Really good hotel with wonderful facilities. Lovely outside with seating, grass and trees front and back - superb pool with plenty of space around for lazing, sunbeds , tennis courts and a bar/restaurant. The internals are great too. Lovely restaurant , including al fresco, with a wide range of excellent foods for breakfast and dinner, buffet style. The room was very comfortable with a balcony - the air con needed attention on a couple of occasions. Good evening entertainment to suit many tastes. Lastly, but not least, the staff were so helpful throughout. The hotel is set back one layer from the extensive beach and promenade , with a long road of shopping facilities with cafes etc. close to. Mind the cyclists.

We loved our week here and really enjoyed our stay. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The location is ideal for walking into Cala Millor and along the beach. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel making easy to get to other parts of the island....

We loved our week here and really enjoyed our stay. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The location is ideal for walking into Cala Millor and along the beach. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel making easy to get to other parts of the island. The facilities are fantastic with the pool being the star of the show. Would love to come back again soon.

We could not fault any part of our stay from the moment we arrived. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was fresh and very tasty, facilities were first class and the rooms were spotless. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly come again.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff very helpful and efficient and choice and quality of food was first class. First time in Cala Millor, really enjoyed our break which was greatly enhanced by the Hipocampo Palace. Unusually for Majorca no problem in sourcing sunbeds at any time during the day. A first class hotel which no doubt we will visit again.

I can fully recommend this hotel. We were given an unexpected upgrade on arrival to a suite facing the sea. The room itself is of high quality with a very contemporary feel. The check in procedure was very efficient with a glass of champagne or orange juice offered. The gentleman who checked us in was professional and very friendly. Housekeeping is second to none. We had our room fully serviced every day before noon. Cannot thank housekeeping enough. The gardens where we sunbathed are impressive with plenty of beds to choose from. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food options. ( We were Bed and Breakfast only) so no evening meal. We ate lunch at the pool bar and were very happy with the service and quality of food provided. Overall my wife and I were highly impressed with the palace and would certainly consider a return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for a lovely stay.
