We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel du Louvre. Everyone from the waitstaff in the restaurant, to the front desk personnel, to the concierges were excellent! I wish I had gotten names to call out all of the great staff. We arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight. Our rooms were not ready but they provided us with a change room where we could shower, change clothes and start our day. They held our luggage while we walked over and toured the Louvre for a few hours until our room was ready. (I anticipated this and had already bought tickets for the Louvre for that day). The location is literally outside of the Louvre. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful glass pyramid entrance of the Louvre. It is less than a 1 minute walk to the subway trains. It's an amazing location with vast amounts of shopping, cafe's, restaurants just a short walk away. Calling Ubers was very simple to go anywhere you wanted to go in Paris. The rooms, as most of Europe, are small by American standards. But the quality of the linens, towels, and room finishes was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I still miss the french eggs and don't miss the french toast!!! Heaven! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Would like to specially recognise and thank Mr Viktor from the Conceirge desk, he was too helpful in getting us the right recommendation for all our food and beverage options and recommend the right restaurant. He also helped us in cancelling a wrong restaurant booking and at no charge. He also helped us finding the right restaurants keeping in mind our food preferences and keeping my wife’s food allergies in mind. Thank you so much for all the help. We also would like to thank and recognise Mr Timothy from the Front Desk, he was too helpful and polite in getting us a beautiful suite and taking care of all our needs. The Hotel du Louvre is a gem in Hyatts Crown and thanks to its central location, amazing and courteous staff it makes for an Exceptional stay at Paris!

The most wonderful stay in Paris! The hotel is beautiful, very centrally located, clean and the staff excel in their customer service. We enjoyed beautiful room with gorgeous view of the Louvre and the Opera House. First class treatment from a first class hotel!
