First visit to Hacienda Del Mar and only sorry we waited so long to visit. Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Front row whale watching was an unexpected added bonus. From the airport pickup through checking in, everything’s been top notch. Rooms are clean and lovely. Service and food are amazing. Looking forward to the next few days before we head back to reality.

Food prices are very high and the meal plans are much too high for those who don't drink excessively or eat every meal.

This was the most incredible all-inclusive resort I’ve ever been to. The service, quality of food and drinks and the quiet resort was the perfect way to unwind, relax and enjoy the beauty of Cabo. We were lucky enough to visit in February and saw an abundance of whales and their calves, giving us a show daily. We had some incredible meals at all the restaurants. My favourite being the beef carpaccio, lamb, steak and veggie sides at the Cortez restaurant. Even the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, ranging from healthy egg whites omelettes, to sweet treats. There was a small hiccup in the beginning, where our room was below construction Reno’s starting at 06:45 no thanks! They quickly moved us to a nicer and quieter room. The beds were very comfy and facilities were very clean. I also thought the gym was well equipped. It was a convenient $10USD uber to Cabo San Lucas, and found the Total10 car rental on site to be very convenient ( basic car all in was $70 USD/day) I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Hacienda Del Mar! I’ll be dreaming of your spicy margaritas until then.

We stayed in building 15 and room was very old and tired. Very outdated furniture and dark. No view at all from our room which was disappointing especially since the resort didn’t seem very full. Food was average, but we decided to check out after 1 day as all inclusive...

We stayed in building 15 and room was very old and tired. Very outdated furniture and dark. No view at all from our room which was disappointing especially since the resort didn’t seem very full. Food was average, but we decided to check out after 1 day as all inclusive was very expensive at over $200 + a night, so we actually booked the hard rock as its cost was cheaper with the all inclusive and included the room. We were looking for a little more life around the pool also, as the average age here must have been well over 65, which is fine, but wasn’t for us, as we are 45, and 46 so decided hard rock would be a better fit, and it was for us. It is a beautiful property and if we stayed again we would make sure we stayed in the main hotel as we were told the rooms are much nicer.

Beautiful resort and amazing service. Abdiel Bernal was particularly impressive with his excellent service. If you like a wide variety of foods at breakfast, this is definitely the place for you. You must try the omelettes. We’re planning on coming back next year. Viva Mexico!!!

DeCortez Restaurant was delicious and service was great. The beach was beautiful and pools were great to cool off. Grounds are kept in wonderful shape. All service was courteous and polite. We’ll be coming back next year it was a great vacation.

Armando, Rocio & Lino are the best at the breakfast area in the morning. If you can get seated in their section, it is a must. They are some of the nicest people we came across. They make you feel like family. We always look forward to seeing them in the morning. Omar and Tomas are the best bartenders/waiters around the pool area. Again, if you can find the bar or sit in their section when they are working, it’s highly recommended. Omar will always be checking in, making sure you have water or cocktails or both. He definitely made our time at the pool extremely enjoyable. Definitely find their areas and stay there as long as you can. When at the pool, Thomas was a huge help. Both Thomas and Omar are always hustling making sure to take care of whatever you need. Anytime Thomas saw that we were moving an umbrella or bringing over another chase lounge, he would run over and take care of everything for us. He was great. These people made our stay at Hacienda Del Mar great and we look forward to seeing them again next year.

Came here for a birthday celebration during spring break and we loved the service !! To us this the most important part of a restaurant experience, and the appetizers and cocktails were great. Beautiful setting on the water, highly recommended.
