10/10, Excellent Service Recovery, Best Breakfast Buffet

I had booked the Imperial hotel on Booking.com at a pretty reasonable price for a 8 night stay in the Tower Building- High Floor standard double room. When we checked in the evening after a long flight in to Narita. It is an older hotel who will be going through...

Clean and classy older luxury hotel

The hotel room was pristine but just a tad dated. Our room was small but very well maintained. The service was top notch and the location is very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The Imperial is a classy older 5 star hotel that is very comfortable.

Nice Hotel, Great Position

We stayed here recently and found the hotel to be excellent. It is in a great position with any number of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were welcoming, warm and helpful, the room large and clean and the breakfast excellent. Well worth staying here

Unless you want to spend 2,250 Japanese Yen, about £11.60, per coffee/tea. Granted, they didn’t force...

Outstanding stay

What a wonderful hotel. The staff were outstanding. The hotel beautiful. The breakfast was excellent in the buffet restaurant. The whole operation clearly managed by the imperious head waiter. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. It was wet the day we were there and I was leant an umbrella.
