Excellent Hotel, lovely location. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and wishing everyone Kalimera and Kalispera 😊. Hotel is exceptionally clean. The entertainment rep Yako is a fun very smiley and happy guy who provides great entertainment without being too pushy. Ammos the a la carte restaurant is amazing and the staff very helpful. All the staff including management are very polite and friendly.,, nothing is too much trouble. We will be at the hotel on the last day of the season and will be dining with the staff tomorrow… also told we can use all the facilities and restaurants until we leave at 18.20, which is great. We have recently returned from our second visit to Blue Sea Beach and had a wonderful holiday. We arrived at our hotel in the early hours and found a plate of food and a bottle of wine in our room to welcome us. As before, all the staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating and this extends to everyone working at Blue Sea Beach . The housekeeping is outstanding,the gardens are beautifully kept and the catering and waitressing staff are efficient, friendly and totally professional. We visited the Ala carte restaurant during our stay and loved the amazing food and personal service of the Ala carte team. We will definitely be returning next year for our third visit!!!

I arrived at the hotel with really high expectations after reading the reviews on here. I was slightly disappointed. The hotel looks very unimpressive when you arrive at the main entrance, I queried with the taxi driver were we at the right place. Once inside it has a different feel to it. The man on reception was helpful and we had our luggage taken to our room. We stayed in a classic room which had 2 single beds ( not our first choice but was all that was left when we booked). The room looked outdated, and was very basic. The bathroom had shower gel in there but no shampoo or conditioner etc which I thought was unusual and had to buy these in the town. The toilet seat was wonky, and a smell of sewers was regularly present. The room needed a makeover. The air con worked really well, there was only a sheet on the bed and we were frozen but found some blankets in the wardrobe which we kept on our bed all wk. The room was cleaned every day with new towels. Beds were comfy. The restaurant was good, food was varied but my biggest complaint is that a lot of the food especially in the salad and dessert area isn’t labelled so you have no idea what you’re eating- no good for people with food intolerance issues. The drinks are extra and expensive. The staff generally are really friendly just one who stood out as very unfriendly was the short dumpy grey haired waiter who remained miserable the whole of our stay. The sun beds by the pool are comfortable but a lot of the other ones scattered around are very uncomfortable as they don’t have the mattress on top. Most of the sun beds were gone by 8.30 in the morning so you need to get up to find a decent one. The hotel is opposite the beach and you have to pay for sun beds unless you’re all inclusive. 10 euros for a bed and umbrella. The sea was lovely and clear and not too cold for October. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants, so is ideally located. The evening entertainment was good but we never managed to get a table outside as it was so busy so had to sit inside which was stuffy and you were unable to see what was going on. Overall we did enjoy our holiday, the weather was fantastic and we enjoyed being by the sea- never used the pool. I would recommend the hotel but if you can pay more for a better room then I would definitely recommend you do so.

The dj is very entertaining and can bring the mood up no matter the people and I the food was a good variety of options overall brilliant holiday

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but this is up there with the best. Beautifully maintained and positioned on the sea. Staff are attentive, helpful and so polite. Stella in Amoss a la carte and Dritan in the main bar, were fantastic!

Really could not fault this hotel. All staff were so helpful and friendly especially Wacky who did his utmost to entertain everyone. He really was intent on ensuring everyone had a great holiday. The evening entertainment also had a good variety of acts. The all inclusive food was great - lots of different dishes to choose from - something for everyone! Bottled water included in the all inclusive and the all inclusive bar shut at midnight (not 11pm like most hotels). The accommodation was very very clean with a maid coming in every day. The bed was extra comfortable as well. The position of the hotel is great (just across the road to the beach).

We arrived at the hotel at 23:00 on the Thursday night. Check in was very quick and then were helped to our room by a lovely member of staff. To start with due to TUI not communicating with the hotel the fact that myself and my wife both have mobility issues we were not in a suitable room . This was very quickly addressed by the management and we were given an accessible room. From then on the holiday was perfect. From the hotel itself to the staff and quality of the food . Could not of asked for any better. Nothing is overlooked when it comes to making the holiday perfect. We were sad to leave yesterday 29/09/24 . We totally enjoyed celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary there . And will definitely be returning for another holiday there and hopefully taking more family with us . Have already recommended it to friends.

The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, always going above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable. The food is great, with a nice variety of options to suit different tastes....

The entertainment is fantastic, and there’s always something fun to do. This has truly been the best holiday we’ve been on, and we honestly can’t fault a single thing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Absolutely brilliant, 5star place ,5 star staff we will be back, later this year ,we Hope.wacho was great. The snack bar was very good , ala carte steak was very tasty , rooms very good, bar staff always in a good mood, always willing to teach a few Greek phrases

Ist visit to this hotel but have visited Stalis about 20 times, usually stay in another 5 star hotel,but thought try Blue Sea this year..Great all round experience,great food, which was well presented...All the staff are friendly and helpful...rooms cleaned daily,nothing roo much trouble..no issue with sunbeds..entertainment was not all...

Ist visit to this hotel but have visited Stalis about 20 times, usually stay in another 5 star hotel,but thought try Blue Sea this year..Great all round experience,great food, which was well presented...All the staff are friendly and helpful...rooms cleaned daily,nothing roo much trouble..no issue with sunbeds..entertainment was not all that good but plenty of places in Stalis if need..one thing I find fault with though, we arrived early morning around 2am and are leaving late a week later..We were all inclusive, but on the last day our all inclusive finished at 6pm and therefore any drinks/ food consumed in the 5 hours qe had to wait for pickup was chargeable..This was not the case at our previous hotel stays

There are also no slippers, bathrobe, shampoos, etc. I would recommend it to those looking for 3-4 star accommodation.

Another fantastic holiday at Blue Sea Beach Hotel. From the moment you arrive you are given the warmest of welcome by the Reception team and nothing is too much trouble. The Concierge is very helpful indeed and always there to help. The hotel is situated on the seafront and set in beautiful gardens and grounds . The Management and all the team are a credit to the hotel industry. Everyone has a wonderful ethos and all strive to make the holiday memorable . The housekeeping team are brilliant and our room was always gleaming and fresh.Lovely added extra with fresh flowers in the room. All the grounds and other parts of the hotel too are very clean and attention to detail is unbelievable. The food is delicious, of a high quality and varied. There are a wide choice of salads, hot and cold food along with delicious deserts etc The staff in the restaurant take a real pride in their work too and always have a chat each day. Everywhere is spotless and attention to detail is unbelievable. The evening entertainment is varied and enjoyable especially the Drifters tribute act. The bar lounge is comfortable and again the staff are excellent. Ww look forward to another return visit next year. The DJ is very pleasant and always has a word.
