Brand: Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Step into the pages of a romantic Italian novel as you enter the Hotel Ai Reali. This luxurious hotel, situated in a 17th-century palace along the Rio de la Fava canal, boasts a rich history and a prime location a few steps from the iconic Rialto Bridge and a mere 6-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. With its elegant decor, stunning canal views, and a plethora of amenities, it’s the perfect setting for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway.

Enchanting Accommodation

Every room in the Hotel Ai Reali is a testament to traditional elegance. Expect to find tastefully furnished rooms equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, marble bathrooms, and minibars. If you upgrade to a suite, you’ll be rewarded with captivating canal views. And if you wish to enjoy a meal in the comfort of your room, room service is always at your beck and call.

Indulge Your Tastes

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before stepping out to explore Venice. When you return, dine at the hotel’s posh restaurant, which offers both a feast for the eyes with its canal views and a feast for your taste buds with its Venetian cuisine. The hotel bar serves up an array of drinks in a stately setting. And if you’re visiting in the summer, you can also enjoy a drink in the garden bar.

Unwind and Relax

The Hotel Ai Reali houses a high-end spa complete with an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a range of body treatments. The products used at the spa are provided by Vitalis, a well-known “total nature” brand in Italy. There’s also a fitness room for those who like to stay active even while on vacation.

Experience Authentic Venice

Hotel Ai Reali is located in Campo della Fava, a small, quiet campo that’s only a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and the old fish market. The hotel’s central location allows you to immerse yourself in the authentic Venetian experience. You can visit the old fish market in the early morning, enjoy a cappuccino while gazing at the Rialto Bridge, or simply wander about and discover the real Venice.

The Reali Legacy

The hotel owes its name to the Reali family, a noble family who made their fortune in the sugar trade. Their seal, featuring a double crown, graces the hotel logo. The palace that houses the hotel was once their residence, and it still retains its noble charm. With its antique furniture, full marble bathrooms, and restored floors, you’ll feel as if you’ve stepped back into the 18th century.

Wonderful Venetian palazzo

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The location is superb—centrally situated yet remarkably quiet. The hotel is a charming Venetian palazzo with its own jetty, which is incredibly convenient if you're traveling by taxi boat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was...

Excellent service at a beautiful hotel.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay, paid for with points. Unfortunately the partnership between Hyatt and SLH dissolved earlier this year, so we did not receive an upgrade or any other Hyatt perks. ( we were well aware ahead of time) However our stay was amazing. The staff is...

Beautiful, small luxurious hotel in Venice

Great central hotel from which to explore Venice with an old fashioned luxurious feel. Spacious rooms with small dressing room areas and beautiful bathrooms. Quiet and comfortable with excellent buffet breakfast. Recommended and will definitely return!

Excellent boutique hotel very close to Rialto Bridge and central to many attractions

This is an excellent boutique type hotel just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and various shopping. They offered a delicious breakfast included in the room and as it was our honeymoon, they took extra good care of us. The service couldn't be more outstanding. Would stay there again.
