Brad or Orlando. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and warm, and we are both very grateful to all of them for making our stay truly wonderful.

Great service. Peaceful location. Breakfast is good, the other meals not so much. The pools are uncomfortably cold - it’s the same temperature year round here so I don’t think there is ever a time when they’d ever be comfortable (all pools are cold on this island). The sun sets...

We had a lovely stay at Intercontinental. Initially we were booked for 3 nights but after meeting KEAUN who was so professional, efficient, helpful, welcoming and accommodating our 3 nights became 5. Our stay was for my birthday celebration. We got a ocean and pool view which was breathtaking, the bell guys were always there to help. Overall the staff was very friendly, especially NICOLE at breakfast, ORLANDO in the bar and NISA (the spicy girl) alongside KEAUN (the hero) at front office. We anxiously anticipate our next visit which will be very soon. The food was very delicious and on-time. The welcoming rum punch certainly added a unique touch to our experience. Words cannot express all that I want to say, you, yes YOU need to check it out for yourself. Intercontinental Dominica Cabrits Resort and Spa I want to say thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We had some service issues during our first 2 nights here but we were approached by Samar and Keaun, the general manager and the supervisor, and they were very apologetic for the inconveniences we experienced and took our feedback on board instantly. From then on, we had a much better experience - we even paid to extend our stay. You can tell they really care about the satisfaction of guests so if you have any issues while staying here, I encourage you to speak up to give the hotel the opportunity to change that. The hotel grounds are really beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are modern and clean, plus we had a great view from our room. We didn’t expect the hotel to be so quiet as there were not many guests but it was nice to feel like you have the whole resort to yourself and they do provide live entertainment on Sundays. Free Parking is available and the hotel cart can take you between the parking lot and reception, or even close to your room entrance. Be sure to request it from the front gate if it’s not offered as it should be available 24/7 but stairs are also available (although not recommended for those with mobility issues). Jahmal was super friendly and chatty when driving us around on the cart and made us feel really comfortable. All the staff at breakfast were very helpful but Mahlissa was so lovely and very attentive - a true credit to the hotel. There’s a really good variety for breakfast as omelettes, pancakes, waffles and French toast can be ordered, in addition to the buffet breakfast available. Mahaliyah looked after us very well by the bar and the pool, and always had a smile! The service at lunch was great also and I would highly recommend the Island Burger and ribs. Overall this is a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views all around. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a luxurious stay on the island, and I’ll definitely be back again!

It had a very low occupancy when we were at the hotel, but still, all the bars and one restaurant were open and functioning well. One negative breakfast is extremely expensive and has poor value.

Outstanding resort. Facilities are excellent. Property is gorgeous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food offering, however, was quite disappointing. Outstanding resort. Facilities are excellent. Property is gorgeous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food offering, however, was quite disappointing. Clearly a nature island and we spent two full days with two very talented guides exploring the island and wandering the capital. Very worthwhile. In addition we boarded a boat at the resort's pier (very convenient) to enjoy whale watching. Roads are winding and narrow and it takes time to travel anywhere. The airport is being expanded and a new airport is being constructed. Assume these activities will result in increased tourism and perhaps improved roads.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved the property and the setting. As it was low season, being one of the few guests on resort made it feel like you had the space for yourself! The three F&B venues opened alternatively for the different meal periods which was okay considering...

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved the property and the setting. As it was low season, being one of the few guests on resort made it feel like you had the space for yourself! The three F&B venues opened alternatively for the different meal periods which was okay considering the handful of guests on resort however the service was left wanting. You would think that since there were so few guests, the staff would pay more attention to those were there but that was not the case. Staff at the restaurants and bar were present but could not be found when you really needed them. We would share an appetizer but no sharing plates were offered. Cutlery was cleared after appetizers, no replacement was not offered even after main course was served. Tables missed salt or pepper or both most times at breakfast, drinks ordered served after we finished our appetizers for dinner on our last night and the list goes on. Although these may seem small, it's not what you expect of a five star property - especially an Intercontinental.

Very nice hotel, great views and wonderful nature around! Want to highlight Titania for her excellent service and kind attitude, she was very welcoming and accommodating. As well as Rachel, had a great tour of spa with her and it was wonderful. Thank you!
