What made our stay even better was the attentive care from our Butler’s Alexa and Marcos. They made sure these two Dallas, Texas girls were taken care of each day. They were always ready and available to help us with our needs. It’s people like them who made our stay very warm and comfortable. We will be back soon for a 3rd trip!

Their attention to detail and desire to make each of their guests feel like the most important guest is remarkable. The food is phenomenal. Honestly, do yourself a HUGE favor and book your next getaway at Hotel Mousai! Shout out to Anel - concierge, Marcos & Alexa - butlers, Alfredo, Abi, Baron - pool staff, Chef Benito, and the amazing bartenders & waitstaff at Noi.

We stayed at Mousai Cancun for 6 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time doing adults only all inclusive, so we didn't have any expectations, but we talked to many guests who are more accustomed to it and they all said that Mousai Cancun rivals (if not beats) some of the top AO/AI resorts they've visited. We were greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff, including Anel who was so helpful in getting our dinner reservations handled. (TIP: Book your dinner well in advance because you are competing with two other properties that are have more guests. It was just the two of us and we were able to get reservations with Anel's help but it would have a bit easier to do it in advance.) Speaking of dinner, the food at Mousai is incredible! We were blown away with everything we ate, nothing disappointed us. Noi is a must try, it was hands down the best dinner we had out of our 6 nights there. We also loved that we could go to the other properties and eat, but we found ourselves going back to Noi because of how good it was. Shoutout to Manuel, one of our waiters, for being absolutely amazing! He made our experience so special! We spent most of our time at the rooftop pool. I loved that no matter where you sat, you have an incredible view. The food at the rooftop is also incredible. Pool food is usually just fine, but this pool food was so delicious. We never ventured out to any other lunch spots because it was consistently delicious. Our experience was always improved when we got to see Francisco, one of our rooftop waiters. Francisco took such good care of us, he was quick, always smiling and laughing, and was so hard working. Also shoutout to Baruc - he was our pool butler many days and he was awesome. He was always so kind to us and such a hard worker. He wanted our experience to be perfect and did anything to help. Lastly, the room also earns 5 stars. The patio alone was reason to stay at Mousai Cancun! The private hot tub was our favorite amnentiy. And of course the view is stunning. We were on the 7th floor, but the hotel is designed in a way that every room has a direct ocean view. My only complaint was no countertops in the bathroom, but it didn't even matter. Final shoutouts to Marcos and Alexa, our room butlers. They took such good care of us and were quick to answer our questions. It was so helpful to have them ready to help us at anytime. Like I said, this was our first time at an AO/AI resort, so I don't have much to compare it to. But Mousai Cancun has set the bar incredibly high. We will be thinking and talking about our time there for a very long time.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Hotel Mousai the 2nd week of February. Overall, we thought things were fine. I will preface everything I say with the fact that we spent 11 days in the Middle East at the end of November, staying at multiple 5 star hotels...

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Hotel Mousai the 2nd week of February. Overall, we thought things were fine. I will preface everything I say with the fact that we spent 11 days in the Middle East at the end of November, staying at multiple 5 star hotels with an incredible level of service and detail during the entirety of our stay. If I'm doing a comparison to that, I would say Hotel Mousai is a 3.5 star hotel. Just being honest. The hotel itself is really nice. We had an Ultra Corner room and loved it. Great views and really nice amenities in the room including surround sound with a lot of music options. The hot tub was great. Always hot (99-101 degrees) and very relaxing throughout the day. We were on the 8th floor and it was really windy for over half of our stay. Just be prepared. We were also on the side of the construction and it was a little much the first day we were there (Friday), but that was really about it. No other issues. The rooms have a nice, huge shower and a mini bar with quite a few options although it was never restocked during our stay. As others have said, the rooftop pool area is great. The layout is great and we never had to fight for chairs. Although one day we did have to hunt down our own towels and set up our own chairs. Again, not 5 star service. The food is also good. We ordered multiple items from up there and enjoyed almost everything. Just be prepared for slow service. The bartenders are not in a hurry and most of the drinks are severely watered down by the time you get them. Personally, I'd rather just pay for a good drink than get a mediocre drink as part of my "all inclusive" package. We also waited over an hour for food one day with only one other table occupied at the time. The downstairs pool area is just as good and the food is as well. Bartenders down there are about the same. No rush or focus on drink quality. The food. Let's talk about the food. We ate at Noi, Bocados, and Hiroshi. I would rate Noi a 6/10. Bocados a 4.5/10 and Hiroshi a 7/10. Service was bad at all. Painfully slow and almost apathetic. That seemed to be the consistent theme overall. Service was not a focus. Food was very basic at all. Sushi rolls at Hiroshi was probably the best thing we had. The house wine by the glass choices were embarrassing. 2024 Chilean wines. Other option was to severely overpay for a bottle of wine which was unrealistic. The star of the show when it came to food was room service. It was super easy to order on the IPAD and usually got to us within 30 minutes. Eating in the room with a great view was always really nice and you didn't have to wait around a restaurant with slow service. Room service attendants were awesome. Other cons: having to sign a bill for everything, beach not really swimmable, nothing else to do around the hotel. A few folks have mentioned the timeshare sales pitch. That didn't happen to us once. I was fully expecting it but happy to not have to mess with that. Garza Blanca next door has some shops which are nice to check out and a place that sells Starbucks coffee. We enjoyed just walking around the grounds and hanging out. We did a couples massage at the Spa and really enjoyed it. Again, the service was fine but not spectacular. Not on par with other 5 star resorts I've stayed at. Overall, Hotel Mousai was good with room for improvement. If you want to be a 5 star resort, you need to act like a 5 star resort.

We just returned from another wonderful week at a Tafer resort; this time, it was Hotel Mousai Cancun. As usual, the experience was wonderful, from the food, the views, and most of all, the service. This time, we would like to thank Abi, our server, for most of the week at the rooftop pool; she was great and took care of us throughout our stay. Also, Santiago and Baruc, our pool attendants, were there the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. It is hard to remember everyone's name, but from the bartenders, waiters, and cleaning staff, the experience is always great. We get treated like family and we can't wait to go back.

It is simply an amazing hotel with attention to every detail whether it is in relation to luxury, cleanliness and hospitality. My wife and myself stayed in the Ultra Corner Suite at the topmost floor for a week. The suite was huge with all possible amenities and breathtaking views of the ocean and the resort. There is also a wide choice of restaurants in the hotel and the adjoining resorts of Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmer. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. They looked after us very well. I would like to mention particularly our butlers Marcos and Alexa who were amazing and catered to all our needs. We were very much pampered. Overall it was a fantastic stay and an experience which we will cherish forever. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Mousai.

This new resort exceeded our expectations. The suites were large, luxurious and comfortable. The food in the restaurants was exceptional. The staff at Noi was amazing- shout out to Betsy, Eduardo and Chef Benito for delicious food and attention in a beautiful venue. The lobby pool area was amazing -you almost float above the lovely beach. Great pool service by Baruc, Angel and Ivan.All the hotel staff worked hard to please. Loved our balcony hot tub overlooking the sea. The decor throughout the hotel was stunning. Only real disappointment was the beach was shorter than expected but I think they are working on that. My wife and I had a quick getaway to Hotel Mousai in mid January. We travel extensively and have done many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. Hotel Mousai takes that extra step to make the vacation truly special. The resort never felt crowded, it was always easy to get chairs by the pool or the ocean, and the food is significantly better than other resorts we’ve stayed at. Noi was our favorite, but the other restaurants were good as well. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. An example of the extra step they take is that someone comes around on hot days in the pool and offers a cold towel. They are knowledgeable and everything that they do they do well. The rooms are huge and very nicely appointed. The technology in the rooms is a nice feature. The hot tub and hammock on the deck is wonderful. It is important to note that there’s a lot of construction going on next-door which can make some of the rooms noisy. It didn’t significantly bother us, though. Another example of how this resort goes above and beyond is the food. Not only is it delicious but the presentation is truly special. On multiple occasions, they lit things on fire, which would expose a meal below. The beach is not great at the hotel so I definitely recommend spending most of your time on the rooftop pool. It’s a really beautiful view and a great experience. The ocean also is not very swimmable. Finally, my wife and I had a wonderful time at their spa. The circuit before our massages was refreshing and the attendance were terrific. The massage itself was really nice too! I highly recommend the hot stone.

Hotel Mousai Cancun has excellent rooms, facilities food and service. The overall design and finishes are very similar to Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta, but the access to the beach is better than PV. Top shelf spirits, wine and food. The all inclusive package at all Hotel Mousai’s’ is a great deal. Excellent selection of food items and cocktails. The spa is excellent too. The Good: This was our third time staying at a Taffer resort, but first time at Mousai. The whole resort is beautiful, with the rooftop pool being the star of the show. The rooms are also gorgeous, especially the balconies, which all have a hot tub and hammock. The beach was very clean and the whole campus was well taken care of. All the food we had was fantastic. Noi and Dao were standouts, and access to all the restaurants at Garza and Villa Del Palmar was nice to have. All the waitstaff at the restaurants and lobby bar were great. The pool and beach service were mostly good, with friendly and helpful staff. There were a couple of times where we went an hour or so with empty drinks, but overall, we can’t complain too much. The Bad: Our biggest disappointment was the AGGRESSIVE timeshare push from the “concierge”. It started at check-in after a long day of traveling. We politely declined. Then, when setting up a dinner reservation they tried to give us the pitch again, to which we politely declined. They then texted us, and we once again declined. The final straw was when they called our room and started again with the sales pitch, at which point we just rudely hung up out of frustration. I’m assuming the commission must be high for the concierge, because they were acting like a used-car dealership. It was disappointing to see a 5-star resort. Setting up the transfers with the hotel was very frustrating. We had round-trip service included in our rate but never got a confirmation email. As our travel day got closer, I emailed the booking agent 3 times without a response. After that, I ended up calling and finally got someone to set it up for us. Certainly not seamless. Also, when booking, we were promised a “luxury SUV” on the phone, but when the confirmation finally come through it said “Van”. I emailed again to see if they could correct it, but she said that the booking agent didn’t select that option, and it was a “miscommunication”. To us, it wasn’t that big of a deal, but it was just an overpromise and underdeliver situation. If we went back, I would just set it up with a separate company. We would caution booking 2 rooms under the same reservation. To me, it seems like a standard thing to do, but the staff could not figure it out. There was confusion at check-in and check-out. In fact, they ended up charging us a second time for one of the rooms, even though the whole reservation was paid for. They fixed this quickly, but it was just another hassle. There is a construction zone next door. We found this out prior by reading other reviews and requested to have our rooms closer to the Garza side of the building. This is not the fault of Mousai, but just something to be aware of when booking. There were a few times when the noise was distracting, but it wasn’t every day. I assume this fluctuates based on what the construction crew is doing each day.

We had a 5 star experience. We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. Both the alcohol and the food are top quality. Better than any other all-inclusive resort we have stayed. Santiago, Baruk, Karina and Junue at the pool/beach gave the best service! Jonathan and Celia at the spa were amazing. Heriberto with food services was spectacular. Pedro at Dao was entertaining, kind and attentive (and funny)! Guillermo at Noi was amazing. My only two suggestions: Better explanation of what the resort credits offer you. While the yoga class was amazing, it would be even more amazing if it were on the beach. The road noise made it difficult to completely relax. While there is construction going on next door the hotel worked hard and successfully to not allow it to disrupt the ambiance. Thank you Hotel Mousai! Ok I never write reviews I’m just not that guy. I have been a member at Taffer resorts since 2018 and I joined because the service is always 5 stars. This was my first Cancún visit to this mousai and I felt compelled to write this review. You always know what you get with this brand but the staff here this trip was exceptional. I have to name drop some special people. NOI and the rooftop in particular had a few of the most memorable and kind servers. Heriberto, Jose, Abraham and Abi at NOI for breakfast were top notch 5 star service! Then for NOI dinner service was no different. We ate there two nights out of the 5 because Fernando was THE BEST waiter! So kind and genuine and he also sang songs for us and has a beautiful voice! The rooftop at mousai was incredible as well. Francisco, Abe, Angel, Hector and all the pool staff were also exceptional at 5 star hospitality service and deserve all the praise for their hard work. These resorts are always the best at their customer service but they went beyond the standard. Tip them extra cause they deserve it

We visited hotel Mousai recently and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The resort is more intimate and adults only but you have access to the other resorts near by but they don’t have access to yours which is nice. We stayed at the top floor and the ocean views were amazing! One small issue was the music that started playing late at the rooftop, which was directly above us but if you don’t mind then it’s fine. We paid for all inclusive and it is worth paying the extra. After you are done eating, they still bring the bill showing the amount you spent but if you pay for all inclusive, you just sign and write your room number. I suggest bringing cash to tip, it’s not expected but they appreciate it. I have to give a quick shout out to several pool managers and servers at the beach and pool who made our experience amazing. You can find Hector, Francisco, Yamir, and Abi at the beach, roof top, or pool. They change locations from day to day but the are awesome! They are very friendly, attentive and are very efficient at doing their jobs. One of our favorite restaurants was Dao and Noi, the food and service were impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

Breakfast at Noi was delicious and the service was excellent. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar was very nice as well with an incredible view. Shout out to the chefs and kitchen staff every dinner was very tasty. Thank you!

This by far the best experience and vacation I have ever had. I have stayed at so many 5 star and 4 diamond resorts but this by far has been the best experience ever. From the time I arrived until the time I left the service and amenities were top tier. Carlos my personal butler was the best ever! I highly recommend this resort.

My honest thoughts on Hotel Mousai Cancun.. It's basically an arm of the Garza Blanca.. It's physically attached to the Garza Blanca. Most of your restaurants & main pool will be at Garza Blanca. Our room was beautiful with a great view. If you're looking for a true Adults Only...

Our room was beautiful with a great view. If you're looking for a true Adults Only experience this would Not be a great option. I've never seen so many kids than at Garza Blanca swim up pool..I wonder what it would be like during high season?.. After check-in we were approached immediately by our "Personal Concierge" regarding a special welcome breakfast the next morning aka Time share presentation.. I wasn't expecting it as we paid a good amount for our trip. We were tired & just had a day of travel. It's hard to give this hotel a separate review because the Garza is where you will likely spend most of your time. The Mousai rooftop pool is beautiful but doesn't have shade & is typically too windy to open umbrellas. The Mousai has one exclusive ala cart restaurant where many times we were the only customers. The staff at both hotels are very nice.. Stand outs for me was my chair butler at Garza Blanca (Marco), so attentive. The liquor at both Hotels is top shelf..Food at the Chinese restaurant (Garza) was excellent.

All of the staff at NOI were just incredible. We did the Ultra Corner Suite and would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel!. If you are looking for a laid back luxurious atmosphere this is it. The room was pristine and the view was stunning. The poolside service was great and the food at their onsite restaurant NOI was absolutely delicious (Breakfast & Dinner). Our butlers Carlos and Marcos were so attentive. Everything we needed they provided, even searching for local items at the pharmacy for us. They checked on us multiple times throughout the day and would meet us at poolside and at dinner to chat with us and make sure we had everything we needed. There was only one downside which was the beach. We really wanted to wade in the ocean water throughout the day but the beach was quite rocky so getting in the water was a bit difficult trying to avoid the large and small rocks. There were people out there though. We still enjoyed the sound of the waves and beachside service. 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely be back.

Hotel Mousai in Cancun is a 5-star luxury adult only resort, part of the Tafer Resorts and Hotels. When staying at Hotel Mousai in Cancun, you have full access to adjacent family friendly Garza Blanca and Villa de Palmar hotels, however those hotel guests do not have access to the Hotel Mousai amenities (pools/beach). We stayed in an Ultra Corner Suite (1-King bed) located on the "construction" side of the property. From what we observed, the main difference between this suite and others appeared to be the expanded outdoor area. All rooms are oceanfront and come with outdoor amenities, including a private jacuzzi/cold plunge, a hammock, a lounger, and a small table with two chairs. Here’s a breakdown of the room amenities we had: • Toto toilet with all the bells and whistles (heated seat, automatic bowl cleaner and bidet functionality) • Digital scale • iPad control system for music, lighting, window shades • Multiple lighted magnifying mirrors • L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Bathrobes and flip-flops (note: no slippers) • Conair hairdryer with a directional nozzle and strong airflow • Glass-enclosed showers One thing to note: the room layout is very open, which means limited privacy when showering or changing. In-Room Mini Fridge, Coffee & Tea & Bar: The mini fridge was stocked with Coca-Cola products, but you can customize your preferences by letting your butler know. Ours included Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Gatorade, Schweppes Tonic, Corona, and Modelo. The mini bar featured small bottles of rum, tequila, vodka, and red wine. The snack drawer offered a mix of chips, nuts, Snickers, and a breakfast bar. The room came equipped with a Nespresso machine and a selection of 3–4 coffee pod varieties, along with powdered creamer, sugar, and a few tea bags. I requested liquid milk/creamer, and it was delivered to our mini fridge that same evening. For a more crafted coffee experience, the bartender at Noi can make just about any coffee drink—hot or iced—like Americanos, espressos, and more. They open daily at 7:00 a.m. We chose to upgrade to Butler Service, and it was well worth it. Our primary butler, Alexa, along with her team—Carlos and Marcos—provided outstanding care throughout our stay. They checked in several times a day to see if we needed anything and helped arrange a few special touches, such as daily aromatherapy in the room, regular ice deliveries at 4:00 p.m., and assistance with dinner reservations. The butlers offer a wide range of services, including steaming your clothes and even unpacking your luggage (though I didn’t use that option). Communication is handled primarily through WhatsApp, so be sure to download the app to your smartphone before arriving. Tip: When booking, sign up for Tafer Rewards—it’s free, and even on your first stay, you’ll receive a welcome gift that may include a bottle of wine or Prosecco, a food amenity like chocolate-covered strawberries, cheese, or chocolates, and branded Mousai items such as beach/pool bags and a shawl. Spa Imagine is located on the third floor of Garza Blanca and I made reservation 1 week prior to our arrival. I’m usually not a huge fan of hydrotherapy, but it’s a key part of the spa experience here, and I’m glad it was! Normally, I have to push myself to go through the motions at other resorts, but this place really changed that. For the first time, I had someone walk me through the entire process. Rosa was my guide in the hydrotherapy area, and she made the whole experience fantastic. She walked me through the sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and then the water jet circuit in a warm pool. There were four different stations, each targeting a specific part of the body. It ended with a relaxing soak in the hot tub whirlpool. After that, you kick back in a lounger while waiting for your spa therapist to be ready for your treatment. One thing to note—bathing suits are mandatory, which I appreciated (I’ve been to places where they aren’t). The treatment room itself was spacious and inviting. I went for an 80-minute relaxing massage, adding CBD oil with hot stones for an extra $50. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny. Angie, my therapist, really helped me unwind and it was, without a doubt, the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Also, a heads up: hydrotherapy here is coed, so don’t be surprised. And the locker rooms have a cool feature—a machine that dries your bathing suit in just 8 seconds with a quick spin. Lastly, be sure to bring a credit card because they don’t allow you to bill the spa charges to your room, though they do accept Apple Pay. All in all, this was hands down the best hydrotherapy experience I’ve had, and the massage was the perfect way to finish it off. Rooftop Pool: The views from the rooftop pool are absolutely breathtaking, and the service from Abi and Francisco is exceptional. Every day, there’s something fun to join in on, like the margarita-making class led by the hotel’s talented mixologist, Jose—this one’s a must-do! They also offer a sushi-making class, plus a tequila tasting and ceviche-making experience. The highlight of the ceviche class was definitely the chef bringing in a whole fish and filleting it right in front of us—such a cool experience. To top it off, there’s live entertainment every day, including a small band and a talented saxophonist. We were also thrilled to meet Edgar, one of the amazing members of the activities team – he was fantastic! He kept us informed about the daily activities, organized participation in the instructional classes, and even hosted poker games with a special floating board in the pool. Additionally Connie and Jonathan from the spa team offer amazing chair massages at the rooftop pool. Lobby Bar: We were lucky enough to have Jose working at the Lobby Bar during our stay, and he truly made our experience special. Just share your favorite flavors with him, and he’ll craft a custom cocktail just for you. He also made the best smoked Old Fashioned my husband has ever had—I highly recommend checking out Jose’s creations. We dined at Noi (Italian) at Hotel Mousai on two occasions for dinner and once for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The menu offers a great selection of pasta, pizza, and various main dishes, including steak, fish, and chicken. Highlights for us were the burrata, the trio of ceviche, and the Pepe e Cacio pasta—each dish was exceptional. At Hiroshi (Japanese Fusion) in Garza Blanca, located on the lobby level, we sampled several dishes, including popcorn shrimp, ceviche, sushi, and a sushi roll. Everything was top-notch and lived up to the high expectations. We visited Davino’s (Italian) at Villa de Palmar. A few things to note: this restaurant is very brightly lit and quite popular with young families staying at Garza Blanca, which made the atmosphere a bit loud. While our server, Alonso, was outstanding, the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. It was decent but not memorable, and I’m not sure we’d return. We had a wonderful experience at La Casona (Steakhouse) at Villa de Palmar. Our server, Prisciliano, was fantastic—knowledgeable about the menu and made our evening feel extra special. They also had a talented singer, Louie, performing modern hits on guitar, which added to the ambiance. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and overall, it was a memorable dining experience. Dao (Contemporary Chinese) is located on the rooftop of Garza Blanca. The night we went (Wednesday) was kids night and they were giving out balloon animals which eventually erupted in many loud shocking pop pops. But the service was great, food was delicious and the shrimp toast, Mongolian beef and kung pow chicken were standouts I would have again. One last note: I’ve spent my entire life in the hospitality industry, in one form or another. You may notice the staff often greet or thank you with a hand held over their heart. In the world of hospitality, this simple gesture symbolizes sincerity, warmth, and a genuine spirit of welcome. It’s their way of showing deep respect and gratitude, a reflection of their commitment to excellence in caring for guests. At Hotel Mousai, this is more than a gesture—it’s a shared value. The entire team embodies this philosophy, and they are truly the heartbeat of the hotel. Treat them well, reward their efforts, and recognize the passion and kindness they extend to you. In summary, Hotel Mousai provided an exceptional Mexico vacation, offering top-tier hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and incredible amenities. We’re already planning our return to the Cancun location and can’t wait to explore other destinations like Cabo and the Dominican Republic in the future.

That was huge to us because every person we told that we were staying here said the rooftop pool was the most amazing item about this place. In addition, we didn't have hot water one night. That was a problem in all 3 resorts that night due to the new construction going on next door. The art was "off putting" to me. I know it's a subjective subject, but in my opinion, it looks like someone broke in and put graffiti on the walls. I really found the pillows on the lobby couches with a 4 letter word on them to be incredibly distasteful. The extraordinary: the rooms, the staff and the food. Edgar, activity director, makes you feel like you're the most special on the planet. He is kind, funny as heck, and his smile lights up a room. Alfonso, waiter at Noi. Listen to his suggestions! He won't steer you wrong. Marcos, butler and Eli, head butler. They made what could've been a bad experience into a wonderful one and convinced us ro return when the kinks have been worked out. We'll return in Oct. Jose, mixologist. He prepared a specific mezcal pairing just for me because I mentioned that I didn't know much about it. He had handmade and hand painted chocolates, fruit and several mezcal to enjoy. What an incredible education! Each one went over and above and truly enjoy making each experience better than the last. We checked in on March 22nd and checked out on March 28th. Our 6-day stay was SPECTACULAR. The attentive staff and the attention to detail is what made it spectacular. We were greeted by the bellman Antonio upon arrival with chilled towels and swiftly escorted to the front desk where Marco checked us in. There was a problem with my requested room location, however the Front desk Supervisor Jose corrected that, and we were moved on the 2nd day of our stay by our OUTSTANDING Butler Alexa. having Alexa as our Butler truly made our stay memorable. Her service is over the top and she was very attentive to our needs and requests. She is like an extra layer of icing on a cake or a 2nd cherry on an Ice Cream Sundae. She was always smiling and let us know every day the second she stepped on the property and the second she was leaving. The restaurant Noi was truly amazing. Marcus the Supervisor and Manuel the waiter were very welcoming and professional. The Star of the Show, however was Chef Benito and his staff. His culinary abilities were showcased by the menu he has in place for both Breakfast and Dinner. We had one average experience, however when we shared our average experience with Alexa our butler she informed the staff of Noi. When I was in the Lobby the Hostess Katia approached me an apologized for the average experience and informed us that Chef Benito would like to prepare a meal for us tableside if were interested. We accepted and the 6-course meal he prepared was a culinary delight from the moment we sat down till the moment we left. The daytime was delightful up at the Rooftop Pool. Hector and Santiago were very welcoming and attentive to our needs with our loungers reserved daily with plenty of towels and chilled water throughout the day. Those 2 men are the face of the Rooftop Pool and restaurant, and they set the mood for the day. This transcends to the staff of the Rooftop as well. Abi the waitress had an infectious smile on her face and was incredibly attentive to our requests. Alfredo was incredible as well and at the ready with a cold beverage if you needed one or not. The 6 days we stayed we made some memories and met some very nice people that made it hard to say goodbye to. We will be back sooner than later. Adios for now.

Absolutely fabulous, modern decor resort. Spectacular from the moment you walk into the lobby. The use of mable through out is incredible. We stayed in one of the 2 Ultra Mousai corner suites that are located on the top 9th floor. One suite faces north (overlooks the sister resort of Garza Blanca and is noisy from the balcony) and the other faces south (open views of the sea but near a huge construction site which is expected to continue for 2 years). We stayed in the south room for 2 nights on a Saturday and Sunday and loved the quiet and spectacular views, but on day 3 - Monday when the construction started at 7:30AM (sawing, hammering, tractors etc) the hotel was nice enough to move us to the north suite. The suites are exactly the same but offer different vibes. For us staying at an adult only resort we don't want to hear all the activity from a family resort from our balcony. The option of the south facing quiet suite was exactly what we were looking for, unfortunately is only quiet on the weekends. Maybe select a suite in the middle of the hotel??? Don't miss checking out the roof top infinity pool and bar!!!

The best part about staying at Hotel Mousai is the adults only atmosphere and the king beds facing the ocean. You wake up every morning to a beautiful view and sunrise. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found out the corner suite we booked was not available. Hopefully, they'll give us an opportunity to experience it another time. The rooftop pools at both resorts are beautiful and serene. If you're looking for a little more energy head to the pool bar at Garza Blanca. The beach is nice enough, but if you are a beach only person...look elsewhere. This is not the resorts fault. It is what it is. I'm from NYC and consider myself a foodie. Overall the food at this resort is very good. I Would definitely visit DAO but all the restaurants are good and have something to offer everyone. They do their best to cater to everyones taste and needs. The staff here is wonderful. If you want a good cocktail head to the lobby bar at Garza Blanca and look for Angel or Yeo who make the best drinks!! They are very talented here but the staff needs help. A lot of the time there is only one bartender and an assistant which can make it difficult to get a drink. The check signing policy is time consuming for everyone. A special thank you to Jose who serves breakfast at Mousai, always service with a smile! In regard to the all inclusive, it is WORTH IT. I will note that at this price point there are some upcharges for things like certain pizzas which should be included. Upcharges for high end steaks are understandable. Wines are serviceable but there could be more variety. They also need a dedicated coffee shop thats open all day. All this being said, I do love this resort and plan to return next month for my birthday. I say these things to help them stay competivie with other resorts and be the best they can be!

If you are looking into staying here, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay. From the moment you walk in you can tell it is special. Everything is stunning and it even smells luxurious. The service is impeccable. Every single person who helped us was professional, attentive, and polite. The room we purchased came with a 24-hour Butler service, and I must give a huge shout out to our favorite Butler, Carlos, who was absolutely extraordinary. He continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable. Thank you, Carlos! Aside from this the food is not only delicious but presented so beautifully. We spent most of our time onthe rooftop pool, beautiful, comfortable, loungers, and great snacks. The hotel upgraded our reservation and provided us with Butler service. Marcos was assigned to us for our stay and his service truly exceeded our expectations. As we were celebrating our anniversary, Marcos went above and beyond with making us feel celebrated each day. He showered us with special treats during our entire stay such as (cheese trays, chocolates, champagne, and rose petals throughout our suite). Marcos was available for anything we needed at any time! A few call-outs for AMAZING service in the hotel: Abi and Eduardo (rooftop pool), Enrique (bellman), Jonathan and Auri (beachfront pool), Bartolon (Dao restaurant), and Noe (Hiroshi restaurant). The food we experienced at Mousai was some of the best we have had! Bocados, Noi, Hiroshi, and Dao were all OUTSTANDING. It's hard to pick which one was our favorite when they were all sooooo good. The service, food, pools, beach, and accommodations were impeccable. We will definitely be back to Mousai again!

Their GM Marcos was also very attentive & professional. Our waiters were very knowledgeable & gave amazing recommendations for each of us! 🤌🤌 Raymundo is by far one of the best bartenders there. He's usually between Garza Blanca property & Villa Del Mar. He's super personable, funny, & makes great drinks! 🍹🍸 Downstairs by the pool at Mousai Santiago was so awesome!! He always got me a seat i requested, checked in with thermal water spritz, sunglass cleaner, & cold refreshing towels. Superb! 🤌 Don't even get me started on the Spa. We've been to both Mousai & Garza & the spa is shared & at Garza. Its frickin amazing & thats coming from someone who considers spa'ing a hobby. Hydro circuit was great & Ilyiana gave the BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had. Also Fernando who works outside bars recognized my fiance from ONE YEAR AGO!!!!! When I tell you they make your vacation an experience, I mean it. Fernando gave great service, lots of smiles, & very attentive. He went above & beyond without even being asked. We will be back a THIRD time. ❤️❤️❤️

Jose Oswaldo was the best server. The experience was awesome, beyond our expectations . We are coming back and will be referring people. The food was delicious. Our room was extraordinary. We celebrated my birthday and we were blessed with gifts

First of all I want to say that me and my husband loved staying at Mousai. It was our first time trying this resort, and we loved how luxurious it was. The service and all the employees are wonderful, polite and helpful. The only con was that we were not notified that there is a construction going next to hotel site. Our first room was facing the construction but Musai was able to accommodate us to q different room the other side of the hotel the very next day of our stay where there is no construction on site. The food quality is amazing and our favorite restaurant was Dao. Second one was definitely Hiroshi. The jalapeño sushi was amazing. Our Butler Carlos was very attentive, and always ready to accommodate us. So big thanks to him. I would like to say that our favorite employee was Jonhathan the Bartender from the rooftop Bar. He was very polite, attentive to our taste in drinks and even made a drink after me called “Ludgy Special” which was pretty cool. He is amazing and Musai should really keep this guy, as we want to come back also because of his nice services. He is actually an amazing mixologist. We also really appreciated our waiter and waitress Yamil and Auri. They were very good and always attentive to whatever we needed making our experience at the rooftop pool great. The hotel itself it’s very luxurious and well kept. It’s also new and modern which I liked it. Although the only complain me and my husband have would be that given it’s an Adults only we were expecting entertainment throughout our entire stay, and it was quite the opposite. Every Adults only that we’ve stayed had Djs all day long at the pool, as well as at night giving that people would choose the cool rooftop bar to have drinks after dinner. Other places also had a sports bar opened until late with a bunch of games and pool tables. You don’t get any at this resort. It’s pretty dead. Neither any entertainment shows. The cool guy from activities I wish I knew his name but, I think his name is Edgar was also really cool at the rooftop pool. What sucked was that he could only stay for 20 minutes because he is the only one to do all the activities in the pools between Mousai and Garza which is not far to him, and to us as guests. Especially with such a little time to play the only cool activity it finally appeared for us to do something cool while at the pool. (The Beach): The beach here was definitely not to our pleasing. The views from the rooms are gorgeous but the beach itself isn’t good for bathing if you’re not a fan of seaweed which we’re not. Staying at Musai was perfect because me and my husband had already had the best beach experience prior to coming here. So for us it wasn’t a problem because we enjoy the resort itself

Our 2nd time here. We can't say enough about Mousai, the experiences, the food, activities, the spa and the staff. A big shout out to our butlers Marcos and Alexa. Anel our concierge, Jose the mixologist, Eduardo waiter at Noi, and Edgar head of activities. 10 wonderful days in paradise.

Everything was absolutely perfect . Hotel Mousai will give you the best vacation experience of your life ! Many restaurants to choose from and many excursions to choose from! It is a perfect paradise ! The staff makes you feel like your king of the world !
