Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

This property I cannot give enough stars.I am a frequent traveler the one place I keep going back to is the Hyatt Grand Cypress you will get hooked also .Beautifu,l fantastic service ,the team they have you cannot get any better in the service industry!!

I had reservations to stay at this hotel 4/29-5/3/2025. I booked the reservations last December after having called over 50 different properties!! Unfortunately, i get very ill from perfumes and strong chemical odors and more and more hotels are thinking it’s wonderful to have these strong scents in their lobby, common area ie restaurants etc and some even in their air filtration system! I was beyond impressed and happy when told by a font desk worker that this hotel was “scent free”! I booked by stay, plane and tx to Disney etc etc. About 5 days before i was to arrive i called the hotel to check on something else and just because i’m anxious about staying at new hotels, i double checked their scent policy. Much to my chagrin, this lovely honest woman told me yes they do have scents in the common areas!!!!! I was gobsmacked!!! After calling several more hotels, i was able to find 2 that were scent free but no availability for my timeframe. What IF i had just arrived from the airport and would have had no where to stay?? Do NOT trust this property!! Do NOT
