The whole resort was dirty and it smelled. The room was dirty there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting. The hotel credits are a scam, you need to spend a bunch of money to be able to use them. The food was bland and low quality, the service sucked....

The pool was overcrowded and the water was disgusting. I didn’t even use it as I was afraid of getting sick. Definitely not combing back here!

Great time, food was good, rooms were good. The beach and pools were awesome. The service was the best as well, Eden, David, and all the restaurant staff were absolutely excellent. For a special treat ask for a Mexican coffee at the restaurants, it's a fun show and experience!

Go see Luis & Bernardo at the Secret Bar for a Bernardo Spécial! By the adult pool under a really great Mexican restaurant (you should go there too!). You won’t regret it, tasty, fruity and refreshing you really won’t regret it! Thank you Luis & Bernardo!

This resort is very neat as far as layout, beach, and architecture. The service is not "full service" like other resorts. Not bad service, just not enough service such as cocktails by the pool, food choices for lunch, a dry hamburger, or hotdog that you must grab yourself. Dinner is boring at the Buffet, so you're expected to make a reservation at one of their Dining Rooms. We are regular AI Resort people, and this was definitely a good time, yet sub-par in comparison to most...for being a Grand Palladium Resort, I think the big wigs need to come secret shop this one!

Room 4113 yikes Also - construction has begun on a new resort right beside the family section of the resort! not mentioned on the hotel website, westjet vacations website or on this forum. Construction is in early phases and starting to make some dust, noise etc. I wish I had known about this ahead of time. In our new room on the side of the block away from the theatre noise the construction fence is right there. With the patio door closed and the AC fan on you couldn’t hear any noise from the building site so that was ok . So it’s a lovely location 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta, on a hillside so lots of stairs but stunning views. The food is average , entertainment average, rooms a little tired but comfortable. Above all the people working here were amazing and pleasant. STAFF and service were way above average - excellent service from all servers at the family pool. Carlos and Beatriz especially. This absolutely saved the vacation experience for us. Thanks to all the great people who took care of things for us.
