There are so many superlatives about our 2 week stay in our lovely, quiet suite. The staff - from reception to housekeeping - was uniformly excellent and kind. Fresh flowers, replenished fruit tray, delicious chocolates and other thoughtful touches made our stay especially pleasant. We felt well taken care of (because we were) and can't say enough about this gracious, family-owned and historic hotel. Everything is so beautifully maintained and it all sits on the best location in Rome.

Amazing stay, food in the bar and service were fabulous Staff welcoming and attentive Hotel room spacious, clean and comfortable,nice touch of turndown service Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, Celeste at reception was really friendly and helpful Had the most wonderful visit

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Incredible staff, incredible room, incredible setting and incredible hotel. I googled best hotel in Rome and up popped the Hassler. At the top of the Spanish Steps and within easy walking distance of all attractions we knew as soon as we arrived we had made the right decision. Greeted warmly by name on arrival ( prearranged taxi had phones ahead!)we were upgraded to a spectacular room. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. The bar is great and we had to try the famous Peach Bellini. Very cofortable beds, two bathrooms and great views. The hotel made our Rome visit extra special. Thanks you.

This is the 9th time over the last 7 years we have stayed at the hotel. The service is always top notch and the restaurant during the holidays is even more stunning and the rooms are well appointed. What I really love is the bar and our bartender Alessio Giovannesi!...

What I really love is the bar and our bartender Alessio Giovannesi! Incredible drinks and even will get creative, one of the best bartenders globally as we travel extensively.

Classic hotel, very beautiful and with a great location on top of the Plaza de España. Very spacious suite, super confortable bed. The bathroom had no heating, which became unpleasant. Very good housekeeping service. Good quality breakfast but could have more variety. Good concierge service. Great sympathy of the doormen

Wish we could have stayed longer. Fresh Flowers in the room each day, great robes, slippers, soaps, towels, and very detailed cleaning of the room. We booked through Amex, the additional room welcome amenities were a huge fruit bowl ,a beautiful small cake for 2, and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice

The Hassler in Rome is a world class hotel. It is the kind of Hotel where you would want to live. Whatever your status in life if you find yourself at the Hassler you will feel like Royalty. It is almost surreal. A wonderful and beautiful experience Thank you Hassler.

One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in… only comparable was the Fairmont at Lake Louise Canada. Staff attentive, enjoyed the shared breakfast (pastries fantastic), Imagio is a great experience (not for every night though, sommelier was excellent. Location was excellent

Very memorable stay at the Hassler. Great staff, great bar and restaurant options and just a great hotel. The location is fantastic: can walk to many of the main attractions. We are already planning our next trip and highly recommend the hotel to others.

Of course, if Tom Cruise did his wedding shindig here, no surprise. Hard to find a complaint here, other than I would book sightseeing tours elsewhere... Their charge was pretty great and not at all worth it. Also, the concierge gave us a poor restaurant recommendation...Caffè Ciampini di Marco Ciampini. Would have greatly preferred to reheat a frozen pizza.

An icon at the top of the Spanish Steps! If you’re looking for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a luxurious Roman aristocrat - don’t look further than the Hassler. It’s so popular with locals and guests alike for good reason - the property is gorgeous, they have hospitality down to a science, the terrace is iconic and the food/drinks are fabulous. My husband and I got upgraded upon arrival (a perk of Leaders Club, the loyalty program of Leading Hotels of The World of which this hotel is a member) and spent two nights here exploring. You’re in the middle of it all, but honestly it felt like we were in a tucked away private luxury apartment. Breakfast was a MUST DO as were drinks at the terrace. Make sure you try and snag a few nights here on your next trip to Rome! Big Kiss to the Hassler Team. Michael and Ramy
