Dear Hotel arts Barcelona Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional service throughout my visit, every detail exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to “Rosa” who works in the reception for being so kind and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and provided great recommendations that enhanced my stay. I truly appreciated the personalized attention and care. The rest of the staff was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved for their hard work and dedication in making my stay so memorable. If you look around most of the employees are young, and that's because more than half thr workers are interns, meaning they don't know anything, how can you expect tohave a good time when everything you need is delivered in a bad way or they don't know how to.

Enjoyed a pool pass on two consecutive days. €90 each day. The food was lovely and the surroundings and view spectacular. Enjoyed my stay, which I found very relaxing, so much so that I booked again the next day (minus my husband who likes being more active!) The only small criticism was the music which was repetitive and on a loop, and the drinks were very pricey. But, the staff, with special mention to Julian and Daniella at the beach bar, were very attentive and friendly, and clearly work hard to make sure everyone is happy and have their needs met. If you get the chance, don’t hesitate to book a day pool pass.

We booked our reservations months ago. Received a cancellation notice today - five days before our arrival. No explanation, no courtesy rebook, no compensation. I would not recommend staying here unless you want the hassle of trying to find last minute accommodations.

Simply stated, this is the best hotel in Barcelona. Just back from a six day/five night trip July 23rd - July 28th. The property is gorgeous... the lobby... the restaurants... the pools are amazing... and it's great to be so close to the water. If you're fortunate to have a room facing the Sea, the views are amazing. In fact, this was our second trip to the Hotel Arts - the first being above a decade ago during our first ever trip to Barcelona. So happy the hotel continues to remain its beauty and outstanding service levels. I want to also give a huge "thank you" to the entire staff... every member of the teams across the hotel were incredibly kind, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. A special "thank you" to Daniel R. - who was assisted greatly during the hotel's difficult period with the power outage. Daniel was quick to reply to my emails and went above & beyond in his service. Kudos to Daniel!

My wife and I had reservations at Hotel Arts for two months prior to our Barcelona vacation and received a confirmation email and other communications from the hotel about our stay. Our reservation was then cancelled less than a week prior to our trip with no explanation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend that anyone book this hotel without contingency plans.

Breakfast was incredible, huge variation and choice. Swimming pool - wow! Finally, we used the spa on our last day - the private spa room was beautiful with incredible views at the top of the hotel. We could not fault anything in this hotel. Top service.
