Very helpful staff and the room were excellent - quiet, sizeable bathroom Furthermore, it was the "right side" of the Rialto Bridge - far enough away from the tourist madness but within easy walk. Lovely hotel, only a couple of things that put a dampener on our stay, firstly the size of our room was tiny, we had no where to un pack our clothes and no where to store our suitcases, and secondly the wall thickness was less than adequate as we quite literally heard everything from our neighbours which is quite off putting. The team were all amazing especially Ricky (Ricardo) the bar man very knowledgeable of cocktail making. The location was perfect just a short walk from anywhere.

Room was small but the view of the water was amazing. Breakfast was nice. I had got engaged the night before and on our second morning i was questioned as to why i had poured myself 1 glass of bubbles which is provided at breakfast. I was told i could and should be adding orange juice. I preceded to say no thank you, i have just got engaged and i am celebrating. The staff said, hang on i will het you something special. He left me hanging around outside the kitchen for a while then came back with … a single blueberry to add to my drink. Thanks😅! So for me, service was slightly judgy and underwhelming. Not what I would expect, especially on such a special trip. The hotel were also aware as my partner planned alot of things through them and we didn’t even get a congratulations!

Our spacious suite had a wonderful view of the Grabd Canal and the staff was great. But the interior of the hotel was creepy. imagine if satan had a hotel and he and his decorator designed the interior. Black & deep orange red. Like everywhere……

We loved this place, located in the best part of Venice. The hotel rooms are Fully serviced, clean and neat. We had a wonderful view of the canal. The staff are helpful and lovely humans. Their cocktail bar is very unique and innovative with its cocktails. Ensure you include the buffet breakfast, it takes the headache out of finding places for breakfast. They don’t serve other food services, however ask the front of hotel staff to help with food recommendations in the area, they know great places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay here when we were last in Venice (2016), therefore we had no hesitation in returning for our 2024 holiday. Although 8 years have passed between stays this hotel remains superb from start to finish. Easy check-in, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and the room was very comfortable, with clean bedding each day and a refreshing shower. We were lucky to have a Grand Canal view room (207) and the view was fantastic. The windows were sound-proofed so we slept very well in the comfortable bed. The location is also excellent with a pier outside for the airport transfer drop-off/pick-up and well within strolling distance of many very good restaurants and all of the major sites. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff is very accomodating and professional. I really appreciate the staff assisting us getting in and out of the water taxi. How thougtful! Good location in Venice and right at the canal for easy access to a water taxi. The hotel has a lovely breakfast with a very pleasant staff. I miss my morning cappuccino! The hotel bar is a nice plus after a long day of sightseeing as it is nice to relax with a beverage. The bartender was very nice and made excellent drinks. Our canal room was lovely and we did not experience the noise issues that some reviews reported. The room was a nice size with an actual bathtub. The room had a fridge with water for purchase. The bed was comfy. I would suggest some nicer pillows if I had to find anything to change. Overall a lovely stay w a very pleasant staff! Ciao Venezia!

Could not fault it and will use it again.

We've been to Venice several times over the years, but the Hotel Orologio made this visit particularly memorable. Efficient, friendly, helpful staff, wonderful location, lovely rooms, generous breakfast, pleasant vibes throughout... what more can one ask for?

A lovely boutique hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Venice. Room minimalistic however very clean with all the necessities. It did not have a Grand Canal view, so speak to hotel if this is a priority for your stay. Staff all excellent, polite and helpful. Concierge service arrangements for airport transfers...

A lovely boutique hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Venice. Room minimalistic however very clean with all the necessities. It did not have a Grand Canal view, so speak to hotel if this is a priority for your stay. Staff all excellent, polite and helpful. Concierge service arrangements for airport transfers may look expensive however it is worth it for seamless travel to and from airport. Intimate little bar absolutely great for a nightcap before retiring. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of fresh food. Will definitely use this hotel on my return to Venice.

The room was fairly small which isn’t a bad thing as you couldn’t have had a much nicer, quirky room if you wanted one. It was lovely. Bed was comfortable Shower was lovely. Breakfast was great I couldn’t have wished for more
