It was a five star experience staying in this hotel. The staff were absolutely welcoming and totally committed in making our stay remarkable. All the staff, including the front desk, restaurant ,housekeeping and the door men impressed us with their service. I really like to appreciate Ms.Lucia who helped me out when I was sick-she helped in getting a doctor and also checked on how I was doing the next day.Our sincere, thanks to the awesome front desk, including Miss Gemma and others(I couldn’t get all the names ) who helped with reservations in their own restaurant and beyond. Aduana restaurant was amazing both with their food and with their service. We had a great time on Valentine’s Night dinner I recommended this hotel to all my friends and looking forward to visit them again. Anita and Victor USA

From the moment Israel Carios greets you at the front door, you’ll know you made the right choice with Hotel Fenix in Madrid. To the doormen, the reception, concierge, room attendants and dining staff, thank you all for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our 7 nights there this month while we visited our son (who is studying in your beautiful city) this semester. The hotel and the people who work there exceeded all of our expectations, which were already high. We hope to return someday!

True luxury experience. Beautiful hotel, gleaning rooms amazing and attentive staff. They went the extra mile to make our stay special. All of your senses are taken care of. The whole hotel smells great, is beautiful; uses real materials, incredible food. Do yourself a favor and book a room here.

Excellent all around Israel at the entrance was a delight, extremely helpful The bar staff in the evening as well. The hotel location is ideal for access to all sights. Salamanca neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast includes everything you could think of.

Simply one of the best hotels in the world. EVERY member of staff (reception, doormen, Red Leve, cleaners, waiting staff and even the management trainee) was friendly, welcoming attentive and quietly efficient - literally nothing was too much trouble for them. The standard of accommodation was superb as was the RED LEVEL experience. Of course the icing on the cake is the hotels location - in the Mayfair of Madrid, easy walk to top class dining and shopping, galleries and parks. We travel a lot and very rarely have experienced such luxury at affordable prices. We shall return!

Everyone is striving at providing the best service possible. The hotel is a classic of Madrid and is located very conveniently in the Salamanca neighborhood close to excellent shopping and restaurants. It’s also walking minutes away from major Madrid attractions.

excellent location, amazing front desk & concierge. Loved the treatment & stay. Near to restaurant's & shops. very helpful front desk and concierge services. Good breakfast. rooms had double windows which made them soundproof. no outside noise from traffic.

This is among the very best luxury hotels I have stayed at. Wonderful rooms. I can't recommend the Red level strongly enough - really fantastic standard for a hotel lounge. Luckily I was upgraded as Melia Platinum. The cocktail bar downstairs is a terrific way to finish a great day...
