Where do we begin? We wanted to stay in the Left Bank and wow, what a perfect choice! The only 5-star hotel in that area & the personalized service started from the moment we stepped out of the car and were greeted by Victoria Clement. We stayed in a beautiful suite with balconies (3) and Eiffel Tower views and it was decorated for our anniversary, including our pillowcases being monogrammed with our initials. The service from beginning to end was impeccable. The concierge team (Emma, Matteo, Paul, Sonya, Annouk, & Cheyenne) were amazing, making (& changing) reservations for lunch, dinner & tours and proactively offered us “skip the line” tickets to the Dior Exhibit which was fantastic (highly recommend). Housekeeping and room service were also excellent. We ended each day relaxing in the beautiful and lively, Bar Josephine, with live music Thursday-Saturday evenings. Gorgeous & sophisticated yet cozy at the same time. The neighborhood (6th arrondissement), with West Village, NYC vibes, was easy to navigate. We couldn’t miss a stop at Cafe Flore (Les Deux Magots was under renovation so closed). We walked through the Sunday market just steps away from the hotel on our way to the beautiful Luxembourg gardens. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and to get to all the “major” sites and areas (Uber was quick and easy). We also suggest downloading city mappers app (over google maps). We highly recommend Hotel Lutetia and look forward to our next visit!

Lutecia has become our go to hotel for our visits to Paris for a number of years now. It's in heart of Left bank steps away from great shopping like Hermes, Le Bon Marche and plenty of local gems like Fromagerie Quatrehomme as well as being a stone throw away from historic iconic brasseries like Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore and of course the hotel's great bar bar and restaurant. Its mix of classic and modern architecture, one of a kind pool and effortless elegant ambiance simply make rhe choice for you once discovered. And our most recent stay was perhaps among our best which prompted me to write a review. We were approached by Victoria Clement, the hotel manager who recognized our history with the hotel. Her team's attentiveness little gestures were at the next level making our stay feel most personable and more special than ever before. At establishments like Lutecia it can be hard to impress most discerning clients who are used to being catered to at the 5 star level. Victoria's team managed do this so naturally and to anticipate and meet our needs well beyond our high expectations. Thisn was a 6 star experience of sorts that money can't buy and goes well beyond the amentities! We are so grateful!

No english for the cost-y 5 star hotel in Paris where the world travelers love to visit and stay? There're ton of complaints for this hotel, sad to say. After staying in the same ' 5 star ' hotel in Switzerland where do meets the expectation what the 5 star hotel is for, which means there have no trouble for communicating with English. We spend 6 nights in the Suite room, which costs more than double for the hotel in Switzerland ( again, 5 star hotel ). The service is not consistent and actually it' hard to call it as ' service / hospitality, indeed. Actually, it's kinda shabbiness here. No abundant sense, I guess we shouldn't ask for in paris? But in Switzerland... No room cleaning done even after being told ' we'll send the one right away ', stupidly taking time to connect to Apple TV etc etc... sad to say this, indeed. I wish I were to love this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Lutetia was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone was very welcoming and extremely professional. We were addressed by our name by the entire staff. Service was top notch and the hotel was beautiful. The fitness center and facilities are the best I have seen among many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Its location was superb. Walking distance to St. Germain which is one of our favorite areas in Paris. Also within walking distance to the Louvre. Overall, it was a great stay!

This hotel and the service is outstanding. Make sure you have the number/what’s app contact to arrange things. Even on short notice the team is very responsive and organize everything. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and the team did everything to give her a nice stay. Awesome!

We stayed here one night after travelling through Europe and before heading home on the Eurostar. I wish we’d had longer because it was one of the best hotel we’ve ever had. The hotel itself was beautiful but the staff made it extra special. So helpful & kind. They couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived quite late and our bags were swiftly taken to our room. The room was modern, understated & stylish with all the mod cons. We had an early start and were provided with a generous breakfast hamper & coffee. I just wish we’d could have stayed longer. Just wonderful

An amazing lunch at the Brasserie ! Thanks to Delphine and Lorna for making this culinary experience unforgettable ! From the main course to the dessert the food was exquisite. This was a very unique moment and we look forward to come back for more.

Amazing hotel. Me and my GF celebrated our baby moon! The service was outstanding. The building is perfectly located. We enjoyed the Akasha spa and gym every morning. Very helpful people. The crepes for breakfast are so good! We will definitely come back here !

We stayed for 3 nights in September and it was truly amazing. Everything about our experience was perfect from the beautiful room with 2 balconies, the luxury bathroom products, towels and comforter, stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, delicious breakfasts, beautiful spa and gym, fantastic bar, and extremely helpful , polite and knowledgeable concierge and staff. The architecture outside is the essence of Paris and the marble, glass , frescoes and stained glass used during the renovation 5 years ago create such a feeling of elegance and class. We cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was from recommending restaurants, sightseeing walks, shopping and providing a room service breakfast at 6 am for our early departure. We loved our stay here and feel very spoiled. I don’t know how we could stay anywhere else in Paris when we return. We loved this hotel!

The gym and spa were excellent and the bar was great, with live music and a very chilled atmosphere. The concierge recommended an amazing traditional French restaurant, came running out with umbrellas when it started to rain as we left and were so attentive. Highly recommend.

I loved the hotel and will stay again. We loved the Eiffel Tower room. They gave us an upgrade as well to room 408 which was lovely. The food in both restaurants was some of the best food we ended up having and that’s a big statement when in Paris....

There are way more locals than tourist. Great shopping and food in the area
