We went from Feb 5 th to the 12 th. It was beyond what we had hoped for. The room was beautiful with a a gorgeous view. The cleanliness in the rooms and around the resort were spot on and impressive. There are stunning views from everywhere you are on the resort. The food was top notch. A great variety and we never once had a mediocre meal. We were so impressed. We went to the beach spa and had a couples massage. I go for massages back home. But this was different. I was so relaxed after I could barely walk. Very therapeutic. Seriously worth it. I encourage you to include this experience in your stay. The massage therapist Nelly and Terry were professional and caring. They were so sweet and followed up with us during our stay to make sure we felt good. Around the pool there is a fellow named Alberto. He is so friendly and we were never without a drink or food. He is so interesting to speak with. Take the time to get to know him. He is a lovely man. Celeste who mainly works in the main restaurant was so helpful and friendly. We spoke with her often and felt a friendship form. It is nice to learn about the staffs lives on the island. We thank her for taking such excellent care of us and taking the time to get to know us. Hugo, Tony and Abdel treated us like friends and were engaging and entertaining. Great humour and many laughs were had. We didn’t encounter any staff that didn’t make us feel welcome and they make you feel like you are home. We loved our stay and we will be back. It was a perfect and relaxing trip. We thank you.

Perfect size. Mateo, Alberto, and Walter were the best. Thanks for a great vacation. Nice property. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Semi private beach. Top notch Margheritas. Taxis readily available and staged outside the front entrance.

Hotel Belo is fantastic, the service is absolutely outstanding and that is not an over statement! The staff is so friendly and all the food is five star experience for sure….I’m very particular and they definitely met my expectations! Staff is awesome, everyone from the host Celeste to the servers Louis, Alex, Albert and for sure Hugo and you can’t forget Mateo, he is always there to make you feel special, they are they are all the BEST! The environment is super clean, the rooms are absolutely amazing…..Thank you Pamela and Gabriel for hooking us up and taking such good care of us! Awesome place, can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend it!

A very welcoming stuff. Alejandro, Alberto, Hisler, and Terra and Nelly from the spa were so nice and welcoming we felt very welcome here. The shower though have a zero pressure and we haven't shower properly for few days. Beside that very nice hotel!❤️

Highly recommend this place. Extremely clean, food was delicious and employees are extremely attentive and friendly — especially Mateo. He was really sweet and provided us with great info about the island. The hotel is in a great area — very quiet and peaceful, which we loved.

Mateo is amazing! He will help you with every question no matter how silly! Or touristy! Go to punda sur on bicycle! And lagunista coffee. The food is great here at the hotel. A bit hard if you’re vegetarian. But the drinks are amazing. Favourite is mezcalito!

I'll start by saying the location is beautiful. We expected the beach to be small per other reviews, but it was well maintained and not crowded. The rooftop bar is a highlight and worth spending the afternoon gazing out over the resort and across the water to Cancun. With that said, the service is very substandard. Most of the wait staff barely speak or understand English, so be prepared for that if you aren't fluent in Spanish. You may or may not get what you order. I never once had a meal that was served at the proper temperature, most things had obviously been pre-made and sitting for awhile and were barely lukewarm. Example - eggs benedict, the eggs were beyond hard poached, it seemed like they were hard boiled eggs that they pealed off part of the white. In addition, there was no guacamole for the first 2 days of our trip - how do you not have avocados in Mexico? The room was okay, but we didn't have hot water in the shower for the first day and a half. The water leaks horribly under the shower door so be prepared to ask for extra towels, apparently this is a known problem. The beds are very firm, but some people may prefer this. And the chairs on the balcony are extremely uncomfortable, we ended up with bruises on the backs of our thighs from getting out of them. All in all, I wouldn't go back and couldn't recommend this facility. Perhaps if you speak the language, you might get better service. The staff seemed like they were trying but some serious training is needed in how to properly take care of your guests who are paying a premium for all-inclusive and tipping well on top of that. Save your money and go for a breakfast included or AirBNB, that's what we will do next time.

This was a great experience. It's a small, family owned hotel. The grounds were quaint, but gorgeous. There's a little private beach, and a great swimming pool. The rooftop bar was our favorite, though, with its own swimming pool and jacuzzis. You can sit there and watch TV on the giant screen or watch the sunset. The highlight of the trip, though, was the service. The staff was phenomenal. They really made the experience. Only drawback was the food variety. While everything I had was great, there isn't as much choice as you'll find at say a Riu. For my girlfriend and I that was perfect - you could tell they cooked with a lot of pride and love, as many of the menu items had a special Belo twist on it - but if you're looking for that all inclusive resort experience with multiple luxury dining options and a huge buffet, this probably isn't it. You absolutely cannot beat the value, though. 5/5 would do again.

Was treated like second class once the money showed up! There was a large wedding party our last day. It was my birthday and we spent the afternoon at Top pool and service was going good until a certain party showed up and the music and videos changed to baliwood after we had been there for a week and had been tipping. And then we went to dinner and was banished to the pool snack bar seating area because of the wedding party.Wasn’t even hungry after that.I understand it was lot of money for the resort but you don’t treat your all inclusive guests this way. So on that note we will not be staying or recommend this place to anyone!

I went in and then back of Hotel Beló Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Here are some of the major issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The room was not clean when I checked in. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. I even found hair in the sink and shower, which was very off-putting. Service: The staff were unhelpful and rude. When I reported the cleanliness issues, they seemed indifferent and did not offer any solutions. It took multiple calls to the front desk before someone finally came to address the problem. Amenities: The amenities were not as advertised. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was not mentioned on the website. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. Noise: The hotel was very noisy. I could hear loud conversations and music from the neighboring rooms, and the walls seemed paper-thin. This made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Value for Money: For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations at all. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Beló Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer better service and value for money. They stated they would give me my money back for the booking but they have not. The date is 101724 and they still have not, they are giving me the run around.

The staff was amazing best stay ever the staff very friendly and helpful made sure we had everything we needed Mateo was amazing and always very happy and helpful with anything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel. Very comfortable place to stay with great views of ocean.

Excellent hotel, great food and amazing service! Everyone is so nice and accommodating and go above and beyond for their guests. Very clean hotel. 10/10 - only complaint is there is not enough staff and the waits can be a little long. But no fault to any of the servers...

Wait staff was helpful but hotel was overall unaccommodating concerning towels. Food was alright, nothing special. Pools and vibe was pretty mid too. It was beautiful outside at the pool and beach but that is everywhere on this island. Overall not impressed but was alright.
