The Sirenis Tropical Suites Casino & Aquagames 5* and Sirenis Cocotal Beach Casino & Aquagames 5* form a beautiful five star hotel complex located on the eastern side of the Dominican Republic. Set on the Uvero Alto-Macao beach in the Punta Cana region among one of the most beautiful coconut groves in the Caribbean, these two properties border a totally virgin beach extending some 400 meters. The complex offers spacious public areas, indoor and outdoor lounges, two magnificent swimming pools with beach access, two separate children’s pools, sun terraces with parasols and lounges. And, the biggest water park in the Punta Cana area – Sirenis Aquagames – is also found here. The dining options for our guests include buffet restaurants and a beach restaurant with panoramic sea views where you can enjoy a buffet lunch and themed evening meals. Seven à-la-carte dining options are also available at the themed evenings snack-bar. Our properties also offer 10 bars including a bar with a game area (billiards, video games, TV’s), internet booths (additional charge), an entertainment area, a mini club for 4-12 year-olds, a games area for children, the El Bonche disco, a mini-market and shops, an internet center and a medical center. A conference room for 250 people is also available.

Don't bother if you want any kind of luxury!

First impressions fantastic! The room is beautiful & the beach is stunning, that's pretty much about it! The food is very below average for a 4 star hotel, bland, lack of plates and cutlery everywhere, beach bbq is horrendous, the food is covered in flies, really dry and generally not...

Staff forcing people to give hotel 5* reviews

Only reason this hotel has so many good reviews is because they have staff walking around forcing you to write 5 star reviews on here and watch over you, not leaving you alone until you do so. Serious lack of service even when tips are given. Staff pick who they...

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY.

This hotel could be fantastic but isn't for just a few reasons. The good - gardens are well maintained, hotel is spacious and communal areas cleaned regularly. Rooms/suites are large, lots of wardrobe space. sockets and good WIFI (no washing line/airer). Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Gym was...

Wonderful Stay! Plenty To Do, Great Beach But Food A Bit Hit And Miss

This was our first time in the Dominican Republic. Being sick of the cold and dull British weather, we wanted to go somewhere nice and warm. We have never done resort holidays as we are people who like to have a walk around and sight see a little! The resort...

Top-Notch Rodizio with Outstanding Service

Great staff!

Very nice resort and amazing staff! Busy week here with the Easter weekend however staff was accommodating the whole week. Anyi at the front desk was very helpful, Amelia who cleaned our room, and all the restaurant staff made our stay! Beautiful lobby area as well!

Avoid the sales pitch

We struggled with this review as certain elements of this hotel are great but the main thing that let it down for us was the constant harassment by concierge to attend a sales pitch for the ultimate leisure club. Usually a firm no is fine but this was constant. The...

The best

Great hotel in love with this resort. I love the Brazilian restaurant; Anderson and Francis Brazilian restaurant and all the employees were great at the reception area. The buffets, the pool , the theater, the rooms , Patrick with helping selecting the restaurant reservations.

It is overpriced for an old hotel that has not kept with the upgrades.

Very busy place with nice pools and beaches. Watch out for the members meeting scam. They try and sell you membership that is not worth it. The service is ok. The rooms are dated and the front check in guys wants a tip before when you first check in. In...

A Stressful and Disappointing Experience – Not the Holiday We Paid For

We recently stayed at Grand Sirenis for a two-week break booked through TUI, a company we’ve used for many years with consistently positive experiences — until now. On arrival, we were told there was no booking for us. Thankfully, we had printed confirmation of our two-week stay and were eventually...
