Honeymooners and romantic travelers praised the hotel for its calm and serene ambiance, with ample opportunity to secure a sun lounger. They appreciated the shuttle service to the city and found the staff, particularly Amine, Mohammed, and Abdul, to be exceptional. They enjoyed the immaculate pool areas, lovely gardens, and comfortable rooms with a cozy indoor pool and basic gym equipment. The food was generally well-received, particularly in the specialty dining restaurant, and the drink service was praised. Many guests highlighted the cleanliness, the well-maintained gardens, and the diverse activities available, including a hot air balloon experience. They felt the hotel offered a relaxing break and was LGBTQ friendly. The hotel's security, cleanliness, and authentic Moroccan feel were also appreciated.
I really do not want to criticise this hotel but unfortunately our visit was not quite up to our expectations / its certainly NOT up to the standards of 4 STAR hotel The hotel does run a shuttle mini bus into the City this must be booked well in advance....

Read Full ReviewMe and my wife recently stayed at Tikida Gardens in Marrakech, and while the hotel had a lot of positives, there were also some key areas that let it down. The Good: The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning Moroccan décor that adds to the charm. The rooms were spacious,...
Read Full ReviewWithout doubt, the worst Tui/Riu hotel we have ever experienced, and we’ve done a lot. The food is shockingly bad, (we went out to restaurants most nights). The staff are miserable, lazy and disinterested. There were daily mistakes and problems. The entertainment is non existent. I would certainly not recommend...
Read Full ReviewWe had the most amazing week in this hotel. The hotel was calm during the day and was very easy to get a sun lounger. We utilised the shuttle to the city a couple times during our stay which was great. Amine and Mohammed provided the best service!!
Nice experience overall. We stayed for a week at the beginning of March . Service and food was good , the room comfortable . Daily entertainment was ok keeping us occupied. The weather was so so but the indoor pool was warm and cosy , the gym had the basics...
Read Full ReviewBeautiful looking hotel , staff were lovely, shame the outdoor pools were freezing cold. Food generally good but not many authentic morrocon dishes, unfortunately on day 5 I suffered a violent episode of food poisoning. The evening entertainment (if you could call it that) was a joke bingo and karaoke...

The rooms were a good size and very clean , plenty of choice for food in restaurants although sometimes breakfast service was chaotic and you got very little chance of finding a tea spoon!. Read Full ReviewJust returned from a two week trip here and here’s my honest review. 1. Food is decent enough for an all inclusive, always something different on offer. We went out every other night so was nice enough. 2. Entertainment is ok but not like other RIUs with the big parties...
Read Full ReviewThe food, for an all-inclusive, was excellent. Overall, the staff were very accommodating. The public areas, both inside and out were kept continuously clean. And the hotel security was good. The hotel was a bit far from the centre in an area typically Moroccan giving the feel of the real...
