Wonderful lady manager helping direct us and others to front desk to check in, beautiful grounds. Lovely staff, breakfast offerings was excellent, I want to give a shout out to the staff that help out at the fruits stand, sorry didn't get her name, my wife love magosteen and rambutan and she would cut and removed the skin before presented to her.. The staff everywhere were so friendly and attentive. We had dinner at Pizzaria , great food nice wine selection, only negative service little slow at end of our dinner , after gave us our dinner never see the waiter again.

Where do I start! From the lovely welcome to the end we loved it here,We could check in when we arrived at 12.30 and as it was our anniversary it was all decorated with flowers and a cake so a lovely arrival.Room had everything we needed with a nice view...

From the lovely welcome to the end we loved it here,We could check in when we arrived at 12.30 and as it was our anniversary it was all decorated with flowers and a cake so a lovely arrival.Room had everything we needed with a nice view not the biggest granted but very comfortable and serviced at the time we requested.Bobby the F&B manager is a sweetheart so warm and professional, also Buda and Agus deserve a mention for the friendly attentiveness that they gave.Now to the food wow! We enjoyed all the restaurants in particular breakfast was outstanding so much choice and quality with the lovely staff.The hotel has beautiful grounds well kept with lily ponds near to many bars and restaurants this is our favourite hotel in bali and we were sad to go but we will certainly return

We’re finally visiting Bali again, and this will be our third or fourth stay at the Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur. Every time we stay here, we have a wonderful experience. Upon our arrival, Giri at the front desk greeted us warmly. As always, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and cold towels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to the beach access. In the morning, we joined a yoga session led by Eka, our instructor. We were delighted to see him again, as he was also our instructor on previous visits. He’s always so kind and welcoming, making each session enjoyable. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, especially from Listya, who ensured we had everything we needed, and Sri, who made us feel right at home. As Globalist members, we had access to the club lounge, where both the food and service were excellent. Overall, our stay at the Hyatt Regency Bali was fantastic, and we’d love to return whenever we visit Sanur.

The first minute of arriving at the hotel was a feeling of such welcoming warmth. The staff are amazing & so friendly. Many are quite young but they are so full of friendly enthusiasm & will help in any way, always with a happy smile. The work that is done...

The first minute of arriving at the hotel was a feeling of such welcoming warmth. The staff are amazing & so friendly. Many are quite young but they are so full of friendly enthusiasm & will help in any way, always with a happy smile. The work that is done behind the scenes is incredible in allowing us to just relax and enjoy our time in the sun & Hotel facilities in perfect harmony with the Balinese atmosphere. A big thanks to Arya who helped arrange for us to move from their sister hotel Andaz to the Hyatt so seamlessly & for the special welcoming touches in our room. We were quite overwhelmed. Thank you again Arya. He also went out of his way and greeted us on arrival. It was a very special & memorable holiday & we look forward to our next stay with you all.

Our premium ground floor room was awful. It smelled of damp and mould. We paid more for this room thinking it would be a better choice but we were wrong. Our outside balcony you couldn’t use because there were leaves and debris everywhere. The picture on the internet is not...

Our premium ground floor room was awful. It smelled of damp and mould. We paid more for this room thinking it would be a better choice but we were wrong. Our outside balcony you couldn’t use because there were leaves and debris everywhere. The picture on the internet is not the room we got. The food and grounds and staff were lovely though. Beware of the money exchange booths on the street… they will scam you !!! The resort knows of this practice but didn’t warn us, they SHOULD HAVE.

It was an amazing stay. The ambiente of the hotel was great. The room was what we have expected. Quality of food every time excellent. We've tried various dishes. Speciall call out to the entire team, but specially for the Omang-Omang restaurant team. Always helpful, everyday very friendly and ready...

Speciall call out to the entire team, but specially for the Omang-Omang restaurant team. Always helpful, everyday very friendly and ready to support when needed. Easy access to the Hotel area and walking distances to small shops, restaurants, Spas etc. Overall, I would reco the Hotel for a stay at Bali. We will defintelly come back.

Hotel grounds are kept immaculate by staff, however it does tend to flood along the pathways when they get rain. Staff are amazing - we were celebrating our engagement and were given credit towards spa treatments - Thank you Anya! The spa was incredible and the treatments were the best we’ve had. Chris showed us to our room on the first day, he was really helpful and informative. Hotel is clean and breakfast was in a peaceful spot by the pool with great options.

Awesome service, such friendly staff, always a snails and a warm greeting. Food was beautiful, lots of choice. Expensive, but nice. Great location rooms clean and comfortable. Easy walk into the village for massage or shopping or restaurants.
