My husband and I enjoyed this hotel for its location as it was right on the ocean where we enjoyed swimming and we could walk into town where there were lots of great restaurants. The pools were great and there were many choices for restaurants right at the hotel. We enjoyed having a drink at Agave one night playing pool and our bartender was lovely. Housekeeping was great as was maintenance as our air conditioner got really noisy and they fixed it pronto. My negatives are similar to other reviews shown here. It would be lovely to have a fridge in our room and that we would be allowed to enjoy our own beverages on our patio. Also, the musical entertainment was very loud on the beach each night and our room was very close to the beach so it was quite loud until 10:00 p.m. The service around the pool was great but the prices for drinks were higher than in town. But would we stay here again, yes we would.

Shout out to Daniel, Diego, Hugo and Manager Adam for all they did to make our stay outstanding! Only down side was our bed was a bit soft and some of the tiles in the pool were not completely flat. Planning on doing a four-peat February 2026.

We returned to the hotel after a six-year absence. Our previous stay enticed us to return as we relished the quiet, out of the way, intimate feeling of the property. There were renovations going on six years ago that we thought meant the addition of some new rooms and one or two restaurants. Much to our surprise, the hotel has changed dramatically in ways that are probably appealing to many but not so much to us. Gone was the small, intimate property feel: Instead, the hotel has 8 restaurants to choose from which from a marketing perspective is a wise choice for them. The emphasis on gastronomy is apparent and provides guests with a range of cuisines all within the hotel property. However, with all of those choices, it was laughable that you couldn't get guacamole at the pool or at some of the other restaurants serving lunch outdoors. A little too "foodie" for our taste. We walked and ate all but one of our meals either down the beach or in La Crucecita and Santa Cruz, the nearby towns. That being said it's a lovely property, ideally situated to explore the Huatulco area.

This is our fourth time staying here . Great hotel , great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful . Unfortunately this year a big negative for us was the loud music they play around the pools . We don’t go to AI for this reason and even though we asked and others as well if they could just turn the music down a bit they would do that for 5 minutes then the volume would go right back up again to this heavy base 70’s/ disco music . Most of the clientele are at least Middle Aged and older and most people trying to read books . Of course you have people in groups that are drinking in the pool . Fine . Play music just not so loud . The one other negative is for three years it cost us $.35 pesos by taxi to el Centro . Now the hotel is charging $.80 , that increase in one year . We walked out to the road and up to the Main Street to get our taxi . Everyone wants their cut now .

The food at all the restaurants is amazing! Delicious, beautifully presented and served by an attentive and friendly staff. A special shout out to Hugo and his crew at Marea and our hostess and servers at Terraza Del Mar! Thank you all so very much! Thank you Charlie for the fun ride to the airport! We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a 2nd floor room with a plunge pool. Beautiful balcony area with a view of the whole beach and pool area. Rooms are smallish and a little dated, but the view and balcony made up for that. Didn’t really enjoy the entertainment at night …especially found the soprano on Tuesdays loud and there was a wedding on the weekend that was very loud. But after 10/11 things are nice and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful and service was good. Restaurants on site were wonderful! Really my only issue is that we would have liked a small fridge in the room. A styrofoam cooler and buying ice daily was a pain. Yes, we like a cool cocktail in our room or milk for our coffee or cereal…so a fridge would have made the stay perfect. Location is very good as we can walk to Santa Cruz or La Crucecita. We would definitely come back!

We are at Quinta Bella now, and have been here for 2 weeks so far. The ocean view rooms are fine, air con is good ,views are fabulous Linens are clean. Room is clean. Room is a typical hotel, .Our has two queen beds , a desk, two chairs, a great balcony, and a decent walk in shower that is fine, if a bit slow to deliver hot water. There is no refrigerator in the room. We fetch ice from the bar. The pools are warm, and cleaned daily, as are all the pool lounge chairs. The ocean can be a bit rough, but lots of swimmers in it every day. Many folk go down to the beach every AM to watch the sunrise out of the ocean. We did the same from our patio. There are several restaurants, I think 7. Food is really good , a bit expensive, but worth it. Beer is cheap, but wine is stupid expensive. There are lots of nearby restaurants that are great . There is lots of pleasant walks here, parks, pagodas, even lighted pickleball courts for those infected with that. This is our twentieth year for annual visit in Mexico.Quinta Bella is among the best.

The rooms are a bit dated and wifi can get bogged down, but price point is hard to beat!

Our Quinta Bella Huatulco stay was heavenly. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and provided great service with a smile. The property was paradise with the multiple pools, amazing restaurants with the most delicious food, lots of places for lounging and relaxing. There was even a spa with affordable prices on the grounds. The beach was beautiful! We highly recommend this place- we will definitely be returning in the future!

It needs to modernize the rooms and bathrooms, the rest of the hotel is great! the restaurants amazings all of them, specially Aroma with great fusion mexican and asian food. Terraza del mar another great restaurant and in the night great experiences

Everything was amazing however the bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise great experience! The staff were incredibly kind and very attentive. The food everywhere was delicious! We will definitely be back! Min 200 characters so this is just fill in.
