This was our last stop after being in Italy for 3 weeks. Lake Como is magical! Even though were there in early November, this hotel was perfect. I can't imagine how busy this hotel is during the summer season. I fell in love with the Lake at this time of year. We felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. The service was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we check out. Our room was ready upon arrival. It was cleaned daily with such care and precision. I highly recommend having Appertivo's at the restaurant daily. Breakfast was also wonderful to have on the terrace over looking the lake. We would stay here again if we wanted to stay at the southern part of Lake Como. It is an easy walk to town and we discovered an amazing local restaurant Osteria La Tavernetta which was a 7 minute walk.

This makes the location less than desirable. It’s too far to walk to Como so unless their limited menu appeals to you, I wouldn’t stay here.

I would honestly never go back to this hotel . We love boujee hotels and are happy to spend the money if it’s great . Paid 2200 for 2 nights and we had to have had the worst room in the entire hotel (room 321 ) . With busy traffic...

I would honestly never go back to this hotel . We love boujee hotels and are happy to spend the money if it’s great . Paid 2200 for 2 nights and we had to have had the worst room in the entire hotel (room 321 ) . With busy traffic right out our window and then everyone right outside our door laughing and talking while they wait for the elevator directly across from our room.. even walked out to find someone leaning on our door while they waited ….it was Terrible . Even worse was the road construction ( that they cannot help I realize ) but it should be considered in the price when coming on those days ! Because they definitely knew it was happening as it clearly was a many days /weeks project . I have video of 1:04 am of the heavy machinery tractors pounding on the concrete outside our window to allow for the next layer of coverage ! They were rude and unhelpful at the front desk for our entire group of 16 (8 rooms) and the restaurant folks were nice but the food was border line average at best . It has 2 stars because of its breakfast buffet and views from breakfast! Def won’t be back to this same place but will be back to Lake como

We loved everything about Villa Flori! We had wondered if being in Como was a mistake given the distance to other parts of the lake but it was just perfect. 4star but we have been in less opulent 5star hotels. We stayed in a junior suite which was lake facing with a huge balcony. Room was fantastic. Views out of this world. Breakfast looking out at the lake could not be underestimated. 45-50 minute walk to Como, nearer docks (10 min walk) to get the ferries. We hired a private boat tour via the hotel for a couple of hours which was brilliant! The person who made our stay very special was Mattia, the exceptional concierge. He was outstanding. Could not be more helpful, positive, friendly, professional, always checking his guests were ok, absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Hotel Villa Flori and wish it could have been longer. The room was great, with a lovely view of the lake. And the staff was helpful and accomodating. The restaurant was very nice We arrived in Como on a rainy day and had a glorious, sunny and warm day the next day. We would stay here again.

This place is beautiful and the views from the rooms are gorgeous, but that's the best part. The beds were uncomfortable, they were not luxury mattresses. The staff at the front of the house are not invested in solving problems. We had to ask for a new mattress multiple times,...

This place is beautiful and the views from the rooms are gorgeous, but that's the best part. The beds were uncomfortable, they were not luxury mattresses. The staff at the front of the house are not invested in solving problems. We had to ask for a new mattress multiple times, they are just not focused on customer service. The rooms are also very small, we had a premium room and it was hard to get our suitcases to open in there. The AC was OK but not great. The shower was painfully small. When you're paying $800/night you expect a level of comfort and service that this place did not deliver. The restaurant wasn't great, the food was very mediocre for the area and for Italy. The staff working there are not from the service industry and many don't speak English. They are cutting corners and capitalizing on their location and view. It's a shame because it could be a great hotel, walking distance to Como, and feels like you're taking in the lake.

My wife and I went to Italy for our honeymoon and started here at Hotel Villa Flori. We were absolutely blown away by the experience here, from the food, to the views, and most importantly, the staff. We felt like we were the only ones there, considering the team that each staff member would help us address and questions we had. One of the managers, Mattia, spent an extremely generous amount of time with us to ensure we saw all that Como had to offer. He meticulously walked us through recommendations, how to get fairy tickets, and anything else we needed help with. We could not recommend this hotel enough if you are visiting Como.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, all the staff are were so friendly and accommodating. They helped recommend local restaurants and things to do around lake como. It was a great location to do everything. We can’t thank enough the man on reception who helped us find a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning of the 1st April without your help we would’ve missed our flight home. (Sorry we didn’t get his name). The food was impeccable and the rooms comfortable and clean. Thanks we will definitely be back again to visit in the future.

Staff were helpful and the lovely young lady from the Philippines who worked in the bar was a standout, her service was exceptional. The restaurant was also amazing, service and staff were fabulous. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

A beautiful property right on the lake! A room with lake view is a must! Very attentive staff. Breakfast buffet can be enjoyed inside or outside to enjoy the sunrise over the mountains. About 3km from town but it’s a relatively easy walk. Loved our time there!

Mattia was outstanding - Making us feel extremely welcomed, giving us advice on where, what and how to navigate the area. My wife and I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Villa Flori late September during our wedding at a nearby property, Villa Pizzo. This was our 2nd stay and Mattia and his team were incredibly welcoming as always. Everyone treated us so well and was so accommodating. The service was always top notch and everyone went above and beyond to make out trip that much more special. Too many accommodations and extravegences were offered to us to list out but suffice to say that we will try to make this an annual destination. We can't thank our host Mattia and his colleagues enough. The property itself is beautiful and within close proximity to both Cernobbio town and nearby Como. We highly recommend that you stay here when visiting Como! We can't wait to go back.

It was easy to get the ferry to go up to Bellagio for a day trip. We loved the dining options & shopping in Como. A great base to stay comfortably and explore all that lake Como offers.
